Audio Alarms
Would be nice to be able to set an audio alarm on the app for when a cycle is complete.
Missing most features
The most important feature a refrigerator app must have is missing: what’s the temperature inside my freezer and refrigerator compartments. You can change the desired temperatures but you have no way of knowing what the actual temperatures are. I had to buy a $1.99 digital thermometer for my freezer to discover that despite being set at -5 F, it was actually + 18F 3 days after delivery and set up. This for a $3,000 fridge.

So I had the older model and I decided to upgrade it and it was well worth it

These require constant resetting and hard to connect remote start. The dryer itself works fine for clothes.
My Whirlpool/washer&dryer
AWESOME!!! Everything that I want in a machine, such as the different types of settings temperature and the length of time that I want my clothes to be taken care of not only that the fact that I can put from just a little bit of clothes to bag full of clothes this washer calculates everything that goes in it while it’s washing while it’s drying, it’s just it does his job one more do you want it? Does the job?
Useless
Useless app. You have to always remember to enable the remote feature. Open the over door and it resets to off

Sensitive to Heat
I’m genuinely confused how this Whirlpool oven passed any functionality testing. The moment the oven heats up and you try to check on your food, the display panel starts glitching and going completely haywire. The heat coming from the oven clearly affects the electronics, making the controls unreliable right when you need them most. For an appliance at this price point, basic usability shouldn’t fall apart just because the oven is on. This feels like a major design flaw, and it makes everyday cooking frustrating and inconvenient. I expected far better performance and quality control from Whirlpool.
Disappointing
The app is disappointing because it has glitches and i can’t start the machine from it. The washing machine electronics glitch sometimes and it thinks you press buttons when its dusty. Sometimes when a cycle is cancelled, it tries to revert back to the cancelled cycle when you start the new one. The detergent dispenser was a waste of money.

Excellent works every time. And been using it for 7 years.
Mid at best
Constantly being signed out of this and having to log back in is a nuisance. At that point just make it a web page I have to sign in to. Seems safe to say whirlpool put the absolute bare minimum possible in to the app and said “eh, good enough.” The oven units themselves are less than impressive but the whirlpool brand overall clearly hasn’t cared about its reputation or quality in MANY years so I guess it’s up to their standards.

You need to reopen the app to check on the current times on the oven after you minimize it or your phone screen turns off
Saved data?
Great app except I can no longer use it unless I want to go through the hassle of resigning up. I was just randomly kicked off. While I don’t mind having to reset my password, it makes you start completely over. In my case, I have to have to wait for my husband to reinvite me. (Since only 1 of us can have the initial account)

Washer is a little wobbly but the legs may just need to be adjusted. Dryer is excellent so far Definitely Recommend
Doesn’t work
My brand new house is a “Smart house” with all state of the art Whirlpool appliances. When the Whirlpool app failed to find any appliances, it said to add the Wlabs app, which failed to open, and there is no way to troubleshoot. So I have a house full of smart appliances that can’t connect to the app or the second app this one told me to download!

Great for alerting you when laundry is finished. Have to close/swipe off the app between loads.

Not reliable
I have a stacked washer/dryer combo. Setting up the app and pairing my appliances was fairly simple. Using the app is also fairly simple with additional wash cycles accessible through the app. The issue is I went to wash the next day and both appliances were offline and had to be paired/connected again. This shouldn’t be the case every single day it needs to be used. Developers please fix this issue. Otherwise this defeats the purpose of the app.

Horrible Experience
I can’t even sign in. I’ve already created my account with my email and password and confirmed the email they sent to me but there is no sign-in button. It only gives me the option to create an account and I’ve gone round and round and it just keeps wanting me to create an account, which I’ve already done.

This is fantastic to be able to operate this oven remotely. It makes things much easier, especially with the double oven.
No sign in!!
How incompetent can you be developing an app!!!! It says sign up/sign in and it won’t give you the sign in it’s asking to create a new account! I already have an account and there is no where to sign in. Seriously get it together.
No Siri/HomeKit integration
Works decently enough. Missing Siri and HomeKit integration.
Terrible App
Still can’t get it to recognize my washer and dryer. Tells me it’s connected and then says it can’t connect. Not very user friendly.
Self clean
For the most part, the app works great especially for a blind person. The one problem I have is the clean/self clean option is not available on the app or with Alexa. As a blind person, I need this option as I cannot use the touchscreen.
Mystery Laundry Dispenser
I am still not sure if the laundry detergent is dispensing correctly. It states to fill it up, but I have not had to change it, which is very odd for how many loads I have washed. I have called to try to get support from the manufacturer, but to no avail
Don’t buy this oven
We just moved into this house and the oven is beautiful. However the time was repeatedly off. We’ve tried to update the settings both manually and in the app. The app prompted us to download an update. After that the oven completely stopped working. No screen, nothing. We tried resetting the breaker and nothing. There’s no way to access the screen bc the electrical components stopped working completely after downloading their update!!! All bc the time was wrong on my oven, now I have no oven. What’s heart breaking is that I’m sure the oven works it’s just the electrical components. When you call whirlpool they want you to buy an extended warranty plan for $40 a month or pay $400 for them to come out and take a look. It’s so disappointing and disheartening.

Getting a notification that my clothes are done is handy. I wish the app would notify me when the load is unbalanced. My basement has a sloped floor and sometime the load gets off balanced if it is not loaded exactly right. When this happens, I have no idea until I see it with my own eyes and the machine has been sitting doing nothing for quite some time.

I never dreamt that I was such an amazing washer and dryer. I love all the features and it does an amazing job and drying your clothes.
App was good… until it wasn’t
This app USED to be amazing. I had all my favorite settings saved. I just picked which one I wanted and it did its thing and alerted me when it was done. A few weeks ago they updated the app. It kicked me out and ever since then I can’t reconnect. Support isn’t helping. I’m so frustrated. The main reason I loved this appliance was that the app told me when to get my laundry. Please fix the app!!!!
Pretty good but
The touch screen freezes occasionally on both washer and dryer, which requires a restart and reconnect which is a pain. Very good washing performance but my LG used to be better. Inside of the washer tends to need cleaning more often than my LG used to. Dog hair and fuzz stick to the rubber components a lot more.
Functional, but just barely
Sometimes I can start and stop the washer dryer from the app. Sometimes I can’t. What makes the difference? Who knows! But the app surely won’t tell you. The cycle done notifications work reliably though which is the main reason I got these in the first place so that’s something.
Software malfunction
Those All-in-one have a lot problems. Sometimes they keep running loop and won’t finish the process. This App help a bit, but nothing more, the hardware & software of the washer is the main problem. Hope Whirlpool can look into their products.

What?
All-in-one… I do wash cycle only to pull stuff out before running dry cycle. Start dry cycle and an hour or so later get a notification my wash is done. A check shows still going through the cycle, so what the heck was it doing for that hour? We know it certainly wouldn’t be dry, drying always takes hours!

Wifi connection stopped working. I am blocked by utter stupidity of the app and its logic: the app says the device must be connected to wifi first. The device says that you have configure the device from the app first. The app is created by clueless idiots

The French translation is terrible and has plenty of bugs. Whirlpool could definitely do better!
Love it but ….
I love this washer/dryer set but they keep dropping my Internet connection. If I could get this aspect figured out, I’d rate it a full 5 stars.
