Save time!
Like you, I was annoyed trying to get the app to work. But what worked was simple (I found this on the app user guide). 1. Turn the ceiling fan off from the light switch directly (not the remote). 2. Wait 10 seconds then flip the switch back on (turning the ceiling fan back on). Within 5 seconds, tap the powering icon on the app… then wait and see it blink (it’s a very dim blink)… then you’re set. Works pretty well, actually!
Useless Chinese software app
This app is so trash, it offers nothing that the remote controller can’t do. The RGB lights don’t even work and I’m not surprised once I seen it was some obscure Chinese app. Ridiculous service
The app works just confusing!!
All u have to do is turn ur light off not on the remote tho!!! The light on your actual wall then literally count to ten and turn the light back on and all u have to do is hold the Bluetooth pairing button you see on your bottom right corner of your screen and you will see flashing
Bluetooth impossible
J’ai installé l’appareil il fonctionne parfaitement avec sa télécommande mais impossible à appairé avec l’iPhone malgré plusieurs tentatives Et pas de langue française sur l’application (vous pourriez faire un effort sur l’application) Heureusement le mode d’emploi est en français

Genial!! Para cuando alexa?
La app funciona genial, me ha emparejado a la primera, no sé porque les da tantos problemas a la gente. La única pega que le veo es que no se puede conectar con alexa, ¿tenéis pensado añadir esa funcionalidad en algún momento?

How do I get the fan to show up on the app? It only shows light
It’s okay…
We installed the ceiling fan. Everything works amazing!Now, the app. It’s difficult to connect to. I simply followed the other reviewers advice and after 10-15mins I finally got it. However. It says there is an RGB option for it to change colors. I have yet to figure out how to do that. I see from other comments, no one else has figured out how either. It would be SO VERY HELPFUL. If the creator/company of the app and gadgets would respond. But I doubt they ever will.
Read the manual
I couldn’t get it to connect to Bluetooth until I read the manual. Works great.
Can’t connect it
App sucks, doesn’t let you connect, have tried multiple ways to connect and nothing works.
A little more detail would be nice
Read the pairing instructions in the user manual. What is doesn’t say is “ press the pairing button IN THE APP not the one on the remote I do not know how well the app is yet but the fan is pretty powerful and the light is nice and bright.
App not working with Bluetooth
Very disappointing can’t use app won’t connect Bluetooth to get it to work…..I’ve tried tried ugh failed still won’t connect I gave up use remote control instead that have no color like app do 😒

Okay my app works I just got it to work but know how to I make it change colors, can you make it change colors like green blue and pink? Or does that not work but overall the app does work

This is the app that is supposed to control a floor lamp that I bought. I see other reviewers talking about a ceiling fan. It can with zero app pairing instructions and I’ve tried what others have suggested to no avail. It was part of the reasons I chose this lamp so definitely a bummer.
Nothing Works
I tried everything the other two posts said and I still can’t get the fan to pair to this app. And when I try to contact the developer it’s all in a foreign language
