Peace of Mind
This has lowered my parental screen stress so much. I know what the kids are doing on screens and it cuts down on my need to nag or argue or constantly be on guard. Highly recommend
Terrible scam app
They make closing the account terrible experience, and they pretend to be free only to say you have 3 days free trial and you have to pay around $115 annually. A bunch of scammers
No puedo ver las llamadas

Not solid
I tested the app with some nasty language and it did not make a report to the parent app. But when sending “ok” it flagged the word “ok”. Also not all calls and messages are listed. Some do get listed and some don’t. This app does not feel secure as a parent.
Won’t open
Not sure why but it won’t open for me. It looks updated but no matter what I’m not able to open it (on or off WiFi)
Most comprehensive monitoring app
This is the most comprehensive app I have used for monitoring my children’s devices. It’s easy to use and set and change limits and rules. I really like how specific you can be as well.
Not simple
I’m not technology savvy by any means so this app is NOT simple and I will be requesting a refund!
It's ok
I cannot monitor my kids text messages like you are suppose to be able to. I have tried and tried and it doesn't work. Besides that this app works to monitor their screen time limit and google searches. Just wish it was easier to see what their text messages were.

Not very good for msm an calls track
I asked ChatGPT what the best parent's app was based on the phones we owned and was recommended this one. I am very disappointed that the only way to track iPhone calls and messages is with a computer that's always on, connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Even then, the phone would have to be connected to the computer via a cable, and even so, it wouldn't register calls and messages. I know iPhone has security barriers, but this setup is just not functional.
Disabled factory reset
The app is really great for controlling kids screen time but you guys should add disable factory in case a kid factory reset into new phone

Child can turn off
A child can turn off the app and support doesn’t seem interested in fixing it. Other issues reported to support also are not addressed.
Good App
It works as it should. Customer support was extremely shakey at first, but they were fastidious. They got it done. Otherwise, this is a five-star review.
Not worth the frustration
This app is too complicated to do what I need it to do. It’s constantly logging my kids out of things that they need access to even though I have tried to give them access. I also should not have to keep my computer app running to be able to track messaging. Not worth my frustration
Slow and very glitchy
Freezes frequently…doesn’t work fast and it’s glitchy too often. Good concept for monitoring kids activity but poor functionality.
Good for my daughter
Since I installed this app on my daughter’s device. She started to have new hobbies like tying knots and shaving, although she got a bit blood on her thigh. I heard a strange noise in her room today with a chair falling down and imma check on it later.
Awful
Don’t try this!! I was recommended this app by my sister. It seemed great. It took me forever to set it up.- then the app controlled my daughter’s phone so badly she couldn’t even use her cycle app or music app- even after all the restrictions were lifted she couldn’t even access her App Store!!
Excelente pero mejoras necesarias
Me parece excelente la aplicación pero siento que hay cosas que pudieran mejorar. Específicamente en los límites de las aplicaciones: 1. El uso del control selector redondo no creo que sea el adecuado sobre todo si se monta a 24 horas. Cuando queremos bloquear son más bien minutos o a lo mucho una o dos horas 2. Además que debería haber una forma de modificar todos los días en un solo movimiento y solo agregar excepciones (por ejemplo fin de semana) porque modificar dos por día se hace tedioso
Does Not Work on IPhone
If you are trying to lock down iPhones, just know that the security and settings can be bypassed. It works well for android devices but don’t waste your money if you’re trying to control your child’s iPhone. I contacted Qustodio support multiple times and took screenshots of my child bypassing the settings and ultimately they could not help.
Good, but issues
It sometimes blocks inappropriate websites, but my 11 year old is able to find workarounds. Also, if I pause internet usage it also turns off location tracking. What good is that?
great app!
gave my kid 2 hours. she found a new hobby! cooking, everyday she goes in her room with a big knife from the kitchen, also shes learning how to tie knots in ropes! haven’t seen her since tho!
I’m an adult - one star for service and experience
Yes, I’m a parent and not a disgruntled child giving this app a one-star review. We’ve had installation and set up issues from the very start. And every attempt to contact tech support is by email with a 2–3 day wait for a response. Meaning our entire trial period was spent waiting for an email from tech support that did not address any of our issues. No call or chat option unless you want to be upsold to the plus plus version. Be warned, an incomplete app installation can require you to wipe your child’s device. Incredibly frustrating.

Good controls, but small iOS bug for my son’s iPad.
It works almost perfectly fine, but to even use Roblox once, my son has to turn off the VPN. When he enters it, even when it isn’t blocked, it says he doesn’t have access to it, and when he does use it, it randomly ends his game session. Please fix this. Thanks, Kiri.

Trash! DO NOT PURCHASE
This app is utter trash! Complete waste of $100. I only purchased because I wanted to be able to temporarily block certain numbers at certain times of the day, nope can’t do it. All it does is monitor conversations and calls that the iPhone settings can do and alerts you about every tiny thing. “Your son searched for soccer tips” seriously 😒. Did I mention it’s hard to use? It doesn’t do anything you program it to. Then you have to spend hours trying to figure out why your child’s phone isn’t working at the times it should so you just turn it all off. And here’s the kicker they WILL NOT refund you even if you cancel less than 24 hrs later. DO NOT BUY!
It’s functional but needs lots of improvement
I’ve used this app for over a year now and while it does most of what you expect in terms of device management, the user interface can be confusing and things are not always easy to find. It could use some UX/UI improvements for sure. Also, the app sometimes hangs and I have to force quit it and start over. Lastly, as of this review, the AI behind the messaging monitoring is not very good yet. I assume they will continue to improve it.
WARNING!!!
Parents for the sake of your relationship with your child do not i repeat do not get this app it only made things between me and my daughter worse.If download this app your child may become sneaky and make some wrong choices (my daughter started sneaking out and even got a backup phone without this app). If you download this app for any child over 10 they will absolutely hate you and do bad things behind your back which to me is the worse position to be put in as a parent.
Helpful app overall, more time limit schedule options would be useful
I would like more granularity to the app use limits and time limits to be able to set limits for before and after school, as well as during school hours. Instead of x minutes per day, x minutes between 7-8 am, 8-3pm, 3-6pm, etc. It would help reduce requests for more time from my child and work better with how the apps work (for socializing, etc). It would also help so much if the app would add periodic check-in questions for the child about their screen use, so that it engages the child in thinking about their screen use and building skills to manage their own time rather than the app just cutting them off.
Reliable
We have been using the app for around 6 months with a premium subscription. Reliable across Mac & PC platforms. Immediate update if extra time requested ‘to complete this level’. We had used the Mac in-built kids control settings but needed something across PC too once our kids got into PC gaming. Tailored access to 5yo, 10yo and 12yo. We use in conjunction with Qustodio Advanced. Controlled from my wife’s or my iPhone/Macbook. We do not use Apple’s saved password option. YouTube blocking does not work routinely. We use a separate YouTube Premium subscription content settings for this. Overall very happy with the platform. Will continue with our subscription while our kids are young.
Stay Away
This app sucks, it’s not compatible with much like other apps like it with IOS due to the 2 factor authentication. They claim they can bypass it, but even other promises were broken like safety alerts. They are unresponsive and if they respond it’s a general AI generated response and not account specific, they didn’t even know what phone I had synchronized to their system. I synched an IPhone 12, they sent me troubleshooting instructions for an android. A bunch of idiots, they should be shutdown for false advertising. Pathetic excuse for a company!
Bug Offline
Me encanta esta aplicación pero no le doy las 5 estrellas porque hay un detalle… Si los equipos que están qustodiados le quita el acceso al internet la rutina de bloqueo deja de funcionar y los dispositivos siguen activos, no es hasta que le activas el internet y es cómo llega el bloqueo, creo que deberían arreglar ese bug porque eso permite que se siga usando el dispositivo.
@Qustodio devs – please fix these two bugs
Dear developers, I'm a paying user and I want to love this app, but two unfixed issues are making it unreliable: 1. Rules conflicts with Routines – Web filtering, Games & apps, and Daily time limits clash with Routines instead of working together. There's no clear hierarchy or integration. 2. Deleted routines keep coming back – This bug has persisted for too long. Deleting the same routines repeatedly is not acceptable. Please fix these. When those are fixed, I will change my rating.
Not for iPhone
This is good for android NOT for iPhone. It will not control anything on the new iPhone 17. Any iPhone older than that, it does have way.
Does what it is supposed to, but time control can be improved
This is a big improvement over Norton Family. It is more consistent, reliable, and has more functionality. My main request for improvement is to increase the options for time control. Specifically, I would like to be able to set a weekly time limit instead of daily time limits so my older son has the flexibility and can learn the skill to manage his own screen time better.
It doesn’t work!!
I set the time limit for my daughter but never works! In my phone is showing it is blocked and she can still use it!
Great for apps but not location
This is a great app for controlling your child’s app usage and for setting time limits. It sets restricted times which lock the apps completely and also lets you see which apps they have accessed. However, it still doesn’t monitor what’s app and the location updates are terrible!! It is sometimes stuck on the same location for a whole day which is useless for a parent. Please improve this!
Ruined with update
Used to be a great app. As a teacher I recommended this to many but the update appears to have removed features that were available and without a subscription it’s now pretty rubbish
Glitchy
Was using the free trial and didn’t unlocked my child’s phone at set time. Turned phone off and on and still didn’t worked. Had to deleted her device from the app.
Life saver
As a parent with teens, feels like I’m losing the battle with technology in my household. Qustodio has given me some authority back without the constant argument from my children. It’s easy to set their screen times, guide them to healthier apps and also allow some freedom for my teens simultaneously!
Doesn’t work
It’s easy for a kid to circumvent the controls on this app. Wasted my money.

Como mejora , implementaría una gestión de tiempos por grupos de apps. Quiero decir, que se pudiera configurar un grupo, por ejemplo RRSS, con X apps y se le configurara un tiempo para el conjunto de las apps. ;)
Unreliable and expensive
Far too buggy. Variably not syncing changes with kids devices. More stress than just monitoring things by talking to your kids.
I was expecting much better
It doesn’t seem to sync with the phone correctly. Sometimes it says the protected phone is offline even though it is online and right next to me. Also, I seem to be able to install Qustudio advance on Windows. I just keep getting an error message asking to relaunch the app or contact customer support if the issue persists 🤦♂️😰
