This used to be my favorite game until all the broken ads! Not worth playing anymore!
Fun Game
I like the game but the ads for power ups take forever before they’ll load up which is very annoying.
Horribly money-greedy game
This game will not stop throwing in-game purchases at you. You’ll get 8 popups in a row. An entire line of the main screen is devoted to paid purchases. And when they do new events, they make the reward for one event a piece for another event (that you won’t win without paying for), so you don’t even get real rewards! At least put all the paid purchases in one button on the side so I can see the freaking island.
New update broke the app
I updated this app and now it entirely does not load. I’ve tried restarting my phone multiple times, switching networks, I don’t use VPNs, my phone is up to date, I contacted support and nada. It’s a bummer because I really enjoy this game.

Lost it all
This was by far my favorite game for months. Sadly, in the latest update, I lost all my progress and can’t retrieve it. I don’t want to start all over again, so bye bye to this game.

Great game high in app purchases impossible events
I love this game a lot. Like a lot. I never leave reviews. I spend money on these games - I believe supporting a free game is reasonable. $40 for 30 days of ad free is absolutely absurd. $9 for 30 days is much more balanced. Or $40 for 6 months. Devs are going to push the entirely optional line about ads and while it’s true, some of us would otherwise spend money on this game but the balance is wayyyyy skewed. The events are super fun too, but without spending enormous amounts of money or watching 3 minute ads all day you simply cannot complete the events. Bottom line is it is a great game but the freemium additions are disproportionate to the value the purchases provide.

Can you explain to your players why you want us to play if all you’re gonna do is play for us I’m on level six and you’re still telling me how to play the game. Why do you want your players to play the game if all you’re going to do was play it for us and tell us exactly how to to do everything. it’s not fun. It really is not. You’re taking all the fun out of the game. There’s no enjoyment in it when you do that and you guys are doing that so don’t come back at me and tell me you’re not. cause I get to be able to play by myself.
Eigentlich gut
Spiel macht Spaß, aber viel Werbung. Seit kurzem muss man bei der täglichen Belohnung (10 Energie) wirklich JEDES Mal die Cookies akzeptieren oder ablehnen, IOS oder android auswählen und seine Spieler ID neu einfügen. Super nervig!!!!
Slowing game down
Love this game and playing for a while now but feel lately you are trying to slow the game down .. when building your using loads of energy smashing to get pieces to build but now getting less than half what you used to get out of them . Also since a few updates ago you can’t use gems and coins to buy half of what you used to get . Getting a little bored of the game at the moment !!!

Very addicting
I love the fact that is a fairytale game. I love magic, wizards, hogwarts. The whole 9. I even had a dog named Merlin, a dog name Hermione…I can go just as long as if I were playing the game. I’m super addicted already and it’s only been a few days
The changes suck!
Merging has changed and so has how you activate the auto merge feature. Now things only merge in groups of five, instead of adjusting to merge when the group is larger (8 items won’t merge now). Slowly the granges are degrading the game. Not a fan. Updates keep getting worse. Auto merge used to be a small fee for a week’s time. Now it only uses gems or coins and for a much shorter period of time. Ready to uninstall. It’s all about the money now. Changes are NOT improvements.
Events in the game
Been playing the game for quite some time now. The game would have been good if it wasn’t for the events. it just impossible to reach final prizes in the events without spending money. And if before it was still possible to get some collectibles without finishing the event, now all events were redesigned and it’s not longer possible. Update: thanks for listening. Now it’s possible again to get collectibles from events. Enjoying the game very much!
Game issues
I was playing the game then all of a sudden it wouldn’t let me play the main game it would only open up to the elve game which is a separate match board in the game. I restarted my phone, the game cleared my cache and none of those options worked. Finally I uninstalled then reinstalled the game and it reset my account in the 2 days I played it I had already completed the first stage. For the game to glitch like that and for me to lose my progress and have to start over is just ridiculous. I will leave it uninstalled.
Problem with the key
Hi. I really like this game but it has a hiccup now. I can click on the key go to next screen where I should be able to move stone. No joy. I also can not click the x to close the game. I tried it on both an iPad and an android phone. I have close out the whole items. Thank you and I hope to be playing again soon.

Happy Birthday Fable Town!
I’ve been playing more or less from the start and mostly enjoy the game. Support is good when experiencing problems, which is a welcome relief considering how many games out there just ignore you. I just have a little gripe about the length of adverts. I DO understand that they’re necessary in order that we can have a free game. But… I’ve just played for 25 minutes and watched 12 adverts. Yes, they are “optional” but, in order to progress, players really have to watch every advert offered. Please have a “close” X appear at 5 or 10 seconds! It’s the same ads over and over, so we already know if we’re interested or not. Occasionally , it’s an ad for a game I’ve already downloaded which is even more annoying. The 100 maximum energy is not enough, that’s why watching ads is a necessity. Thanks for this game, Devs!
Technical issues
I’ve tried restarting the game and still can’t get back to the main area. The game is up to date and even tried restarting my phone and still the same issue. Second day playing it and still issues. Tried contacting support and nothing.
Fun BUT
As other people have said the prices for the packs/workers is ridiculous. My main problem is the energy system though. Why later in the game does it cost 25 energy to harvest from something you need to save a wizard? Not only that but the energy “lottery” seems to give out the same amount if you pay coins for an extra chance. 30-40? While spots cost 22-25 to harvest? And there should be more free ways to get energy. The ads only give you 30 total plus the 5 you can collect free. Why don’t the events give you main game energy when you level up? Or the broom race?

I have a love-hate relationship with this game… mostly hate now. It starts off amazing. You’re merging things, unlocking cool items, and thinking, “Wow, this is actually fun!” Then you hit that level where the game decides you’ve had enough happiness. Suddenly it takes the energy equivalent of powering a small city just to clear ONE square. You spend your entire existence merging the exact same items over and over and over again. When you finally create that one giant item you’ve been working toward for what feels like three presidential administrations… surprise! Now you get to wait another million hours for it to finish building. Apparently the construction crew is made up of one snail on a coffee break. And don’t even get me started on the side games. They lure you in by making you think, “Hey, I might actually finish this one!” That’s adorable. They fly by at first, then slam on the brakes so hard they make a snail look like a Formula 1 driver. Unless you’re planning to mortgage your house for in-game purchases, you’re probably not finishing. This game has so much potential, but instead of being relaxing, it slowly turns into a full-time job with no paycheck. Eventually, the boredom wins, your patience packs its bags, and you stop playing. Five stars for the first week… then it becomes an endurance test disguised as a mobile game.
Welcome to Banner land
I like this game. It has its charm. The problem is the number of of banners when opening the game. Open the game get 7 or 8. All of them asking for money Did you get a merge early in the game - have a banner Did you run out of energy? Have a banner And all of these banners stay on the screen as an option. That I don’t mind. They’re not intrusive and they are there if needed. But really do we need to be bombarded at the start of the game? Also energy supply is nowhere near enough to clear objects so you’ll spend a lot of time not playing the game waiting for regeneration Speaking of low energy, we get a - you’ve guessed it - a banner inviting us to use it up to 5x faster. Did you upgrade an animal? Here h e a banner asking for money The number of “money grabs” in this game is obscene. And finally why does it take so long to build next level objects. 4hours, 6hours, 12 hours and more. What kind of game asks you to stop playing after you’ve spent so much time building the resources for the object in the first place. This game is greedy as far as begging for money goes, On the plus side, there are no ads, unless you invoke them for additional resources.
Why waste our time with
Making us subscribe to a newsletter and the process of signing up to get gems then to not be given them. Annoying. Also the packs are all too expensive. This game itself if good but it’s difficult to play without pay.
One major flaw...
I liked many aspects of this game, till I got far into it and discovered a major problem: after a while, when the building mine throws out game pieces, it keeps giving you stuff you can't use yet, which fills up all your available space. You have to keep throwing away items you will need later, in order to make room for pieces you need to use to continue building. You can pay for more space, but after you do, you run out again and are stuck endlessly deleting items to make room. this ruins your game play!

Energy
If you wanna spend $1,000 dollars then you can play this game for more than 2 minutes. You only get 80 energy every 3- 4 hours and after a certain level you need to spend 30-35 energy 3 to 5 times on one thing that gets your game absolutely nowhere. So literally 40 seconds and you’re out of energy. If you want to play the game for 2 minutes a few times a day then I highly recommend this game lol
Gameplay too short
Been playing a couple of weeks, and I found the game challenging with constant changes and enjoyable content. (still haven’t worked out what the animals are for….) But, and a big one.., I am not in favour of games wanting me to pay money for any progress the game requires. This means very short game play, and I leave the game unsatisfied while I wait for the lightning bolts to substantially increase so that I can continue playing. Maybe I am missing something I should be doing? I would much prefer to pay a set amount for a game, than feel I am constantly dipping into my purse strings; which can add up very quickly. In the interest of all players how about being more fairer in the way of expectations re game play. That would give both the makers and the players feel all is worthwhile. Yes, there is nothing to stop me deleting the game. But I am hoping that is not your response.
This game is ticking me off.
They updated my game everything cost more no option for building chest. The level one building chest doesn’t give out artifacts needed when the building is completed; it only givings out lanterns but no artifact material. You only getting two stars because I actually like the game. I spent over 1,000 gems on artifact chest and still stalled. Lastly, getting extra gems from the gem to earn page: screenshot every step you take, if your clicking around. The gem page will not always payout so your screenshots is your proof to submit to receive the gems. Ugh, you lost 3 $tars because I hate a game begging/ presuring to spend spend spend, I’ll take a system hand game instead please and not an a.i. generated game pacing my plays.

Not big into merge games generally but I saw an ad rating age as 16+ so I was curious, I got to the store it was set to 9+, still tried. I’m giving this a 3 for the following: False advertising for age, can’t say 16+ then get to store & its 9+ Gameplay is standard merge, storyline was cute, from what I played just isn’t for me & I deleted. It’s good for kids if that’s what ur after. Unrelated: I’ve been trying to find more adult games but Apple doesn’t seem to have much. A point & click similar to Désiré (16+, sexual inuendo) loved Machinarium (but would rate that as 16+ drug reference) but def games that are older than this lol

Ads Are Inappropriate
The game is great but the ads are insane at this point. Over a minute long. They give you the option to exit sometimes, if you choose to do it they won’t give you the reward and force you to watch another minute long ad. Also, this I think is a children’s game. The Kalshi betting ads, weight loss ads, and other game ads are so inappropriate for young kids I am actually in shock these games get away with it. It’s actually really disturbing. Please monitor what your kids play on these phones.

I’ve been playing this for a couple of months I’m currently on level 37 so I’m a good bit into the game and I find it enjoyable and relaxing. I think that the times are reasonable for quick building for the low level items to upto 24 hours for the highest level building, this is a game you need patience for and so I don’t mind the waiting. Energy consumption goes fast but there is the energy lottery regularly and you can watch ads or use gems and coins to buy energy I find it works out ok. My main gripe is the side missions. I’ve only managed to complete two so far they are challenging which is fine that’s not my complaint my complaint is that when time runs out you don’t get an opportunity to go in and collect your coins and gems and a few times now it’s timed out while I’ve been busy and I’ve lost all the gems and coins for the mission and after spending a significant amount trying to complete it. For this I’ve reduced it by one star but overall good game I recommend if you like merge games the graphics are Good there’s a bit of a story line to follow and animals to collect which I personally enjoy the most
Lots of in-app-purchase pop-ups
This could be a nice casual game, if the main purpose wasn’t to get money from in-app purchases. The space in the main game is so limited, that you can’t advance, every new level and every new side-game will bring more different chests and statues etc you have to store and merge. The prices for more land are very high. I realise, that the developers want to get some money, but make it a purchase price up front and not endless nagging and popups

I like the side games but unless you are prepared to spend the whole day playing or spend loads of money there is no way you can ever finish them. I will never spend money on a game……
Got drawn in
I normally don’t like merge games but after playing this one for a little while, I couldn’t stop. I just kept playing and playing and playing. Not sure why. I just got drawn in and it was hard to put down. Give it a try!

Schöner Zeitvertreib
Schöne App die ich viel nutze zum Entspannen und ähnliches, aber im letzten Update sind Änderung wieder zurück genommen worden, wie die automatische Verteilung der Items. Es ist leider schon umständlich auf einer großen Karte die Objekte einzeln zu ihren Punkten ziehen zu müssen und das nimmt leider den Spielspaß. Manchmal klappt es aber in vielen Fällen nicht, obwohl die anderen gruppieren Objekte im Sichtfeld sind. Gleiches gilt leider auch für das Abbauen von Materialen, die sofort verteilt werden und nicht wie zuvor per Bubble über den Objekten aktiviert werden. Das macht das ganz leider sehr hektisch auf Dauer zusammen mit dem drag-and-drop der einzelnen Objekten. Das Spiel hat süße Graphics, Plot und Abwechslung und lässt sich mit oder ohne In-App-Purchases gut spielen.

It takes far too long for energy to build up. Also it is really slow to level up or feel like you are getting anywhere . I wouldn’t recommend
Nice Core game, but boy does it want your Wallet
Barrage of pop up banners I have to skip through once a day. The constant cycle of “its order-fest!” and “energy spend” and “witch race” on a constant lazy cycle. And the worst - the constant feed of “events” where you have TWO whole days to try and complete something that takes at least a week to do so; practically screaming “give us £50 a week” The core game is pleasant enough albeit slowed down massively by energy consumption and build times. And I get it, this isnt just this game, it’s every merge game. They all opérate the same greedy slow lazy way. Just make an actual good and engaging versión of this game and charge a one off price for it. As for how it is as a free game? Happily playing it slowly whilst ignoring all the money tactics. 3 stars.

Lack of main content
I’ve gotten to the point in the game where it is going to take me years to finish the final building. Why would you do this? Instead of constantly adding more boring events, you could add more to the main story to give me a reason to keep playing.

Good but slow
Update July 2025- review still stands. Takes forever to match up pieces that allow you to continue. Instead will have numerous pop ups about spending money for more energy. Boring. Is a good game, good animations. But it is slow matching everything up to get onto different parts so it does get quite tedious & boring… which is a shame.
