Takes the stress out of hospital parking
I use this app to find spaces near to the places I need to get to. I don’t mind a bit of a walk to my end destination. I can always find something. Great use of private parking facilities.
Abhorrent conduct
After payment, why you have partnered with some underworld cash back scam that charges £18 per month? Come on do better! Why would you engage with such a disgusting commercial partner?
Can’t login with Apple anymore
Get some error when trying to login. Worked great before.
Existing Session Fault
I’ve used the YourParkingSpace app for years and generally found it much easier than using the pay machines. Unfortunately, a recent change has made the “Already Parked” journey extremely unreliable. When selecting “Already Parked”, the app often fails to recognise the parking session that’s already in progress. Instead, it appears to create a new session using the current time. It can take 10 to 15 minutes of repeatedly closing and reopening the app, backing out and trying again before it finally detects the existing session correctly. This isn’t a one-off issue. I’ve experienced it on several recent visits to the same car park, so it appears to be a repeatable problem. Unfortunately, before I realised this behaviour had changed, I unknowingly paid for the wrong session and subsequently received a Parking Charge Notice, despite making a genuine attempt to pay before leaving the site. Please could someone investigate the “Already Parked” workflow. Whether this is a software fault or an unintended consequence of a recent redesign, the current experience is confusing and has the potential to cause other customers the same problem.
App isn’t working - unauthenticated message.
I keep getting a message in a red bar at the bottom saying “unauthenticated” and the search just doesn’t work. I’m on 5G with mobile data switched on for this app but I also get it when on WiFi.

Notification spam
Opted out of marketing and promotions notifications but they still keep coming. Quite frankly, it’s frustrating to constantly get notifications I don’t care about, makes me want to delete the app.

Automatic charges
They automatically tack a 40p sms reminder charge onto your booking, it clearly doesn’t cost that much to send 2 messages and it shouldn’t be optional

Constantly have to use the actual website instead. Also tried to book on here and error comes up.
Almost good app but terrible customer service
In general the app is easy to handle and provides almost every necessary feature. We travelled by camper van (in England) and were not aware that there are special van charges in some car parks as we visited England for the first time. When we booked the parking ticket via this app there was no hint about that. In the end we received a ticket from a patrol officer of 60 - 100 pounds. When we challenged this at the app company via the customer service chat they told us that the app makes you aware of the special charge UPON the booking…. Like how stupid is that?! Imagine when I buy an insurance they let me know about the damages they cover BEFORE I buy it. Its the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life. I tried to challenge this again but they never reached out to me again but rather send me an automated mail asking for my rating on customer service…. This is the worst app and customer service experience I have ever had and I do not recommend this app to anyone.
No charge
Signage rubbish, one parking sign states £5 no hourly rates shown, no terms on display, i actually dont know what i paid for i just know it cost £6.39 and not £5 stated on signage

Useless
Wont login with Google or Apple, parking locations not being identified. Constant red banner saying “unauthorised” but no explanation to fix the issue.

Trying to book parking and set up parking options for 21 vehicles But the app. Would not accept an international number

I use this App a lot, I travel up and down the UK with my Camper-van and find that I’m never far from a safe stop for the night.
Absolute rip off
Pay for parking and still got charged and had to pay a parking fine. Emailed the company and they said as I had appealed it they couldn’t help. Just a rip off you get a parking ticket if you pay for your stay
Reward
I filled in my details to get a reward after making the booking as prompted, only to realise that I could not submit an Irish postcode. I think this should be flagged to Irish customers before they waste their time populating pointless details

Frustrating
Anybody else tried to park at Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead? 🙄. I'm trying to extend my parking time and can't do it and I bet they'll send me a penalty charge! I'm stuck in the hospital FFS!!
The parking is not available
After I pay the money,the parking owner told me the parking is not available. The app doesn’t update this information timely

I booked in an airport. Day before while doing checking realised of my mistake that was the incorrect airport. Support mentioned to cancel and arrange new booking. So I did and refund was refused. What a joke

showed until last payment page one amount then .when i visited to last page amount was suddenly changed to high price
Excellent parking experience
After messing around with other apps I tried this one. Our vans were oversized and we found ideal Parking in Edinburgh. Impressive. Easy to use. Felt the space was safe.
Horrendous app
If I could give this 0 stars, I would. It was awful to use, I tried all the various options to go down to set up an account, and it just wouldn’t let me set it up. Also kept coming up with lots of errors on the screen, I had also entered the location code of the car park on the map and it didn’t recognise it. I resorted to the website in the end and this worked. Whoever made this app needs firing, it’s terrible.
