Why does it take so long to receive funds into my account
My feed back is to share my frustration regarding the payout process for the recycling service. It frequently takes days, sometimes even longer than two to three days, for the funds to appear in my Westpac account. Given that Westpac is one of the major banks, I expect transfers to be processed much faster. Could you please explain the reason for these delays?
Good bad and ugly
Good - you can now use one unit for glass and plastics Bad - I found it very temperamental reject bottle several times before accepting them Ugly the smell and mess left behind by some user I will say I’m glad there is a bin but it’s overflowing maybe you need a recycle bin for plastic rejects and a red bin for general waste
Used to be OK. WHAT HAPPENED?
Did the update to be advised my password “does not quite meet requirements” (it does, I checked it - 10 characters, usual upper, lower case letter, special character, numeral). HOWEVER unable to edit the password. These guys are kidding. Are they school work experience coders?

Very bad quality machines always break down while recycling or stop working. Very unreliable machines. One star is too much rating
Containers not acceptable
The machine is so silly sometimes it makes so hard recognise the bottles Especially if the label is damaged or missing the label So hard also with cartons of bricks they don’t slide very well on the conveyor! Is any centre like in ACT where I can drop a bag and then someone can scan it? Thanks for your time and help! Stefano

I think the system is good, what isn’t good is that a load of glass bottles and plastic containers cannot be recycled. I wish we had the bottle swap system back
App makes it very easy
I use the app to f d my nearest refund machines, check the operational status and track my “earnings”.
Bad app
I could find if the machine are full or not before I go there, no more, bad desige!!!!
Broken machines
Am thrilled to be able to contribute in this way to recycling. However, lately, machines have been out of operation.Euston Rd, Alexandria: all machines out of action. Called number listed. Was assured that the machines were listed for repair the next day. I returned 3 days later-still unavailable-not one! Attended Leichhardt Coles machines in carpark. Again, signs showing unavailable. Eventually was able to use other machines there, but when several people are waiting, broken machines are frustrating. Lack of service technicians? Damaged by the public?

DELETE this useless app, can’t scan barcode
The barcode reader can’t read the barcode in the app. Tried both landscape and portrait mode. Tried everything. Wouldn’t work. And then the app loves to log me out whenever I want to use it. Why don’t you just use the NFC reader instead of barcode? Useless app. Delete it. May as well dump all the bottles into the bin if you make it the app so useless.

I didn’t get my bank transfer? I did plastics with bar code and then moved to glass and it wouldn’t accept same. Barcode but wouldn’t accept so asked for voucher . Then when got home realised I didn’t get bank transfer for the more plastics
Convenient and easy
The bulk recycling facility at Brookvale is convenient and easy, the only downfall it doesn’t pay the return straight into my bank account.
