Todo perfecto la aplicación va bien y encima tienes un tutorial de como sincronizar la app con el ventilador a mi me tomo 1 min en sincronizarlo
App doesn’t work
I’ve tried following the directions and cannot get the app to connect to the fan. Can anyone confirm if this app still works?

CONECTARSE A LA APP
Me ha costado pero lo he conseguido, recomiendo muchísimo ver el video, esta en las 3 rallitas -> instrucciones, si sigues paso a paso todo lo que hace el chico enseguida se conecta. Un resumen. (Apagado) Abres app -> añades dispositivo -> enciendes ventilador -> automáticamente se enciende das un click (no mantener) sobre icono de la aplicación del buetooth y listo.

Conexión bluetooth
Cuesta un poco conectarlo, pero si haces esto podrás conectarlo: 1. Apaga el ventilador completamente (desde el interruptor de la pared o bajando y subiendo el automático si no tienes interruptor). 2. Abre FanLamp Pro. 3. Pulsa Añadir dispositivo (o el botón +). 4. Enciende el ventilador desde el interruptor de la pared. 5. Espera unos segundos hasta que termine de arrancar. 6. Pulsa una sola vez (no mantengas pulsado) el icono de Bluetooth o el botón de búsqueda en la app.

Here’s how to pair
It’s not very clear in the manual so follow this process - turn off all from actual light switch. Forget the remote, pretend it does not exist. Create device in app. Open device in app. Turn on from actual light switch (not from the remote). Tap the pair button in the app once. Your light should flash. Done The pair button seems like a long press button but it is not. Don’t hold it or long press it. Click it once.

1980s awkward code This thing wanted me to allow it to find all the Bluetooth devices nearby and my case and found 50… Not sure where but I couldn’t understand why it wouldn’t just let me pair with my iPhone Without doing that. Whoever wrote this code is brain dead.

説明書の書き方が中文直訳なのか分かりずらく、他のレビューを見てようやく解釈できました。Bluetoothペアリングは、部屋の電源スイッチをOFFにしてからONにし、すぐアプリ内のBluetoothボタンを押すとピッと言う音と共に、ライトが2回点滅します。これで、ペアリングが出来ます。 1機種につき1台の携帯のみペアリングが出来た為、家族間で何台もペアリングは出来ません。

App works well once you get it set up, there are only a few things I wish I could change. I wish I could re order the rooms it has listened within the app or delete the ones that aren’t used. I also would like if I had the ability to set my own timer instead of the fixed options of 1,2,4 or 8 hours. Other than that I don’t have any issues.
Unpairable and unusable
The instructions for pairing make no sense. I can only use the remote because Incant connect the phone with the information I have

取説には壁スイッチ音にしてアプリ内のペアリングボタン5秒以上長押しと書いてありますがそれだと出来ませんでした。 普通に1回ポチッとしたらペアリング出来ましたよ。 アプリのほうがコントローラーより使いやすいです。
Not Smart
I was super disappointed to find out it doesn’t connect to the smart home! No alexa, no apple home no hub!
Not great, got it to work
Had some trouble similar to others in getting this to pair with my fan. When the instructions say to “press pair within 5 seconds of turning on the power” or whatever, I had to turn the power on at the wall switch, not the remote, then press pair within 5 seconds and it paired.
Good Once Connected
Instructions weren’t 100% clear in manual but worked it out in the end and it’s works fine on both mine and my partners phone. Bit that caught me out was I assumed remote was related to app setup but instructions state add fan, then turn power off to fan for 5 seconds then once back on you press Bluetooth button on app straight away for a second or so until appliance reacts (in my case light dimmed low then came back up to full). Originally I kept pressing Bluetooth on remote. Don’t know if this helps anyone having issues with connecting?
Does not work
The “setup” Bluetooth button does absolutely nothing. It’s not even how Bluetooth actually pairs with devices on an iPhone.

Confusing Set Up
The instructions on how to connect are NOT clear and it took a lot of trial and error to set up. I found that I can’t connect to Alexa or Google Home which is a major let down. Once I got the app working it was nice, but again… not sure how I even did that! I’m worried about how I’ll ever reconnect it if needed!
Colour
Can’t make custom colours, I have the wheel it just doesn’t want to change the fan colour. Please fix.

Instructions are not clear and they don’t work
I’ve tried the steps provided in the user manual to connect my phone to the fan, but it never detects the fan in Bluetooth search, the app allow to create device without actually pairing. I’ve requested for help before I uninstall it and return it.
Tricky, but with some experimentation the app works
Best feature of the app and the hand control is the oscillation button which is the circular wheel with spokes button above the FANOFF button on the bottom right. This is the same function as the Sleeping and Natural Wind controls on the app. The louvres start moving which moves the air flow around the room. Pushing the hand control again stops the movement of the louvres and pushing the button again reverses the louvre direction. The app controls are sort of similar. Never would have thought that the “oscillating louvres” are called natural and sleeping wind. At first there was a small buzzing at a certain spot in the oscillation, but after a while, the buzzing seems to have quieted. Pair button does not show up as described in their app control guide so it is tricky to pair. The only button that shows up is that “unpair” button in the upper right corner when the app starts. I had to try some strange methods to pair with the unit.
Better instructions - think about the end user
Advice to developers. Your instructions are not properly translated for English speaking customers. The English is very poor and confusing. Please hire a better translator for English speaking customers so people can have a much better experience versus frustration with your app. Low rating is for this reason. Once I finally got the app paired and working, it is great.

Once I realized the pairing button was on the app and not on the remote, it worked beautifully. :). Controlled the light on/off/dimmer/color. Controlled fan on/off/direction/speed

I was able to connect the remote to two seperate fans but connecting either one to a device to run it hasnt worked with either fans.

I feel there may just be some communication issues with how the instructions are written for the app connection to the fan. I bought 2 and just installed them and hooked both up to the app no problems. The trick is you have to push and hold the Bluetooth bottom in the app on that fan down for about 5 secs right after you turn the switch on in the room to operate the fan. The fan will flash at you twice to tell you it paired when you release the button in the app! So flick on your switch to turn on fan then hold Bluetooth button down right after and voila! Should pair no problems! I’m very happy with the app and definitely wouldn’t rate it 2 stars.

Update stopped it working
The app was working fine. I noticed an update which I installed and now the app no longer controls the light or fan ☹️
Works pretty well - some things could be improved
It does work well to control the light and fan speed. I’m not sure what some of the buttons do, as when I press them in the app nothing happens (rbg, the light bulb, the weather vane) but everything else works well. It would be better if the app recognized when the light or fan was on. Currently it will show off on the app even if it’s on in the room. Once you toggle things on in the app it works great though.

One must add is to as you can set a time for it to turn if it would be so useful to set a timer to turn on or turn the light in early to get yourself up would make the app and lamp so useful to me
