DW
Easy and convenient
Where is the start button?
Tap- no. Double tap - no, tap and hold still- no. Open the two menus - no no start.. Really!
Good but can be better
The app works well but it should remember my number plate and my email address It's a bit tedious to keep re entering the same data over and over and over ....
Awkward app
This app is a good idea but using it can be challenging. One cannot always get started as the app may not recognise the place you are parking. If it works, it is very good, having an option to start the clock and then stop it when you are finished, so you only pay for the time used.
Reminder?
Would be good if there’s was a reminder otherwise you pay more than need
Geo locate
Would be helpful if the session ended when you moved more than a few hundred meters away - save a bill when you have left the location
Time and price
Too expensive and limited time to park and renew
Needs Meter zone Info
A good app mostly. Saves on paper and dashing to the car to extend. Though, I Parked at Bondi, three meters each labelled a zone, in 100m stretch, the app didn’t show which zone so had to guess and risk it.
What happens when it fails?
While it’s handy when working, who do you contact when something goes wrong. Recently, my card was debited the fee but the APP did not register it. Don’t ring the council, nor the number on the ticketing machine. Pay twice and submit a dispute only for Capt. Obvious working his second job to declare we received your payment and close the case.
Love Park and pay!
So convenient! All councils should adopt Park and pay
Hopeless App
Unfortunately not other choice to use it, a hopeless app where payment is slow and crashes constantly
Too expensive
Too expensive!
Glitchy
A good idea to digitise but the app is super glitchy, often doesn’t work. I’ve flagged it a few times but haven’t heard back. Also it’s not really wide spread, I’ve only found it to exist in a few pockets of Sydney. Needs a significant update. I was once fined even though I’d payed on the app.
Easy to use app
Very easy to use and only charges for what you need. I just wished more parking was using this scheme, especially national parks
unable to end session max fare charged
app is usually very convenient, last time used was not able to end session and was charged full day max fare
Improve icons
When using the app the icons should match the examples when viewing the app in the App Store. The examples in the store show a 2P icon. When using the app the icons state ‘Free’. Please improve the user experience by making it more obvious how to click through to pay.
Amazing
Wish all councils had Park’nPay so easy to use and love the option to pay at the end of a session as opposed to trying to guess the length of the stay. Also not having to run out to check the meter is a Godsend
the pay on the go doesnt function as smoothly as you think
extremely long loading time. use the meter
Payment experience buggy
I recommend paying in advance. The payment experience for pay as you go was unreliable. There’s a bug that requires several cards to be added before payment is accepted.
Convenient Parking App
At a time when it’s hard to get cash and when you forget the credit card, this is everyone’s go to parking app.
Unable to end section
Unable to end session, took half an hour to end parking session.
The app needs work
Good interface and easy to use, but you need to log in to pay as you go. I attempted to log in six times, different ways including changing my password on two different Service NSW apps. In the end I gave up and paid for a set time.
Should be everywhere!
Use it to save money and time and avoid a fine wherever it is available. Great App.
Buttons not working
Took 6 attempts to process payment, froze several times
Clumsy
No instructions, not intuitive, took me 15 minutes to work out how to pay
Too glitchy at present to be usable
Great app but it needs to work especially in a location such as Bondi Beach when you are paying $12p/h to park! It was not possible to end the parking session or pay.
Mr
Easy to use app👍
Very confusing
Difficult to use. Too much hassles No clear instructions
Wrapped
Greatest thing since sliced bread
Stop meter don’t work for 3 hrs
Stop meter don’t work for 3 hrs. No help line app kept giving errors
