Help
So I downloaded the app trying to connect to the Wi-Fi at my vacation rental cause I couldn’t get it figured out. I’m now home. I need to cancel this app and I can’t figure out how to do it. Could someone please help me?
Free to download, but to use it you have to pay
Free to download, but to use it you have to pay
Might actually be the worst app aot
Welcome to 2026 in a society where ai drinks more water than us and I have to pay to change the temp on my ac from my phone . This app also looks like they paid a high school class taking python for the first time to code it or just straight up told Gemini to get it over with. I don’t know what worst the fact that there’s 6 different apps for a thermostat or that only the unbranded knock off one worked
Unreliable temperature control
We have our thermostat set to cool at 70 degrees. We have repeatedly come home and the thermostat says 76-78 but will cool to the desired temp in 2 hours. After 2 hours the temperature has not changed.

Horrible App!
The app for the Winix HEPA filter is the worst I have ever encountered! Essentially impossible to use the limited version unless you want to pay an exorbitant amount of money!
Cancel
I signed up for the service thinking I needed it for my Thermostat but I did not. I just subscribed today and immediately canceled it 20 minutes later. Can I get a refund? I also agree that you should have a trial so things like this do not happen.

Decline payment
I payed for subscription for 1 year for my vacuum robot, however for it I cannot use this app, we have another one. I asked a refund through the Apple, and I was declined. I do not need this subscription at all. It will be good if you help me to do refund. Thanks. The email you gave for refund- doesn’t exist. Please double check the email. PS updates. I wrote in correct mail, without “g” few days ago, and nobody answer about refund. What is the next step?
60$ to even connect
It’s literally my own tech. What do you provide.
Pay!?!
Paying for an app to control my ac which i bought is a hard no for me! I would not have bought this air conditioner if you had told me before that I would have to pay for the app to control the smart options.
App won’t open devices anymore
I’ve reset multiple times and paid the yearly subscription and the smart feeder will connect but not open, therefore I can’t feed from the app or view the camera. It worked the first 2 months.
Total scam
After spending $500.00 USD on an air conditioner now Media wants $7 a week to be able to control it when it clearly states it’s Apple ready and compatible. No thank you.
$
It’s hard to believe that the cost of this app is so high. To make it worse, you have to pay to determine if it will control your device.
Very Disappointed and Misleading
⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing and Misleading I downloaded the Smart Life Thermostat app because it was advertised as being compatible with Honeywell thermostats. Unfortunately, it did not work with my Honeywell thermostat at all. What was even more frustrating was being charged $65.45 before I was able to determine whether the app was compatible with my thermostat. I also tried selecting the “Continue limited version” option, but I was unable to proceed and use the app without the paid subscription. An app should allow customers to verify that their thermostat is compatible and that the basic functions actually work before charging $65.45. I was left with a charge for an app I could not use. I would not recommend this app based on my experience. I am requesting a full refund of the $65.45 charge.
Waste of money
This app has a name very similar to others. I just wasted $7 buying a weekly subscription before I realized it was not the correct app. It seems suspicious that the apps have the same name but different icons. I do not know who would waste $7/week on this thing but it is not useful. It does not connect to my devices, I would like a refund and request that the company delete my information.
Requires a subscription
This device is a scam. I purchased it, not knowing it needed a subscription. Nothing in the description indicated that a subscription was necessary. sending it back!
Paid App!
So buying the product isn’t enough!? I must say I’m shocked we are required to pay monthly fee when we’ve already bought the product. My other appliances come with an application to monitor the product we’ve already spent hundreds to thousands on. Is that not enough?! I’m so confused.. seems greedy.
