Cannot delete anymore.
I stopped using the app 2 years ago and still have it but want to delete it! It say a bad time to delete or cannot delete.

This app tracks everything you do and literally requires a vpn, I’m not sure if all devices are supposed to have a vpn but this is not normal. Judging by the low rating, many people think so as well. It even blocked safari…. This app is really just spyware but made to look like a safe and effective way to stalk. Stalking is not safe neither is spyware, get this app out of here.If I could give zero stars I would….
breaks your phone
im not complaining about the restrictions, thats what the apps supposed to do. im complaining because ts breaks ur phone. i couldnt edit my lockscreen or close any pop ups and there was no way for me to change it

Zu dieser App gehört noch die App für Eltern, die auf dem eltergerat installiert wird. Dort werden alle Einstellungen vorgenommen. Alles funktioniert !!!!! Auf dem kindhearted kann man nichts einstellen. Die Eltern App ist sehr umfangreich. Einstellungen der Zeiten allgemein (z.b. nichts geht während der Schulzeit), Einstellungen pro App oder App Gruppe. Schutz vor „bösen“Worten, die zusätzlich konfiguriert werden können. Auch der Standort. Apps werden direkt ausgeschaltet, wenn die Zeit vorbei ist. Man kann sogar das ganze Telefon deaktivieren, wenn das mal Motiv sein sollte. Man kann dem Kind auch Zusatzbeitrag geben, wenn es danach Uber die App fragt. Kurzum: sehr umfangreich! Zum übertragen der Einstellungen oder zusätzlichen Zeiten muss das Kind-Gerät allerdings im Internet sein. Es muss aber nicht das gleiche sein wie das der Eltern. Wir benutzen die App seit drei Monaten. Die Installation am Anfang war etwas nervig weil ich das mit den zwei Apps auch erst nicht gecheckt habe. Aber seit dem ist es prima.
This is annoying and an invasion of privacy
This app falsely claims that I have bad photos in my phone and says that my phone needs an inspection whenever I need to update the app. All this does is makes parents paranoid and falsely accuses children.

Would be great if/when it actually works
There are weeks when it works fantastic another weeks when it completely blocks all the software and Apple says it’s buggered up screen time. Sometimes the kids get around it so it still looks like it’s on the phone but it’s not there and it’s been deleted. They keep changing everything. It’s very frustrating The user interface is worse than before in the latest change about a week ago. The ability to block settings on the iPhone is gone. You should test your programming on a user group before you release it out to everyone because it’s not efficient and it’s not working

Sick likes to watch little girls
This is the mom. I deleted my account only to find out it is impossible to get off my daughter’s phone. She then lost all apps. Phone calls, texting App Store. The only way she gets it back is if she broadcasts her screen but to who do it go to? What sick ducker watches my daughter’s phone through the broadcast. Not me. I am taking legal action at this point. I pay for a phone she can’t use.

Die App sperrt immer wieder die Apps auf dem Kinderhand ohne Grund. Ständig wird angezeigt, dass sich mein Kind auf unerlaubten Seiten befindet, was nicht stimmt.

Ho cambiato il telefono a mia figlia ma non riesco a reimpostare la app. Ricevo via e-mail supporto che non mi è utile visto che sono passaggi già fatti ma senza esito positivo. Possibile avere supporto reale visto che l’abbonamento ha un costo?

I'm a 12-year-old girl. And I think that parents do not have enough confidence in their children when installing this app. If you install it just to set a time limit then it's not bad, I guess it's not good to use a tablet or phone all the time. But it's also not good that this gives you the option of being able to remove apps, not being able to have an option to use it with some code that I know. Right now I have the problem of not being able to change my code to access my cell phone, and all because of this app. Please parents, do not install this application, think about how your children feel about having an app that does not allow them to be free. I hate it!
I just turned 15 and I’m a good kid. I don’t do anything I’m not supposed to on my phone but my dad decided to get this for me. It’s a total invasion of privacy and I feel like I can’t do anything at all, even if it’s not bad. Knowing my parents can see everything on my phone whenever they want without me knowing is creepy!!! This is a weird app. I think you should be from 4 to at LEAST 10 to have this app. I’m three years away from being an adult!! This is stupid!
