Terrible app
I love how ECP let some interns write this app in a week and hit publish before testing it. It’s awful. Their whole parking process is pathetic.
Can login into website and not app
I can login into your website which doesn’t work very well on the phone, but I can’t login to the app on my phone at all. I hate that this is how parking has become…
Crooks with trash app
Parked 8.15pm and paid for two days parking, signs clearly state time starts from time you arrive, but app showed parking ending at 22.58pm the next day. No way to contact anyone to sort out (email only) and app will only let you extend by the same amount as initial parking, so choice is pay for 4 days or wait for fine and appeal. Rubbish - won’t use ECP again.
Don’t know how an app like this is even allowed by Apple to be on the app store
App looks like it was made for the early days of the internet. Absolutely no usability considerations or user experience taken into account
Atrocious
Had to pay for parking at London Heathrow and the app does not allow a foreign number to be registered. At an airport. Where you’d normally expect a decent number of foreign visitors who probably have foreign phones rather than UK ones. Nothing short of a con.
Poor Experience
During the Self Registration process, this app offers Apple Pay as an option to add a payment method. It doesn’t work. The registration form fields are not ‘typed’ properly (ie email, text, number, etc), so form fill doesn’t work, password managers don’t work. Eventually I had to give up on Apple Pay after multiple obscure/irrelevant error messages and added a credit card directly. After I was finally able to pay for my parking (25 minutes plus) I filled in a *survey* to explain this. The support team did not read this as a post payment survey but read it as a support request and removed my successfully added payment method. I guess that is what you get for providing feedback. I’m looking forward to seeing how easy the ‘delete account’ feature is to use. Terrible app, poor error handling UX, strange human? support, why would you delete my payment method as a result of a feedback form?
Rubbish
Yet another parking app. Awful app, could not set up Apple Pay. Wants me to scan a credit card. Not helpful when it is at home and I’m trying to park for the first time using this app.
The place i stayed doesn’t even exist on the app so now im gonna get a fine

Input card details? My cards are at home!
Seriously?! Why can’t I use Apple Pay or Google pay or even like your PayPal? I literally leave my house with just my keys and my phone and it wants me to input card details that I don’t have. This app needs series updating.
Terrible app
Really poor app design Almost all other apps that I use on iOS allow you to use remembered information to register It also took ages to get the registration sms As it’s pay at end of stay I’m just going to use the machine instead
