Sehr gute App, aber schlechtes Preismodell
Schnelle und gute Reaktion des Entwicklers. Das Lebenszyklusmodell wurde wieder zur Verfügung gestellt und sogar preislich attraktiver gemacht. Habe sofort gekauft. Ich nutze schon sehr lange diese App und bin sehr zufrieden. Leider kann ich die Premium-Funktionen nicht bewerten. Für ein Abo habe ich mich bisher nicht entschieden können, da ich den Preis dafür als zu hoch empfinde. Sobald die im AppStore angepriesene lebenslange Lizenz auch praktisch angeboten wird, werde ich diese erwerben. Angaben im AppStore sollten den Tatsachen entsprechen! Die hier gelebte Praxis fördert das Vertrauen in die Firma und letztlich auch in die App eher nicht.

Not really useful
Everything based on apple diagnostics
QTC NOT ACCURATE
Everything else seems to work fine…. BUT the app kept telling me that I had an extremely high QTC, which with palpitations is very concerning. However, when I went to the hospital and was hooked up to their monitor, I compared them. The app had said that my QTC was 707 while the hospital was saying it was 442. I kept redoing it, comparing them, and every time it was extremely different. I don’t expect it to be super reliable, but don’t tell me that I have a life-threatening QTC when I actually don’t. I love everything else about the app though.
Artifacts in AI interpretation?
This is a great app and has brought me extraordinary reassurance after some unresolved arrhythmia events that landed me in the emergency room two weeks ago. After many studies, including echocardiograms and Holter, my heart seems ok pending a CT angiography. We hope the cause is something like vagus nerve irritation from my hiatal hernia. Anyway, on the extended AI reports, I sometimes see a reference to “beats labeled PAC or PVC”, but on the strip they’re all labeled R and it’s a ‘normal’ strip without OVC or PAC flags. Is this reference to “beats marked PAC” where none exist an AI hallucination? I’m happy to contribute my recordings to your QA team if it’s helpful.
Was better before
The app worked great until this most recent update. Now it doesn’t even catch things and it misses a lot when it identifies potential PACs and PVCs. And of course the app gets worse after I pay for the yearly subscription

Good until it wasn’t
This app worked quite well for several months, or maybe a year. Then it began to falter, and finally it simply wouldn’t take a ECG. And I have found no correction for this even reinstalling it more than once.
Error
This app had been useful for analyzing EKGs. It is not completely accurate when you have a bottle of branch block or other abnormalities, but it still works. My biggest complaint is that since a recent update the EKG preview when you are looking at it is completely messed up. It is not reflective of the actual recording and shows many strange artifacts, and anomalies until you click on the full pdf view. This is quite annoying, and I will be discontinuing the subscription unless it is fixed.
My Benefits
I have been experiencing some medicine related arrhythmias with dizziness and poor balance. This ECG reader has really helped me a lot in narrowing down the suspected medication’s that might be causing my arrhythmias. Initially, my cardiologist was initially reluctant about the efficacy of this app; however, I believe he has seen that is that it has been helpful in my situation.
Cannot contact support
Let’s stop doing this where we can click every other option on the page with ease but contact support doesn’t work. ECG reads were inconsistent to begin with.

ChatGPT integration not working
I just bought this and wanted to check out the ChatGPT feature but got an error about API key. Beyond that it seems useful. I hate to put this in a review but the feedback option in the app doesn’t do anything. I’ll change the rating when this is fixed but it’s hard to give more than 3 stars with a feature like this not working. It’s a big, prominent button in the app of course I’m going to press it.
Very useful
I’m not an MD, but have a technical scientific background and love how much data this shows. Much more useful than standard Apple health metrics. A relative (who is an MD) has even used the data to advocate for a full 12 lead before.
Lacks transparency
I spent $60 only to find out AFTER the my Apple Watch can’t support the ECG app.

The developers seemingly are moving what used to be free features behind their subscription paywall, such as PAC burden.
Sehr gute App
Wirklich eine sehr gelungene App die alles anzeigt was man braucht. Ich finde sie persönlich ein wenig zu teuer.
Fehlerhaftes Update
Familienfreigabe der Premiumfunktionen funktioniert nicht bzw nur für die aktuelle letzte aufgenomme EKG Kurve; die Kurven werden seit der letzten Version häufig fehlerhaft innerhalb der Herzschlag- Signatur zugeordnet und zeitlich interpretiert

This is the only ecg app I trust. Had an issue with the app and after I reached out they fixed it so quickly. They really helped after my preeclampsia. Easy to understand and much more reasonable pricing than anywhere else

Nutze noch die kostenlose Version - daher keine Aussage zu den Berichten. Preis ist etwas hoch.

Die App könnte etwas aufgeräumter sein, die einzelnen Positionen könnten noch etwas besser erklärt werden. Ansonsten finde ich den Funktionsumfang, soweit man ihn testen kann, okay. Was mich extrem stört, ist, dass es keinen Testzeitraum gibt. Um die App also wirklich komplett auszuprobieren, muss ich sie zumindest für einen Monat bezahlen. Das wären dann einmal zehn Euro. Das finde ich nicht gut. Hier sollte man nachbessern und dem Kunden einen 5-7 Tage Testzeitraum einräumen, damit die Überwachung des Herzens auch wirklich ausprobiert werden kann.
Auswertung manchmal daneben
Leider ist die Auswertung des EKG unzuverlässig. Angeblich invertierte T Welle wo keine ist. PAC wo nur ein Artefakt ist. PAC und PVC nicht zuverlässig unterschieden. Überlege das Abo zu beenden wenn keine Besserung eintritt.

My Apple Watch Ultra 3 records regular ecg’s for me. It’s very informative and the ai is detail oriented with even nuances in the analysis. I recommend its usefullness.
Not accurate
When compared to 3 other ECG reading apps, it's completely different. This one says my p wave is 150, while two other apps say it's 80ms. Very different. This app is VERY inaccurate so why bother. Ridiculous.

RR intervals, ver1.3
This update to ver1.3 is not satisfactory. The RR widths and their Poincare plots for irregular pulse cases, such as AF or bigeminal pulses, were disappeared. This was very useful for chronic patients. Without this function, the merit in buying and using it in addition to the default app would not be that high.

Doesn't work
This application does not meet expectations. It significantly differs from the representations provided on their official pages. I have sent four emails; this has been the sole method of communication attempted, yet no response has been received. I want a full refund!!!!
PAC und PVC
Es es wäre sehr schön, wenn die Entwickler die Möglichkeit der individuellen Auswertung des EKG inkludieren könnten, denn insbesondere bei der Klassifikation von PAC liegt der Algorhythmus nicht immer richtig.. Auch wäre es schön, wenn man Bewegungssrtefakte ausschließen könnte. Insgesamt jedoch ein großes Lob und weiter so, es gibt noch viel zu tun!

Eigentlich lief die App bisher ganz gut! Aber seid 2 Tagen geht garnichts mehr! Weder auf dem iPhone noch auf dem IPad ! Wäre schön wenn es bald wieder funktioniert oder ich mein Geld wieder bekomme!
