Great App
Nice and easy app to use to pay for parking, saved payment details meaning you can skip the queue at the pay station. Just remember to pay before you leave!
Don’t bother
Prepaid for parking via citi app and was sent £60 fine from Baysentry stating I hadn’t paid. Contested it to no avail. If I were you I would not bother with this app. Stick to old fashion ways and pay by machine on way out. At least you know you’ve not been tricked!

Great car parks and very easy to pay for via the app. Stores receipts and invoices for downloading which is really convenient if you are parking for work as we were. Highly recommend.

Basic but poor user experience
Sure this app does what it needs to, no trouble there. It’s just frustrating that there are no ease of use or UX considerations. Examples being: - No easy way to pay for multiple days parking at once. You have to go through the whole process for a single day at a time and it is slow. You can only choose a single day at a time, or a month. It would be good if there was a basket function to choose one day, add that to basket, then add another so you only need to check out once. - The app confusingly doesn’t CLEARLY show you if you have a current parking session. It will highlight upcoming ones at the top of the screen but once it’s started, this moves down to the list beneath. It should remain at the top so at a quick glance you can see your CURRENT parking session. I just wish there was consideration to make it better for the end user.

App does not scale properly so using a larger font I can’t get past the notifications settings as the accept buttons are not displayed on the screen
Cannot add the pass to the Apple Wallet
Recently I have noticed that while adding the pass to the wallet I get a message ‘Safari cannot download this file’ Can this be looked at please.
Exasperation
The date selection for prebooking seems to be grey on grey, so you can’t see what date you’re picking, worked out how to do it by guesswork for last night’s parking. I think it’ll just be easier to find a different carpark to use.
Won’t let me pre book tickets anymore.
I had no issues using the app before. But the past couple of days I haven’t been able to prebook my parking at all. The app will say something like ‘couldn’t calculate the price’ I have been using the code ALLDAY5 to prebook with no issues so far. If the code is no longer valid idk why it can’t just say ‘sorry this code doesn’t work anymore’ instead of leaving me confused. I have tried redownloading the app, closing it, restarting my it but I keep having the same issue.

Good and fast service very reliable
Used to work and now it doesn’t
Had used the app successfully for some time but for many months it has been absolutely useless for me, my car reg does contain 0’s which some people think might be the problem but that doesn’t really explain why I can use the same reg to pay at the machine which suggests reg is being recognised locally. Have deleted and reinstalled after iPhone restart but still no good. Chocolate teapot app at the moment for me.
Live activities… that you can’t disable
Just opened the app to buy a ticket for tomorrow. Then closing the app my Home Screen is taken over by a countdown timer?! Nothing I did disabled it. My only option was going into settings and disabling live activities for the app completely. If you’re going to take over the Home Screen of my phone then at least do it on my authority rather than just throwing a timer there with no way to disable it.
Easy to pay for parking
I’ve been using this app for around 18 months to prebook parking. Never had any issues with it and it makes it really simple to pay.
Useless
App setup crashes at notifications. Can’t get further despite restarts and reinstalls. Will park elsewhere.
Unable to select prebook dates
With an iPhone X in dark mode, the date month and year on the pre book screen are blank and you cannot see a date. Switching back to light mode or automatic resolves the issue. But I prefer to run my phone in dark mode. Is this a bug or just my phone?

I think apps is very good for you but I removed it because I have been few times to the car park in my local as I never used it many times. I recommend you will have add it and help smooth to use apps to the scan and help you.
Problem with number Zero and letter O
I’m guessing none of these reviews are from people that have the letter O or the number zero in their number plate. I have recently got a ticket because the system is not differentiating the O with the number zero I have had to appeal the decision and they have looked into this and I have won the case, but please bear in mind to the developers of this app that you need to make a clear difference between the letter O and the number zero just for your information most other apps or companies will put a strike through the number so you are clear on what the numberplate is. I recommend you guys do the same.

Your app is not fit for purpose
Notifications? Yeah, doesn’t work No button to press No X to ignore App clearly written by a 5yr old with no UI training
Convenient and Easy to use.
I used this app for the first time today to prebook parking space whilst going out for dinner with my friend. I was sent a QR Code to use on the barrier but as I arrived at the car park the barrier opened after seeing my cars number plate! Genius! So easy to use and intuitive! Bravo to these guys! Car parking has been such a prehistoric industry for too long with long queues and fiddling around with coins! Will definitely use the app again and park with these guys!! Makes parking in Central London much less stressful!!
Couldn’t delete my account
I used the app and service and it was ok then I wanted to delete my account because I don’t have CitiPark in my area but I couldn’t

Screen locked on notifications and won’t let me go any further
Dow loaded the app but it is stuck on allow notifications. There is no visible buttons to press to get past it. Please fix.

Have been trying to use the app for months to pay for weekly parking , despite numerous updates removal and reinstall will still not allow me to process past the notifications set up !
