Not ideal for Start-up and Small Business
My experience started very positively. The onboarding process was fast and efficient, and my account manager, Mr. Suhaire, was initially active and responsive. Unfortunately, after I became an official customer, the level of support noticeably declined. Responses now sometimes take up to two days. For freelancers, startups, and small businesses with limited funds, cash flow is the fuel that keeps operations running. Delayed communication can therefore have a serious impact on the business. To be fair, the team was highly efficient at the beginning. However, the after-sales service and response time need significant improvement. Based on my experience, I would not currently recommend this service to startups or SMEs that require timely and consistent support. There is always room for improvement, and constructive criticism should be viewed as an opportunity to provide better service. A fair and balanced review can also help other small businesses like me make informed decisions when choosing the right business partner.

I tried to open a Nomod account in the UAE, I submitted ALL required documents and they declined my enrollment. Which is fine. But then I asked why, they couldn’t provide any info on why they declined my enrollment although THEY asked me to contact them for more info. I decided to go with STRIPE instead and when they were documents missing, they asked me to send those documents because they have a better enrollment and transparent enrollment process. Was able to open my STRIPE account in less than 30 minutes and I was able to receive my client’s payment. I don’t recommend NOMOD not because I wasn’t approved but simply because they have problems with their systems and customer service which indicates that if anything goes wrong they won’t be responsive or efficient. I’m glad after all because I’ve been redirected to a better and efficient service: STRIPE.

My personal experience with Nomod
I stopped actively using Nomod around August 11. At that time, I had access to a free trial for same-day payouts. Due to issues in my business, I was not operating from August through December. I believed I had cancelled my subscription during that period, but later realized it had remained active. I did not use Nomod’s services for several months. When my business became operational again, I received a payment of approximately AED 640 through Nomod. I was surprised to see that this amount was not paid out to me. After contacting Nomod, I was informed that there was an outstanding subscription balance. I requested a resolution and explained that the service had not been used during that time. A refund was not provided, and responses took longer than I expected. This review reflects my personal experience only, and others may have a different experience.

Payouts are taking way longer than they communicate
I cannot recommend this app. Payout can take up to two weeks. You cannot see your next Payout date in the app. You will need to reach out to support so they can explain to you when you can expect a payment. While your clients might pay you faster, you will have to wait way longer for your money to be in your account.

The verification process asks you to upload your conversations with clients and even after I did, they just didn't accept my application. I wouldn't trust them

Started off okay..
they were OK at first. Except they have a unusually long processing fee to pay out for the first few transactions it can take a few weeks! Also all of a sudden after if you weeks of use in the service they cancelled my account without giving me any reason why. I did a normal verification and everything went through successfully. Then I had to do further verification which all went through. Yet a few days later it says my account is blocked and was canceled. Without any explanation of why.

Waste of time. Broken app. Never sends the required verification code to email when signing up. Tried it with 2 different email providers, check junk/spam etc, searched the whole inbox, multiple attempts with each email address and still nothing
