I get warning if the humidity is high in our condo in Florida. I can adjust the temp accordingly.
Lacks features
I want to like this app, but it slowly has fallen behind. No graph grid options, and you have to guess at data numbers cause you have no options to see data differently. Tried leaving feedback, zero responses. Govee app and products are user customizable.
New App Versions
Why is it after every new version of the App is released that my previous password is no longer valid? Every single time a new version of the App is released I have to select “Forgot Password” when I have the password saved in a Password App. What a pain in the butt!! How about getting in the 21st Century and stop deleting password files with every App update??

Reliable
Easy interface, remote monitoring works well. Would like humidity option that would sense high humidity and overcool house to reduce moisture on muggy days.
Airbnb
I love the way I can see what temperature my thermostat is sat at while my Airbnb guest are staying there. I can set at a comfortable temperature before they arrive and then set at a reasonable temperature when the leave to help save on my utility bill. I can do all of this from wherever I am without having to actually go to house. Love the convenience of this app!
Never synced
Just keeps saying that is syncing the thermostat. I’ve tried everything to try to get it to connect. And before that it never worked for trying to set the thermostat it basically stopped working.
Works well
I have had this app for least 3yrs and has always performed well and my home unit head connects and communicates with it quite seamlessly. No major hiccups for now.
Login software needs to be fixed
Face ID used to work all the time. Now I have to manually enter my login every few days. It’s been this way for a long time now. Please fix.
I checked my app on my phone because it was feeling colder
So I checked my Residio app and I found it set to 50 degrees. And I said this app took over the controls. With AI out there who knows . But I’m so glad I don’t trust this app because of problems in the past!

Does this application need to exist?
I started by searching the AppStore for ‘Honeywell’ and came up with an app developed by Honeywell, only to find it was not the app for residential t-stats I was hoping to connect to. So I found the manual for my t-stat and was directed to this app. On the first screen I was directed to a “New” app 🤦♂️ The branding on my 3rd thermostat app today boggles my mind, but it appears to communicate with my device. Now I just need to find the folks who lived in this apartment 2 years ago and kindly ask them to remove my t-stat from their account, and we will be on to step 2 😑 I would recommend visiting the manufacturer’s website to find the correct software to connect to your device.
Great when they work
I love being able access remotely. My master bedroom quit working within the year that I bought it when I tried to get it replaced I was not successful. It works OK but I cannot control it remotely.

Numbers are so small
I’ve been using this app for a while, and I have to complain about: the small the thermostat/thermometer number is, compared to the temperature, which is actually too big. l The thermostat/thermometer number should be BIG, because that’s the one that needs to be adjusted. At night in bed is so difficult to read. Make it bigger please. Thanks This applies to the thermostat (at the wall) as well.
Gets er’ Done
This app is easy to use so easy in fact my kids can use it. I don’t think I’ve ever had the app go down or any bugs to speak of. This one is the best we’ve tried.

Flawed
This app would be just fine if it weren’t for one frustrating flaw. It doesn’t refresh automatically when you open it, and it provides no way to manually refresh. As a result, you’re likely to be viewing stale status left over from the last time you opened it. The only way to be confident in what it displays is apparently to force quit, then restart the app. FOLLOW-UP: the developer responded saying I should enable background app refresh. That’s not a solution, it’s an (unsuitable) workaround. The app should refresh on opening and it should implement the standard iOS convention of manually refreshing by dragging down.
It’s ok
The vacation and schedule settings never set the first time. You always have to go back in multiple times after changing them initially to change again and then double and triple check it’s correct. It automatically changes the dates and temps after changing it the first time to random dates and temps. Weird bug that’s never been corrected.

No longer connects to thermostat
Reset WiFi on thermostat and phone is on same WiFi but app says thermostat is offline. Confirmed internet connection on physical thermostat. Useless app if thermostat is connected to WiFi/internet and app can't find it

Automatic sign out, no Face ID, no native Passwords support
I am signed out of this app automatically in the middle of performing an action daily. When I go to sign back in, the keyboard I’m provided does not allow me to autofill my password. I can’t use Face ID to sign back in either. I am constantly manually entering my login info to use this app. When I’m signed in it works.
Resideo no longer connects to Alexa?
Alexa used to connect to the Resideo app but no longer does. Why? What’s the solution?

Terrible upgrade
The last upgrade completely change this app from 5 stars to 1 star. I cannot login anymore. The loading spinner takes forever and server errors are shown.

My Honeywell home thermostat goes offline quite frequently and I have to reconnect, even though I have it set for share location always. Very annoying.
Recent updates bug?
Resideo used to update my thermostat promptly and reliably. No more. If I make changes in the app, it can take 20 seconds or so to kick in, but half the time it just doesn’t update and the app goes back to the previously set temp. The Apple Home app works as expected. Reading the reviews, I see I am not the only person affected. Not sure what they changed but it appears there is a bug.

Having the Resideo Smart Control makes it much easier to regulate the temperature and keep the air flowing . The benefit of being able to control remotely makes operation convenient and efficient.

Thermostat App on my iPhone
I love being able to control the thermostat from my iPhone since I am disabled and can’t reach the thermostat on the wall! Also, when we are away from home, we can control it. It is perfect!!
Big hassle
Constantly glitches. It will randomly say “too many failed login attempts” and log you out, even though you were already logged in. It will just suddenly do it when you open the app.

Looks like a very fresh app: a lot of glitches, problems during installation, error pop up windows during work! Trying to make it work for my T10.
Not great app
I have had the app for 3 or so now it’s telling me there is no account under my email, the same one I have used the whole time. I am trying to reset password and it is sending a reset link to the same email but telling me they can’t find an account under the same email! Ridiculous!
Cannot link with Google Home
Up to a couple of weeks ago I was able to link my Honeywell Lyrica Thermostat to Google Home. Now I just get the “something went wrong” message when I try to connect.

Works Well
I’ve not been using it long but it works well for me. The geofencing seems accurate (unlike the Nest it replaced). Install worked well, it literally replaces the Nest units that they are discontinuing with very little hassle, one hole didn’t line up. The app is simple and clean and the schedules are easy to set. Happy with it .. I use two of them for multiple zones.
App issues
Now Works on one device only..then asks for password again and again on other devices. Have to keep resetting password. To change devices. Was good before..app needs updating please
No DARK Mode
I’ve requested this long ago but still nothing. This app needs to have dark mode capability! Nothing worse than opening the app in the middle of the night to adjust the temperature and going blind from the entire white screen! On top of that, why do different Honeywell thermostats require different apps!?
