LEGOLAND
People are saying it’s not necessary because there is lots of maps around the park however that’s not all this app has They have a feature where you can plan your stay by selecting what your doing where your staying( if you are) Also it shows the queue time for rides About the actual park though Last year we came here and it was amazing staff friendly and kind Food was amazing Rides were very fun We stayed at the woodland village and they were very clean This year was good Staff very nice On the first day we came the worker in the woodland restaurant and bar Gave me a free purple pop badge Food was alright Service for food however wasn’t great They forgot things and dropped an egg Rides were still fun And we loved our stay
Poor
App crashes on launch! Doesn’t work!
Would be perfect but…
4 stars as the map system is great. I never find the right rides without it. BUT, the sat-nav thing is..bending..? It’s not on the path. If you could fix it…
Queued for an hour for Laser Raiders..
with 7 children and then the ride broke down and we couldn’t go on.
Suggestion
The app is good and I downloaded in advance to plan the day. We can include the tickets and people in the group with height so it suggests which rides are suitable. The up to date queue times was very handy. I would like to see the rides colour coded to include which section/area it is in. Also on the map if the different sections are colour coded it would be more helpful. You are given directions from the app but when it’s directing you can’t see the areas names so with loads of people it’s hard to navigate.
👍
Nothings wrong with the app and I saw my sisters funny passport picture on our digital annual memberships so that was really useful 😂
Xmas at Legoland
Have just got home from a very disappointing day at Legoland . I booked it for my granddaughters aged 8 and 5 , booked to see Father Christmas -HOW DISAPPOINTING!!!!!! For nearly £30 a child on top of the entrance fee , for only 2 minutes in with Father Christmas and a quick walk through some snowy trees , I would not recommend. I thought it was going to be magical and sadly it wasn’t .
Good
Please update your app though
Decent app apart from the hugely inaccurate queue times
The app is great as a map for finding things easily, no question about that. But…in my opinion the most important part of the app is the queue time feature and this is where it fails miserably. As I write this I’m stood in a queue for a rollercoaster with my son…on entry both the app and the screen at the ride stated 15 mins, yet we’re now 25 mins in and still about half the queue to go. Meanwhile my wife and youngest sit waiting elsewhere. This just tells me the systems aren’t refreshing the time estimates anywhere near as frequently as they need to be which renders this essential part of the app utterly redundant. It’ll be a cost reason no doubt!
It’s ok… could be better
Yes the map is good with the filters. But it could be better. The shop aspect does not have all items you can purchase prior to the day, such as the drinks or mini figure factory purchases. I o my found out through useful Facebook groups that were not LEGOLAND managed. Secondly and most annoyingly, when I downloaded my tickets to the app, not all of them worked. Which completely threw me when I showed them my QR code they asked for either my email or telephone number on the day- I think that was for the digi-pass (could have been something else) I felt the info provided prior to the visit could be better, especially for the hotel. No where before did I see the woodland accommodations I had included a fridge, hair dryer, shampoo, towels, tea/codfee. These things would be helpful to know before. The ultimate ride pass was a waste of money. I ended up not being able to book the busy rides- yet I could access them with additional cost! When I had spent an additional £100 per person is just a con. And honestly made me really upset and angry when I saw I couldn’t access with the top pass but could pay an additional amount to access the ride! Shocking. All in all, I loved the accommodation but the park there were so many frustrations, that I didn’t experience with other parks I’ve been to. Again, lots of room for improvements. Staff were overall really nice. Didn’t have a rude or miserable one. Generally all helpful to their sphere of influence
Poor show by LEGOLAND
Had a great day along with the weather being in the low 30’s. Surprised how LEGOLAND had closed the splash park. Along with a few parts of duploworld. The forecast has never changed for the last 3 weeks on the look ahead, so surely planning could have been better.

Great but the lines
This is a great place to go to and I would definitely go although…the queue for the rides are outrageous some 85 minute wait and the ones with normal wait times are pretty boring. But of course at the start it’s not like that and, the place can’t control how many people want to go on a ride but if you go I recommend to keep in mind that you’ll have to wait to get on any ride. Even so there is still Amazing rides there and I’d love to go again.
Queue times terrible
Queue time terrible, add at least an extra 40 mins on the queue time stated
Lack of information
There was a lack of information on arrival on how systems work with the reserve and access tickets etc.
Very good to plan your day!
Hi! This app is really good to plan your day at Legoland Windsor like the Chessington Alton towers thorpe park and Paultons park but the thing is there’s all those apps exept Drayton manor.can you make one please
It really isn’t worth downloading!
We had two days at the Legoland Park as a treat. As we were staying at the new Woodland Lodges I thought I’d get this app - supposedly to keep the tickets and accommodation safely and conveniently… except the app didn’t upload these vital things! I complained to Windsor Legoland well over a month ago and was asked to print them instead. The internet connection at Legoland takes an eternity to connect (need the patience of a saint to recall the precise information required - tricky when you have your hands full with the children). The map might be useful (to find rides) if it responded more accurately to where you are at that time with the orientation. The waiting times on the app were a very rough indicator of how long you might actually be waiting. I struggle to think of anything that was good on this app for customers at Legoland Windsor.
Great theme park for all ages
It’s a great theme park which has something for all ages and varied interest.. Staff are helpful and accommodating.. Toilets are clean and most facilities are in good condition. There’s a lot of toilets everywhere.. you don’t have to walk too far to go from one place to another.. the only thing we couldn’t find is a train to go back up the exit especially we had 2 elders with us. The food in farmer’s Joe is not good value for money, but we still ate there anyway. Otherwise, a great experience today!
Queue times are made up!
I downloaded this app principally for the queue times feature to help plan which rides to do. This would have been great if it was something near accurate but unfortunately nowhere near. First ride the app said 5 mins, actual queue time 20. Next also said 5 but took 30. Next said 15 but was on straight away. Then a 15 minute one took 50 minutes and to be honest if I’d not have bothered with that ride if I’d known the wait time was that long.
LEGOLAND
Lego land was amazing. We had a really fun time. The ride reserves were not necessary today. The food prices were very expensive.
Lego land
Essential when navigating the Lego land park rides. Delete it when you’ve been.
App just freezes on opening, just an annoying app
Can’t get it to work, crashes when you open it, not fit for purpose. Load of rubbish.
Overall good
Queue times and map very helpful. AR not so great (long load time and doesn’t look that great)
Missing information
The app is great for the ride wait times etc, but there are things missing, such as a lot of the kiosk food stands. It’s a shame as it would be really convenient to see all the food options (including hot dog stands, refresh/refill kiosks, ice creams etc) as we found that these didn’t appear in the list of food options. If they are on there, then they are not very easy to find.
GREAT Staff!
My 14 yr old sister got lost in LEGOLAND Windsor, and the staff found her in under a minute! It’s better to go when it’s school for children!😁😆I felt like I was gonna fall of on the new roller coaster, the uhm sky something lol,
Wait times extremely inaccurate
In theory the app is great. The navigation feature is handy. But the queue wait times actually really hindered our experience. They simply were not accurate/ updating fast enough. We would walk to a ride with a ‘10 minute wait time’ to then be told by the staff it’s actually 70. And another that said 10 (and didn’t have such helpful staff) took over 60. And equally we would go on a ride that said 50 minutes and be on in less than 10. We had to ignore it (and the digital boards) by the end of the day
Drain battery
It’s a great app to know the queuing time and the directions within Legoland. However, the battery of the phones didn’t last! We had to set our phones to battery saving mode and turn off the app often in order to save the battery.
Don’t have enough toilet
Need build more restrooms for customers
Legoland trip
Everything was awesome
2023 prices are VILE!!!
i cannot believe lego land are charging £10 for parking in an amusement park!!!! not only that the food was OVERPRICED and disgusting , the fish was dry and 80% batter….i mean come on £3 for a bottle of coke!!! AND £16 FOR A REFILLABLE BOTTLE….let’s not forget how you pay £3 just to dry yourself off when on the pirate log ride, they purposely make you soaking wet after a 40 min wait to pay more money. i’m disappointed but the dragon 3d ride was spectacular and the staff are really lovely!
Great fun but book everything in advance!
Having a great time but if you are staying in the hotels make sure you book everything in advance- breakfast, dinner, swimming. Get them all booked in as reservations go quickly!
Good but…
Good but bad
Amazing
Amazing
Misleading Queue Times
Queue times are misleading. 5 mins easily end up being 30 mins, when app was last updated a minute ago. Less Queue times and more crowd management it seems, unfortunately.
Great experience
Just leaving Legoland after a fun packed 2 days! There’s plenty to do and lots of varied activities. Pirate room was excellent. The only thing I would mention is what seems like a lack of leadership for the staff, they are all helpful but some don’t seem to have much go in them. Other than that I would recommend. Thank you Legoland 😊.
Legoland
We purchased a reserve and ride so waiting times were significantly reduced. We went on approximately 20 rides between 10am and 5pm. If we did not have reserve and ride, I’d estimate that we would have only managed 5/6 rides because most queue times were 45 mins plus. Frustratingly, the Mythica Lion ride broke twice whilst we were waiting. On the first occasion it took approximately 20mins to fix. The Njango ride also broke whilst we were on it, again it took about 20mins to fix. Once fixed, we were not allowed to start the ride again and were told to queue again. This was very frustrating. Had we not had the reserve and ride this would have meant a further 45 minute.
WOWOWOWOWOWOWOW
I have loved legoland since the age of 3 and I think this app is really informative of the dates and events and every tbh!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️(I think they should make a Lego mythica hotel room)
Doesn’t work
Downloaded a few days before we went and it was fine, however when we got there it would not show me any of the queue times and wouldn’t show me my location on the map. Also, several rides did not show up on the map, but the ones that did had different queue times to the screens in front of the ride.
Had a fantastic time
Legoland resort is well run and staffed. Receptionist are extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. The theme park is well run, good faculties. Pool area is lovely, family friendly and fun although small. The only thing that we had a problem with was the Bricks Restaurant. For our first evening meal (and last!!) at the hotel we were left for 15 minutes waiting, with no drinks order even taken. It wasn’t even that busy. Then our meals arrived and they were basic and small. Not what you’d expect to pay for the price! I had the halloumi salad. I’m not sure what cheese that was, but it wasn’t halloumi! My children had the chicken dinner, which was okay. My partner had the tacos, which were below standard for even a cafe. Staff had to be directed by a manager (if present) to do even the basic of tasks. We waited 5 minutes after our food arrived for cutlery. The server even slid a cutlery bin which hit an area wall while we were eating. Made us all jump! They were out of most drink items and the entire beer pump was empty! Our dessert was nice - but we’d had enough of having to ask for every basic thing by then. I ended up drinking tap water! For two adults and two children it cost nearly £100 - we only had two courses and one alcoholic drink! We had to return in the morning for breakfast, but we’re left disappointed. My vegetarian cooked breakfast was put in front of me with the words “there’s no vegetarian sausages, is that okay?”, then we were left with no cutlery again, no spoon for my child’s yogurt, no milk for our tea, or milk for her breakfast. We had to re-ask for everything. Difficult to describe such an odd service! Very frustrating. We cancelled our booking and re-booked at the Castle Tavern for the following day. Such a shame to take the shine off such a fun experience!!
Useful tool, but wrong waiting times
The tool is good to see the map and your location on it and the height restrictions function is good, but the wait time estimates are WAY off - hoping to get on a ride with a 5 minute wait? Expect 30
Superb app
We had a fantastic day. Helped by choosing a quieter time of year, I think, (Dec 29th) so queues were reasonable. The app was outstanding. Queue times reasonably accurate and the map worked really well.
Garbage
Don't waste your time
Family of 6
We have had an amazing fun day but there wasn’t enough rides for under 90cms compared to other places we have been. Will revisit when our youngest is over a metre.
Issue created by Ride Alone function
I have had to enter my younger child’s details in twice as the app just can’t cope with a child that is tall enough to ride WITH an adult but physically could ride alone if that were permitted. It makes it look like he can’t use half the park . I set it up it adding his name “(+adult)” and left ride alone unticked and then his name “(-adult) and tucked ride alone . Then it becomes clear what he can actually do. Come on developers! This isn’t an insurmountable problem - only logic to display all iterations.
