£5 free? 🤔
told me i would get £5 free and of-course, i didn’t expect to actually get the £5 to use, but i couldn’t even spend it on fuel because they’re ’promotional points’. Absolute waste of time and a login. Just a trap to get you to use their app.
Great App
A great app love it
Slow
App took at least 50 seconds to load. Unacceptable.

Constantly does not work
It always puzzles me how a company with that much money as BP has, can do such an awful app. Constantly logs out, won’t connect, won’t find a location, 500 error, 403 on login. Terrible!

Need bit more
Very nice
Great experience at BP. The station is clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is quick and efficient. The shop is also well stocked with everything you need. Overall, a reliable and convenient place to stop — highly recommended!
Points redemption error
I’m not able to convert my points to amazon voucher and I have checked with my friends and it never worked for anyone. It feels like a scam as you can only use the points in-store and cannot redeem as a gift card of amazon or any other as the app advertise.
Pls add Apple Pay option
Missing Apple Pay

Woefully bad
Downloaded the app but unable to login so BP have cancelled my account. Is this highway robbery?

Mr
Best pals at the station and good service and fuel and prices for all at bp
Rubbish
Won’t allow me to log in to redeem my points. Not worth having on phone.
Rewards
Simple and easy to use
Prolonged IT issues leading to no access to app
Last four trips to a BP garage, can’t access the App, very frustrating, now opting to delete and go to Sainsbury’s and collect points there!
Love BP
Great Fuel - BP Brilliant
Absolutely Atrocious
Unfortunately, just gets worse and worse this app.. It used to be really good, but the constant improvements are to the detriment of the usability of the app.
Great
Love getting my cheaper coffee and the coffee and croissant offer especially when I’ve been on a long journey
Dreadful
Worst fuel app out there
Good one
Good one
Same Awful experience
All of a sudden my app doesn’t work. I asked an employee at the petrol station and he said it is common after updates. But couldn’t help. So I deleted the app and lost my rewards, reinstalled and same problem. Deleted again , turned off my phone , and all back on with the app still not working. Error 403. As prior review, this should not be happening to a major company
