Doesn’t work with iPhone 17 promax
I used this all the time on my 14 promax, zero issues. The 17 promax has 1 clear panel over all of the lenses and the flash - so it cannot get a read on my pulse, at all. It has captured 2 readings but they were way off. I loved this app, so I’m very disappointed. I will have to find a new trustworthy heart app, which is impossible on the App Store.

I have NEVER subscribed to this or any Health App. I have never used it, nir do I plan to use it. However, I just opened my iPhone Subscription Setting to turn off Auto Renewal on an App I AM subscribed to and saw this having RENEWED 06/2026!!! I will contact my Card Company as I have no idea how long this has been stealing from me. I would give it a minus 100,000,000,000 Stars if I could!!!

Not Effective and They Will Charge You Without Warning
I tried to use this app and it’s basically not able to give accurate readings on its own. I also was charged $39.99 without any warning and now they won’t contact me back after I emailed them to stop the charge.

Not accurate
It looks good and provides some interesting information but the results can be as much as 50% out in terms of heart rate etc. For example it suggests a heart rate of 120. When an actual heart rate is only 80. Obviously, it needs to be much more accurate than this to be usable or reliable so I would definitely like something like this, but needs to be something better. Interestingly, it also inflated paces by over 50% so I really think it needs to be fixed in the back end.

Don't buy it unless you just need a place to record data
This app does very little in the way of vital sign surveillance. You must use some other unit to take your blood pressure. The new automatic BP units do that for you. My recommendation- get a small note book and write it down with a pen. Save the $$$ and by a good NP Cuff.
Nothing but ads
I downloaded this to try it and got nothing but ads. After the 3rd ad I deleted the app. “Our app is free because it’s nothing but ads.” What a joke.
Works great
This app is super cool. It measures your heart rate and (if you pay for the premium version $10/month) it gives you stress levels and other data that’s really interesting. It would be an even better app if you had the option to use ads to pay for the subscription so it was free forever because after the free trial your forced to pay to do anything other than check your heart rate
Works from your time.
I bought the year virsion of this app believing it was good and giving me correct up to date information. I’ve had it for around 3 weeks now and soon started to realise that it just works from your time on your phone depending on the feed back it gives you. I work night shifts 6 days a month, I do 6pm to 6am and I tend to take my pulse as I get home at about 6.45am and low and behold it tells me I’m full of energy and my stress is low….it seems to think I’ve just woke up from a good nights sleep so tells me this absolutely incorrect feedback as I know this is not the case and I know I’m just about awake and stressed from the nights work. There are better apps out there and I certainly won’t be renewing my annual subscription to this app. And after a couple of weeks, the information you get just gets very boring and repetitive.

Too many ads
As I said too many pop up ads. And a wise guy response from the developer too. Developer put a ton of ads to get you to pay for a subscription to block them. Total money grab so don’t bother.
Fantastic App
This thing is fantastic.
Waste of money, wildly inconsistent accuracy
I have a condition called POTS, so I am using this to keep a track of my HR changes. It worked well for the 3 day trial, so I signed up for the year's subscription but I won't be renewing. While it works sometimes, it often doesn't - especially when my HR is high (above 125). I frustratingly try many different ways, ensuring as per developer's advice (ie warming cold fingertip, using index, not applying too much pressure, etc) as well as classic error 101 moves like closing and reopening the app, but to no avail. It also doesn't seem as if there is any option to delete an entry (or if there is, it's too difficult to find) so all the false entries have skewed my data. I have entries of 42 when my HR is actually 142 when checked manually. Additionally, there does not appear to be an option to print or save graphs/data to pdf that would be handy, especially given the price point of this app. I'm glad this app has worked for others, but has been more troublesome than useful for me and a waste of money unfortunately.

It doesn’t give you the oxygen level! You have to get it some other way, then just put it in. I need to monitor oxygen levels it doesn’t do it. No happy.

Ho misurato i battiti contemporaneamente con l’Apple Watch e con questa app… l’app mi dava 47 battiti l’Apple Watch invece mi dava 68 battiti… quindi di conseguenza anche i valori sono sballati… peccato
First impressions
New to the site, but I find it easy to navigate. If future experiences are similar, I believe that I will enjoy using the app.
Terrible app, extremely inconsistent.
The app has tons of trouble detecting true heart rate. It either jumps to really high number or drops really low, other times it stays still on the first number it detects and doesn’t fluctuate at all even if you move around and do things that would change your BPM. Don’t download, don’t pay for the garbage sub.

So I decided to test it out, I checked my pulse whilst I'm the doctors and on this app at the same time my BPM was 20 higher. The energy representation is also inaccurate, it's 9am and I literally can't even move im that tired have to apparently I'm full of energy 🥲
