Such made-up garbage
I paid for this app in the hope of gaining info on my health but it was SO non-specific and gave me no real useful advice or insight. It seems to just be a bunch of hype. To top it off, the app kept my credit card info and they charged me for another year even though I had cancelled after using it for 3 months. They refused to give me a refund even when I called right away telling them I had previously cancelled. This app is a total scam! Beware!
Scam app
They offer a try versión and then procede to charge 99. And make a extremely complex to cancel the subscription. It doesn’t even shows as apple subscription. Stay away from

Good App
I like this app and it’s tracking and insights. The main issue I’ve found is that it will automatically start a workout whenever your heart rate increases to a certain zone even if you are not working out. I think it would be better to have a notification that asks if you are working out and then you chose what kind of workout or if there is another activity/situation that is causing the heart rate increase.

This app is so amazing it provides stress and heart updates whether or not I’m wearing my Apple Watch! It does make me wonder, but I’m sure it knows better than I do.

I absolutely love all of the premium features and the overall info the app provides. The only downside is I would like to have a month to month subscription plan for when I’m not able to pay for the whole year just yet. That’s my reason for 4 stars and not 5.

I like the app but trying to sign up for the premium it says $119 for a year or $9.99 a month but when I hit continue it wants me to pay $119. I want the $9.99 a month subscription but I haven’t found a way to pay that way. If I can’t find a way to pay monthly, I’m going to find another app to use.

The app helps me realize when I'm stressed and how much sleep I need. I like how much info it has.
not accurate
Seemed useful at first but I seriously doubt it's accuracy. The fact it needs my sleep time to estimate battery tells me it's only a guess. Many times it shows a high battery like 80% when I'm fatigued and don't feel any energy. It'll tell me I'm doing good when I feel awful. Maybe it's just not accurate for someone with chronic illness but it has not helped me with pacing or anything.

I wish that if you are already subscribed you wouldn’t get constantly pelted with JOIN NOW popups. That’s weird and desperate… bad form. And if you subscribe there needs to be an email or some sort of comms to show you purchased and when you cancel, the same. That’s just basic good business practices. (I subscribed via web browser as I was told by Welltory personnel that they are moving away from apple subscriptions and the option i wanted was not available via Apple purchase) The looseness around responsibility for customer records and the aggressiveness for customers to join join join spend spend spend! at these gargantuan prices is the single most aggravating aspect about Welltory. It’s hard to concentrate on enjoying the app fully and it was not always like this. Update: In response to the developer reply in my email - the following is from a Welltory rep in app chat 2 weeks ago when I first asked about email confirmation: “About email: for subscriptions purchased on the website, we send emails for successful payments and refunds, but not for cancellations - so it's normal that you didn't get a cancellation email. In the app, the subscription indicator will just show that you're Premium until the end of the paid period and then revert to free - it doesn't show a specific "done date" label for web subscriptions.” I wouldn’t just say this in a review just to be saying it. If I had received confirmation emails, I’d have nothing to reach out about in that regard. And that certainly would not have been their response. It’s still in my Welltory chat and I have the screenshot of the convo. Happy to share it in its entirety if need be. Thanks.

No notification for renewal
I checked my apple account for my subscription date because I knew I didn’t want to renew. But I didn’t see it there and was not sent a notice about the $99 renewal fee. I’m trying to find a way to contact them to get a refund. But the bots in customer service won’t connect me.
Cross data share
My watch doesn’t always hold its charge to sleep in and I wear a colmi ring. I wish it would share data with it.

Well designed, needs better pricing
Love the insights. App is designed in such a way to be easy to understand and pleasing to the eye. However, it’s a bit cost prohibitive for someone on a limited budget. Why not just let people pay 9.99 a month instead of the full amount up front?

I love the app, but I don’t like the fact that I can’t pay monthly and that I have to come up with $100 to have the ultimate plan upfront. I would totally do the whole program if you could make it where I could pay the 999 monthly.
Poor business practices
Glitchy app with varying prices. Received an email from ‘Andy’ regarding upgrading and I tried to do so at price I was offered in email. Purchase would not go through. I contacted company and they said that they didn’t know why and were unable to price match because offers change constantly. That doesn’t make sense so my thought is, if they can’t get pricing correct, why would I think data is correct? Deleted app and moving on.
Great App, but Way Too Many Upselling Ads
The app itself is great, but I’m really disappointed with the constant upselling. I’ve already paid for the app, yet every time I open the home page, I’m still bombarded with ads asking me to pay for more. It’s extremely annoying and makes the whole experience feel more like a multi-level marketing scheme than a paid app.

I’m not even sure whether the app is actually any good to be honest? The fact that they constantly pester you to upgrade has quite frankly p**sed me off so much that I’ve now stopped using it.
Great product
I purchased the year-long subscription after a scary heart health event, and it turned out to be a wise decision. I get detailed information every day about how my body is doing. I used to rely only on listening to my body — now I still do that, but I also have scientific data to help me better understand how I’m feeling and find ways to improve.
Lies
I thought this app was great, always sending me information and stats on my day, sleep, stress, recovery, etc. But then I stopped wearing my watch for several days and I was still getting stats from sleep, stress, etc. This app is complete BS and a scam. I hope no one is paying for this!!
Great data, pricey insights
Great app full of insightful data. Cost is very expensive though, even with the offered discount,which means you miss out on a lot if you don’t cough up the money.
Great 5* app but PLEASE stop with the Lifestime Sub Ads!
I’m a hairs-breadth away from deleting the app even though I have an annual subscription because I’m sick of adverts for converting to a lifetime subscription getting in the way. It’s incessant. STOP!
Good but frustrating
The ANS tracking is super helpful, if a little depressing - at least I have a reason why I feel bad. The frustrating part is that Welltory is apparently not intended for people with chronic illness. It is constantly telling me wow that must've been a tough workout; I have come off a twenty minute meditation only for Welltory to basically go "that workout might have been too intense you need to slow down!" No, my body is just exceedingly stressed. I think the frustrating thing is that Welltory tracks my meditation via Headspace and my steps via Apple Health, so you'd think it could put the picture together and go huh, this person hasn't moved for twenty minutes and has been on Headspace for twenty minutes, they probably didn't do a heavy workout. Welltory do say they aim their app at basically healthy people, and I get that (though I do not remember ever being told that when I first signed up). (I will say that the notion that if you're chronically ill, it probably means you're being consistently looked after by healthcare professionals is, ahem, a little naïve... please listen to disabled and chronically ill people, because this assumption is so off base for many of us.) However, for me it would be incredibly helpful to be able to say no, I didn't just do a workout, or for the algorithm to at least register mindful minutes and steps - the things it explicitly tracks! - and register that maybe I'm not doing heavy workouts several times a day, or that when I take a measurement first thing in the morning, I probably didn't just have a massive workout as my first order of business, I'm just chronically ill and currently crashing. I basically more or less stopped going to that tab of the app because it's so annoying consistently having my stress attributed wrongly. I realise that it would be accurate for a lot of people, but it feels like it would be so easy to have a button that says "this summary is inaccurate" OR at the very least make some kind of deduction from the lack of movement and presence of meditation that I didn't just spend twenty minutes at the gym, actually. I have emailed Welltory about this and had no response; they appear to be more responsive to reviews so I'm hoping this will at least make someone somewhere in the organisation go "oh" and realise that while it may be aimed at Average Joe, many chronically ill people need this help desperately and it wouldn't take that much to at least try and accommodate us a little bit more. I am a paying customer and it's a good app I will continue to use. It's just frustrating being told time and again wow that was a rough workout when the app has a record of how many steps I took and that I just spent time meditating. At the very least, being able to say "Nope, no workout" and having that be incorporated into the algorithm would be helpful. I need the information Welltory provides me, I'd just really like the tiniest accommodations as a chronically ill/disabled person, and I don't think that should be too much to ask.

Seems pretty accurate. Debating whether or not to do the premium because I’d love more information, but the basics are great! The insights are pretty accurate when synced up with my Applewatch. I’d recommend
Very disappointing app
This app has been disappointing. The “upgrade to premium” appeared every time I opened the app from the moment I signed up for the app. The app apparently cannot read my sleep patterns, timing etc or steps from my Fitbit watch, which is my go to watch every day.
App purchase
I love this app but it offers monthly payments, but when you try all you get is annual, I need to know how to get monthly rate
I’m giving it two because it’s pretty and sometimes works.
I’m really disappointed in this app. It’s very intermittent as to whether it records my workout. Eg, I have just come back from a walk with my dogs and I suggested my heart rate was zero in summary even though when I was walking and checked my watch whilst it was running the app workout, it was showing my heart rate as expected. It seems to be more consistent if I run the apple workouts at logging them on the app but then it’s not really much use . I’m not sure if it make sleep insight up as it goes along either! App help is useless so no I will not recommend a friend or re-subscribe!
Good app apart from the adverts
I purchased an annual subscription and found the app to be good. However if I pay for an app I don’t expect to get lots of adverts asking me to upgrade. I have turned off the promotions notification but am still getting offers. I therefore won’t be renewing.
Best fitness tracker…
I’m giving Welltory 5 stars and I only have the free version right now. I have used (and bought subscriptions for) some of the highest rated apps in this category and I love Welltory above them all. I definitely like how the app is laid out but I think that I mostly like the timely, accurate and considerably helpful notifications. Many other apps send messages at uniform times and, often, I know what the message is going to be so I don’t even look at them anymore. You have to dig in the app for any actionable advice. Not with Welltory. They give specifics based on how your day is going and then link to the app if needed for further instructions. Though I haven’t bought the subscription yet I feel like the price is more than reasonable based on the competition. Overall this is an excellent app and I’m sure is ten times better with membership. Well done, Welltory!
Clowns
Even after signing up, a third of the screen is devoted to upsells for the (undefined) “lifetime” offering. Given the content, I can see why they’d push as much as they can out of view. Def among the top 3 worst purchases made since 2015.
Skeptical but pleasantly surprised
I figured this would be just another app with empty promises, however, this app has shown to be accurate in predicting my flares and anytime I may be getting sick. I am finding myself checking this app throughout the day to track my stress, my personal battery, and adjusting my schedule accordingly. This has been my go-to app!
Annoying reminder to subscribe
I am repeatedly receiving subscription reminders despite already being subscribed. This is frustrating and makes the app feel poorly synchronized with its own system. If the app cannot correctly recognize something as simple as my subscription status, how can it reliably assess my stress levels or physiological data? Accuracy and trust are essential for a health-related app, and this inconsistency seriously undermines my confidence in the platform. I hope this issue can be addressed quickly, as reliability should be the foundation of any service dealing with biometric information.
Annoying upgrade to lifetime popups after upgrading to annual subscription
I paid for an annual subscription for full access then they keep pushing annoying upgrade again popups and messages to get even more money out of me. I’ve paid for a year so I’ll decide when it’s expired whether to pay again for lifetime. I don’t need lifetime when I’ve just paid for annual! Why would I double pay or want to see annoying popups?

Over complex and intrusive
I just deleted this app after having paid the full subscription and finding no benefit from it whatsoever. Added frustration with repetitive and intrusive notifications. I originally subscribed due to advertising estimates of cortisol levels which was somewhat deceptive as all I get is a stress estimate on a dashboard which contains a confusing mix of data. Some from today or last nights sleep, other from yesterday or days ago. I want a refund.

This is a great app if you are healthy, but if like me you have a chronic illness or physical disability the app constantly pushing you to do more or miss goals is not helpful
Constantly glitching without timely support to fix issues
I have been a premium customer for a couple years and have generally enjoyed the app. In the last few months, the app is constantly glitching and freezing. I have had a concerning and always 36% wellness score for the last three months when I was in the 90s previously. I have sent emails and did chat and I keep getting the same suggestion to delete and reboot from CS which I’ve already done several times IF I get a response at all! It’s been 3 weeks and still not even being addressed by tech! I’m beyond frustrated and am regretting even renewing! I can’t recommend this app anymore.
Interesting data but stop pushing lifetime membership ads!
As someone who has already paid for a premium annual membership, the constant push to upgrade for lifetime membership is ruining the experience. Consider reducing the frequency or format of those ads. Other than that the data is great. I would love to see more aggregated data such as fat burned in total each day and overtime etc
