Good advice on the way to get the job done
Cannot phone, cannot get Quote online
I have spent one hour waiting on phone, I was cut off. 30 mins online with agent cut off. No quote available online to change a car. Appalling service.

Works well but the route planner could be more prominent. Thankfully not had to use the services.

Makes it more difficult than it needs to be to make changes and too many repeated instructions needed.
Reporting a problem
Initial report was so easy with the app and navigating straight to the problem in hand.
Unhelpful
The app sends you around in circles it says you can upgrade via the app but this is incorrect and the chat bot and whattsapp is the most unhelpful annoying thing, it’s caused me to leave AA and look for another breakdown provider

Car insurance
So I insured my car with the AA. Using my email address. So I wanted to change something but it won’t let me as the email address is already used. So I rang only to be told I need a different email address, I don’t want another email address I’m very happy with the one I have. So because I won’t get another email address you want to charge me £25 pounds when all it is is one digit. You was happy to let me take insurance with you and take my money but now it won’t let me even log in because my email is already used and of corse it was because I’ve been with you before, you are a good company but this issue needs sorting.

A solid app, but update of postal address dB is way behind. My new build address not in the system to choose from, and no manual option to enter it!
RIP off
Why do you give deals to non members we have been members for 49 years yet you want to charge me nearly double what a non member gets offered no customer loyalty = no brand loyalty from me or existing customers

App not working anymore since last update Logged into app, says getting details and then goes back to login screen

Told not to use app
Wanted to just update my policy to add volunteer work, which should have been free, I was told not to use the app, as it wasn’t reliable. Anyway still got charged ;(

Documents missing
I have telephoned constantly to say my car and my house policies have not been uploaded to my account app. I cannot see them so have to carry them around with me. Not why I have the app!! Why has this not been fixed and why am I being sent from pillar to post with no fix.

First time I have used this app and I came across it accidentally as I was looking for a contact number via my online banking link . I found it quite easy to set an account up and report the breakdown. I am also glad that I didn’t have to have a long chat with an Ai bot.
