Not happy
Logged van around 3pm ish! Couldn’t drive it..Was told between 8-11! Not happy then it changed to 4-4.30 so that’s fine but the bloke who rocked up couldn’t tow me cos his trailer is broken! Completely pointless visit! He told me 60-90 mins but then my new time came through 8-11! I’m in a safe place so no real guarantee anyone will come out now! Got to around 5.20 and still 8-11 so had no choice really but to pay £270 to be recovered! Medication at home and the van had been booked back into the garage! It was a new engine! Thanks for nothing …

I’m elderly and not confident with this method of communication. I would prefer the option to allow me to speak to someone if I have problems I cannot sort on my own.
Need to sort the app out
Hi ya Can you sort the app out please every time I close the app down and open it up hours later it keeps asking for a email to sign back in even tho I have biometrics on Aslo can you please make the rescue request more simple at the moment when u press the button I have to put in all the information and address and the problem it shouldn’t be like that It should be simple press rescue and it will pick up your location automatically the information for the profile should be automatically attached to the rescue request when pressed
Inflexible
This was a handy reference, but having changed my car but retaining the registration on a new one. There’s no way I can change it on the app. RAC support fails to help, other than delete then load it again, which is no support at all

Dissatisfied with the Service
Reported the over heating & smoke from the vehicle when drove back home. RAC petrol arrived started at the engine, it was very noisy and his computer showed multiple cylinder misfiring. He ran the engine for half an hour, when the engine quieten down, he said the car is okay you can drive it. When I questioned him about his computer report and the problem I experience his response was it is okay now. He refused to take the car to the garage. Extremely dissatisfied with the Service.
Login?
Requires me to login every time you use the app now which is a pain in the backside. Please fix this.
Flat battery
Excellent service from the RAC , waited about an hour and patrol phoned to say he was on his way .. excellent communication
Unreliable app
Keeps wanting me to sign in when I was already. And I am trying to submit a enquiry form for mobile mechanics booked for tomorrow, but is stuck permanently on cloud-flare. It is not possible to speak to anyone on the phone about it with the options available. And it is not easy to find policy number, if it is even possible? So not a very good experience I’m afraid!
Deaf customer
I’m deaf and cannot hear the phone. RAC should be easy accessible for deaf people. RAC should register with SignVideo so that deaf people can communicate with the RAC via the relay interpreter services.
Why do I have to register again?
After months of the app working perfectly I have just opened it to be faced with having to enter all my details again meaning having to delve into my documents to find policy numbers etc. At least give us some warning that this will be needed as I am not in a position to get at all these details now.
The renewal prices are much more expensive
It's good to have breakdown insurance and someone you can trust, but renewal prices are very high. Depending on if it's a breakdown company you can trust. I'm not very impressed as an existing customer of RAC

Membership
I was a member many years ago and was disappointed with the service hence I never renewed. Hook feel that since them dark days I believe that the RAC has become a far better service provider and I look forward to the future and benefits that it offers.
Too many notifications
Receiving far too many notifications if it continues will delete the app. Had 14 today mostly repeats of ones earlier in the week
