Log In
Too much duplication in the log in process. It should just accept Face ID without further email codes
Bills not appearing
Has been a reasonable app until now. Received an email 3 days ago advising current gas bill. Still doesn’t show outstanding amount in app or have the bill available to view. Pretty disappointing.
Download usage data not working
Since upgrading to iOS 26.5.2 the download usage data stopped working can you please fix

I use the app and when I hit usage it takes me to the website and tells me to download the app.. This makes no sense!!🤦🏼♀️

What's the point of this app??
It's 2026 and Energy Australia can't even have a feature in the app that shows you how much electricity you're using in real time. How pathetic! 👎🏻
Very average
So disappointed with this app. Just migrated to Energy Australia and the app lacks so much that so be mandatory. Every energy company jives you live updates for import and export of energy including the amount in dollars for that. It’s at least three days oater before any information as all and doesn’t show dollar values. This app is below average. The other thing is EA only have bill payments every three months this. There should be options to pay the bill monthly. Please fix the data as described above.

The absolute worst
Worst energy app I have ever experienced. So messy and inconvenient. Doesn’t show the usage and the solar credit on the app anymore it takes you to the website. Can’t see the solar credit amount at all… I am considering changing providers, this is ridiculous. ***PLEASE fix your app it is sooo terrible to use, clicking on usage then being taken to your website which doesn’t work a lot of the time!

I’m guessing the objective of Energy Australia is to make the online experience so onerous that nobody wants to use it - every update makes this app more difficult to use and more painful - for a company that charges like a wounded bull could you possibly invest some money into making the app better and more accessible
