Review update, 2026!
The developers listened and gave fixed the issues! There are no ads and the magic is back. I especially love being able to discover bonus points and dollars on the creatures inside each weekly adventure. This is a game I’ve been playing consistently for a couple of years because it’s continued to be great! 2024: My gosh, am I disappointed and frustrated. This game has historically been truly magical because it is the single game I’ve found to be without ads unless I specifically click for them. Today that all changed. Each week they do a different themed adventure on top of the standard adventure, and now *both sets* include automated adverts that you cannot skip nor exit out of—they will keep replaying until you’ve actually watched them and you cannot progress until that point. This was legit the best game and I would happily spend lots of time and, quite frankly, money, and now I am beyond over the money grab. Developers, please inform us when the auto ads are ever removed and I’ll happily come back and adjust my review. With everything that’s happening in the world, this was one of the few places I could mentally escape. What an epically bad reading of the room.
Constant Issues
It was a fun game until I got further in the game and it constantly has issues with missing items. You can’t play the game fully because of it. I regret spending money on the game.
Latest update
I have been playing this game for quite some time now and have always enjoyed it up till now. The new update has taken away some of that enjoyment. Not sure if I will keep playing or not, as I’m not keen on it now.
They tried to fix what wasn’t broken
At first I thought the newest update had a glitch, but I see it’s being advertised as making the game more enjoyable. Not in my opinion. It’s lost part of the plot, per se, with the removal of the secondary merge screen’s task/reward system, and now it’s kinda boring because all you can do there is earn a few measly lightning bolts. Yawn.
Where is the stuff?
I enjoy the game, which is funny since I am not a huge fan of the build things on a merge board thing. But there is no where in this merge game that you actually get things as a reward, such as the blue boxes or the suitcases. For me so far they have only appeared in bubbles, even if the game “rewarded” them to me, and then I had to spend currency on them or they disappeared. So for some of the items needed, you must buy the case that they come from or you can’t finish. Usually the ones you win as awards show up at the top or bottom of the merge board for you to add in and get items from; i.e. Merge Mansion. It is actually the reason I will most likely end up deleting this game. Sorry.

This is one of my favorite games to play. I love the graphics, the story line and how easy it is to play this game.
Latest updates sucks ! Loot money should be the new name
I used to play this game often . But now with the removal of rewards, we can no longer progress until we pay. Even if we pay it goes away in 2 minutes. Waste of time !!! Either get old updates back or make better decisions. It’s like these folks have no idea what to do hence make changes as they like .
Can’t play long
Disappointed there’s no more adds to gain energy. And you don’t get much to start with so it’s expended quickly. Game is starting to get repetitive may have to delete and find another ☹️
Change of format
I really enjoyed this game until the format changed and everything is more expensive and harder to acquire. Haven’t decided yet if I’m going to remove it or not.

Purple tool box
Why does the tool box merging not keep up with where she is @ on the trail? It’s difficult to remember how far back on the trail which task is needing completed.
Disappointed
I’m not gonna lie, I LOVE this game and have been playing it for about a year now. What I don’t like is playing a lot and having rewards build up, I get caught up with work or my family, and it doesn’t even at least give you the rewards you’ve earned. i’ve lost 400 worth of energy and $50 on the game. I will no longer be spending my money on this game. But it’s a great game if you like merging games.

Cost too much to play
In the merge board the game asks for lumber a lot but to get that you get a lot of seed bags made which take up the merge board and are never requested. I cannot play anymore because my merge board has no room and I have filled my backpack with the seed bags as well. So I have to wait for the game to get energy to play. But the bushes and things you delete cost so much, you delete two or three things and you are out of energy. Also, unless you spend money to get the treasure areas, you can never fully win because some of the things needed to win the complete board are in those treasure areas and they are expensive to buy. Great game as far as graphics but it is obvious that the goal of the game is to get a lot of money out of you.

Brilliant game ruined by introduction of adverts
I loved this game so much. All of a sudden adverts are being forced on me. Ruins the flow of the game and wastes my time. I have spent so much money on this game so I could progress. I will be deleting it after my latest chapter is completed.
Such a tease
I don’t normally review games. I have had this on my phone to earn points on Fetch for a long time but barely played because energy was gone so quickly. Then you teased with being able to “buy” more with less “cash” and to play the extra mini game with separate energy. It was finally worth playing!! Not anymore. Bad marketing.

This game is a waste of time. You hardly ever move to the next level. They make it look like you are because you move up the map, but I’ve been stuck on level 18 forever and haven’t gained any points even after completing the map. The in-game money you have to spend keeps going up too. It went from $10 to $25 and now $50. They are just money hungry. Don’t bother playing.

Love the game im obsessed the graphics are amazing the stories are so captivating my only problem is the energy prices like its always 22 or 19 or 30 then 28 then 25 and u only get 100 energy i just wish it wasnt one of these typical games where u have to pay to actually get somewhere with challenges and stuff should be 10 energy max and alot more energy for people who cannot afford to pay for energy

Game really slows down
The first 15 levels of the game were fun, but for some reason, the game immensely slows down at that point I can only play for about 60 seconds a day before I run out of energy and can’t do anything without watching ads to get more

Not happy
Like this game at first. Was very frustrated because you can never finish a quest. Even if you buy more energy the cost just goes up. Now they started with ads every 10 seconds. Delete delete delete. There are enough games out there in the game universe without having to buy energy or credits.
Stuck help
I loved this game up until now. I’m in Santa Rio and stuck on the merge part. I can’t unlocked the baby plant to merge and get wood. I have done everything in all the other levels. I can’t move forward without wood. So now I can’t play the game. Some help would be nice

Love this game ! Obsessed with it really. Just one thing that I think many players have an issue with is the running out of energy! Especially with the week long challenge worlds (as I have complete all the story worlds for now ) once you are nearing the end, it becomes so hard to finish it. One thing being 70 energy to break then that’s my turn over . Just something to think about but it’s a very good game !
Inflexible
I’d been enjoying the game until I came a cropper when buying a Golden Ticket. I’d bought one a couple of times and I was excited to see that the previous season’s rewards had been unlocked too! This time when I paid for a Golden Ticket (enhanced rewards) the same thing happened, but after I’d claimed the previous season’s rewards, like before, they locked the current season. These enhanced rewards cost £6.99 per season, and the seasons don’t last long, so I’d basically chucked the money down the drain, which I can’t afford to do, tbh. Emails to Customer Service detailing that they hadn’t made the problem clear have fallen on deaf ears, and so I’m going to have to reluctantly delete the game. So beware, and don’t go chucking almost 7 quid down the drain, like me.
Glitch
I have been playing this game for a long time. At first I thought this glitch was because my iPhone needed an update. But it's still doing it. I open up the app and it looks like it's going to open then blinks and turns off. I tried reinstalling the app and I still can't get in to play. Please help!

I used to love this game. The new update ruined it. The new merge boards each week kept the game dynamic. I never got bored. The new version is just a big disappointment. I don’t even want to play the game anymore.

Loved the game until the last update. Lost all progress and the only artificial help I could get was telling me to update. Well I can’t update if I have up to date. Won’t be bothering to start from scratch. Can’t get any response on chat

Got so bar in the game now the app keeps crashing every 40 second into the game.. also it’s really annoying with all the adds to buy extra energy..

I have enjoyed playing this game on a daily basis and it is the only game I occasionally spend money on….until now! I am truly disappointed in the new update and will very likely stop playing the game if this isn’t fixed. Removing the adventure merge from the game was a horrible mistake. I hope that you will reconsider this change and restore the game to the way it was. Please!

Wanted to like it
I really REALLY wanted to like this game. The graphics are nice, the storyline is interesting… but I counted 14 pop ups at the beginning of the game - every single time I log in, 14 pop ups including for expensive bundles I have zero intention of purchasing. They’re unnecessary and I don’t want to keep seeing them. Then there’s the two that pop up when you run out of game energy or merge energy (as they’re separate). You also don’t get enough of the special items to open the “vaults” and the energy cost of everything is high, so you run out of energy very quickly. There are better games with more game satisfaction out there. Pick one of those and avoid this one unless you like pop ups and ads.
Energy runs out too fast!
I like this game, and my free time is happily spent going on adventures, but unfortunately these adventures only last about a minute before your energy is depleted. Please either give more energy or more easier ways to get energy! If you can fix that then I’ll change my rating to 5 stars.

Upset at the changes
Like many others, I’m bummed that the daily tasks and weekly themed merge boards are gone. There’s a reason I ignore the main story one, it’s not as fun. I hope the team decides to bring back these two features, as I’ve felt myself less inclined to play without them.
Really good, but…..
Whilst this game is super entertaining and fun, there is one big flaw!……and that’s that the energy to play the game depletes way too fast! Unless you pay serious money, you can’t play for more than a minute as every task uses lots of energy, so by the time you’ve done something, the energy is zero. It’s ruining the fun a bit for me now and I don’t play much anymore. Shame because the concept is brilliant.
Good game but energy goes to quick!!
The games concept is very good, but sadly the energy depletes way too quickly you are only able to play it for 20 seconds at a time unless you buy more energy which isn’t worth it for how quickly it goes, that in turn for myself makes the game boring as gameplay is so short!! For example you only get 100 energy then you cut down 3 bushes at 27 and more then you have to wait a long time for the energy to fill up then another 3 bushes and it’s gone again it’s a real shame as I’d like to have continued playing but gameplay is too short, perhaps lower the energy it takes to cut a bush down or wood etc as the game has a lot of potential.
Great game but….
First few levels they throw energy at you. Further into the game now and it can take 45 energy points to clear one obstacle. Play for two minutes and your energy is gone. Also the blue boxes with extra energy in them are getting fewer and fewer. Bit bored of it now
