Freezing problems
Periodically the game completely freezes. Happens on both iPhone and iPad. Absolutely nothing I click on works. Even shutting it down doesn’t matter. Overall I like the game but this relatively new problem is annoying.

Love all the Bitmango match 3 games
THIS IS A SCAM
I bought a Christmas Bundle for $8 dollars only for the game to freeze up and I didn’t get to use any of the goodies. I contacted them through the help section and I haven’t heard back from them. Every time you get timed goodies the game freezes so you can’t use them and then when the time runs out the game magically unfreezes. They won’t answer back on the help section. This is just a way for them to get your money! I’m sick of this scamming mess!

Lollipop freeze
I too like this game. However, it freezes quite a lot making me have to close it and reboot more often than not. Has not happened with any other game I’ve played. Please fix this and I’ll play it more often.

Love this game, play it every day!! Gutted the haptics have stopped working with new phone upgrade. Definitely not the phone as other games ok just not Bitmango games. Did message support on both games (Jewel Match) no response

I am now on level 847 and did love the game but started to play today and notice when the ads came up they are now showing for 60 seconds meaning the ads take longer to watch than actually playing the game Seriously thinking of ditching this game
