This app is awful!!!! Every time I connect my device to auto life it deletes it and I have to connect all over again and it never connects to my WiFi!!!!! I definitely rate this 0 stars..😥😡

Was great ..
This app was great would have given five stars, but since the update it’s broken, and none of my lighting works! Please roll back to the old version! Since the update the app hangs and won’t even open on multiple phones. Update : developer recommends submitting a support in the app that WONT LOAD. 🤦🏻♂️
Almost
The app gives convenient access to an array of settings and scenes. Colour definition in the app is not matched by the product - but for outdoor lights they are good enough. The biggest issue for me is scheduling. For the schedule to work you must have the app open and the s heduling page open. Otherwise they go on and off at random times. Fix that and I’ll change it to five stars.

Inconsistent and Not user friendly
I scheduled the lights to go on at a certain time and off at a certain time and it worked for a solid four days and now no longer works. The lights change to different settings on their own through the app, which is frustrating and overall the user experience on the app just is not smooth or clear.

DIY Features can be frustrating
DIY Features are frustrating espec scribble. Not knowing which bulb is where, you should be able to click on and click off the same. First one can't be removed without starting over. In order to scroll up to get the last roll you drag multiple bulbs you didn't want but the undo feature is nice for that. But the undo and the arrow back but are close and if you hit the back butto, then you have to start all overbc you just exited out of your DIY. Also, selecting direction change in the app doesn't translate to the actual lights. Do like that I can add the color code via slider option tap the numbers and you can type it in made entering University colors easy.

I tried doing a custom and it doesn’t stay the color i want. looked up youtube videos and tried to follow directions and doesn’t work how i want it too.

Make control center widget
Update: automations never work. I have this light on a timer and it has worked once. Still waiting for the control center switch too. ——————————————— This app works great and exactly how I want it to, but my only complaint is that there is no widget/ control center widget available. I’d love nothing more than to turn my light off without having to unlock my phone and go to the app!

Worked great…at first
Worked great then about a month in they stopped working correctly. Can’t use ANY images. Just solid colors and parts still flash all colors. I would avoid these for a bit until they fix. Support was prompt but asked me to contact seller on Amazon… no good! Been longer than 30 days and won’t help!

Not working correctly
The lights turn off and on whenever they want to, often not on the schedule that they are set for. Sometimes they come on to the correct lighting scheme, sometimes something different. Four strings of lights are all grouped together, sometimes one or more just don’t turn on.
Simple and excellent
I don’t use %80 of the features so I keep it simple and the bulb delivers. App disconnects some times and it could get a bit brighter but very satisfied overall

Terrible interface
I’ve never written an app review but this is terrible. Our permanent outdoor lights have a controller that uses this app. My wife and I are both logged in under the same account. Her phone is connected to the lights with no issue. My phone tells me they are offline. We can only control the lights from her phone even though we’re logged in to the same account.

I love my lamp. It’s amazing.
Terrible app
I love the lights! But the app is the worst ever to come with spotlights. Opening the app never gets past the opening screen. It times out and always asks to retry. Customer service is totally unresponsive. They only ever responded to say to thru Amazon support. Amazon support only leads back to the business website. Very glad the remote works for manual operation! I am seeing they are making updates to fix bugs. But nothing is working yet for me!

Fab but unable to connect to actions
This is a fab app. Does what it needs to and the lights work wonderfully. I managed to connect this to Amazon Alexa as well and made a family connection with my husband. I’ve only knocked this down a star because I can’t connect the lights to iPhone shortcuts. When I click on Surplife, everything is in another language and can’t be translated to English so I don’t know what to click on to connect.

Unbelievable care, commitment, and support to rendering the perfect application. In a word, “PERFECTION.” Does everything it should and much much more! Being in a wheelchair, this program allows me to control different lamps- not only on/off, but intensity and colors. I can choose a non intrusive nightlight, a brighter light to read by, or a step-less variable setting in between. It is ideal. The support, rarely needed, is responsive, providing clear explanation, resolving any question. A perfect “5/5”.

app works great so far with the new smart light I got. I was wondering if you guys could add a timer option in the app where you can set a specific amount of time 0-24 hours for when you want the light to turn off from when you press on it. Also, a big feature other apps have that I don’t believe this app has is the ability to choose from multiple Power-on behaviour. this is where you can choose what you want to happen with the light when you turn it off then power it back on. you can choose to set it to the default colour/mode, choose to restore your last used colour and brightness, or you can customize the colour and brightness. this feature would be a game changer for me and will add lots of functionality to my light. Really hoping you guys can add these, thanks for your time.
