Almost perfect
I love this app! However, in order to use it, I have to delete the app then reinstall it. Otherwise, it'll open and bring up basically a black front page but won't let me do anything. Is there a way to fix that?
Flaws in app
I like the app, it has a lot of information but it does not record my Oxygen SpO2 even though my watch does record it. My AI analysis has a date of 10/25/25. On the diagnostic page the results are 0 unless I open the item then I can have an idea based on charts with no number values. There’s nothing “at a glance” there. I have to get my BP machine and manually record my blood pressure. I have the Ultra version that I bought thinking it would fix these issues but it has not. I hope it gets better or someone can contact me to help me resolve these issues.
Can’t get correct glucose levels from Health App
I have this app connected to Health App to share data. Blood Glucose is entered as 4.6 mmol in Health but shows up as 46 in Hearty. Tried to delete and reload app several times. Doesn’t fix the problem. Pretty bad.

This is an app that tracks everything you let allow it. Perfect to look at in a pinch to check your vitals. It’s been crashing every time I open it last two days but it’s a great app when it works.

Multiple errors
Summary page shows multiple errors when you click on our it shows days when you click on days it shows weeks when you click on weeks that show shows months when you click on months it just needs to be fixed. Otherwise I need my refund because this telling me that it’s not accurate at all.

I purchased premium feature a few years ago, I like it so much. Now after their ai upgrade, my premium account is gone, I can not restore the feature I had before, it is now only subscription, and I hate it, I don't need those ai feature.

The stress monitor is gone with the update and that’s the whole reason I have this app. Disappointing I use the other stuff too but still: now I keep having to pa if o remove the app to try to get things to work please fix this

When I 1st got this app I paid for it then it tells me that I have to pay for this that save your time and money go find a different app to use. Use to help with my seizures to control my heart rate when I felt them coming on. My doctor loved the app cuz I was able to show her my heart rate nd everything she needed when I had seizures.

lots of information but it could use cleaner, simpler organization. got a discount for the first year but definitely wouldn't shell out $60/year for it after it expires. also not showing my sleep cycles (REM, light, deep, etc.) which is mostly what I've downloaded the app for. I use an apple watch so kind of figured it would register.

This is the first app I’ve ever paid for. High on promise, this looked like a complete package. Looks are deceiving. I have nurses and PT’s in 4 days a week, and I thought this could shortcut the duplication I endure with every visit. And it gives a qualified “maybe”. Some of the tests take a long time, which is problematic. Others are mirror copies of what I do on a regular basis. I can’t walk well, and it’s painful. I’d just as soon skip the “set your goal at 2 miles” piece of settings, unless it’s measuring skydiving distance. 2 miles would kill me. I don’t have any caffeine. I can’t get past it. I reset it, then it goes back to 2 miles. I cannot get into settings to modify certain measurements. I tap like a woodpecker trying to get into “privacy” but no go. Three stars because it’s 60% good. If they improve, this could be a winner.

This is a really terrific application that Harvest and stores all the information that your devices will give it. If you give them permission, it will go in the database and it will tell you everything that has happened. There is no reason not to get this app. It’s one of the best health apps in the store and, the developer is so cool that he does not charge upfront. You’ll see how wonderful the app is and you will pay because he deserves to be paid for this excellent work! Thank you! Great job! One request… When I open it it always asked me to authorize my blood pressure through Apple health and I don’t have a blood pressure monitor currently. Even though I allow it and I’ve tried not allowing it, I still get the message. Anyway, to make that stop happening? It’s just a small thing and it’s probably something I’m doing. Your program is awesome.!!!
I purchased the premium version already, but now it won't let me have access!!
I purchased this app's premium version on 3/31/2023 for the then premium price which allowed access to everything. I don't know when the developer jacked up the price so high and locked the accounts that have already paid for the premium price. It does not make sense that I have to pay twice and for subscriptions when I already paid for the full premium amount back in 2023. There isn't even a button to restore the old purchase on this app!! Very unpleasant experience!
Needs metrics units
Really great app, however doesn’t offer metric units so stuck with lbs and miles. Pretty amazing this option isn’t offered. Also no sleep metric if you track that. But in all, great app.

Purchased app on my iPad, but doesn’t recognize premium subscription on my iPhone. Probably some setting is wrong but not sure how to fix. Got 3 days to figure out before I Cancel.
Blood pressure reading?
Wait, so, it doesn’t actually have a way to read or calculate blood pressure? Who needs another way to track it? I paid for the pro version but it didn’t change anything so I guess I’ll be requesting a refund…. Just looking for an easy way to get my blood pressure reading at home and can’t seem to find a solution! Boo. Nice app otherwise. Lots of customizations.

Trial Premium Not Working
Used the free version. Saw a three day trial but none of the measurements work any differently. App does not have a contact. Will look to cancel before the charge or ask for refund. Disappointing.

It seems like this app compiles Apple Health information and presents it in a more visual format. Overall I like it, but it will not read my sleep data and the “customer support” link takes me to something in Chinese. I can find any option for support in English and it’s frustrating. I renewed my premium subscription because they had a sale, but if I can’t get it working correctly, I won’t renew again. If it could read my sleep data, I’d give it a 4.

In sleep section the numbers under "In Bed" and "Asleep" are reversed. Like the app though. - T
App will not measure heart rate or blood oxygen.
I really want to like this app. The features it has seems amazing, the way it’s set up is pretty incredible and it’s customizable to each persons needs based on the reasons each person is wanting to track their health. As far as the app itself, it is a pretty in depth app and there is no instruction about how to use it or tutorial on what different sections are for. I’ve ended up having to google some of the items on there because I’m simply not familiar with what they mean. There are also sections that seem incorrect like dates and calendars that are oddly formatted and not intuitive. The crux of why I most likely won’t be continuing with this app though is for two specific reasons. First, parts of the app don’t function at all, including the heart beat measuring feature. In fact anything that has to do with the camera simply will not work. It shows you what to do, but when you press start the only thing that happens is a haptic feedback saying that it has started, but it never does. A review from several months ago mentioned that it was not working and it clearly has not been fixed in the updates since then. Second, and this is directly related to the first, there is no option for contacting support or way to give feedback on the app. It wasn’t until I came into the App Store to leave a review that I found any way to ask for help. This is simply ridiculous for the amount of money they are ask for as a subscription price. I will leave this feedback here and try to reach out and contact them. But I’m not holding my breath for a reply at this point. UPDATE: I’m unable to reach them through the link for app support in the App Store as the site refuses to load.
Need update
As my fellow Brit above me says, our week starts on a Monday and we use miles. Also can we have the option of adding notes. Can we also have a complication for the Apple Watch. Overall though, a good app with lots of potential.
Good looking app; badge/permission bug?
This is a pretty app and I want to love it, but it seems to repeatedly ask for caffeine/water health permissions/access. I grant it and then it asks again a few days later. Worse, this leads to a badge icon on the Home screen drawing my attention to it. I had to turn off notifications to eliminate this annoyance, but I still have to respond to it when the app launches. There is just some scenario where the update health privileges are not getting saved.

Been using a few months now and am happy that the app shows me helpful health information. However, like other users since the last couple of updates, find it frustrating that all sleep data shows as Bad. Must leave a question mark over the reliability of everything else. I’d say avoid until it’s fixed.

Needs The Options For Miles And Week Start On A Monday
This is a really informative app. Very easy to use as well. However I am from the UK and our week starts on a Monday. There should be a option for this. Also I use miles and not kilometres for distance. Could we have an option for this too please. Keep up the good work.

This app has been very good and helpful but with the recent iOS update, it is not reading blood oxygen results. It keeps asking me to grant permission and I give it but as soon as I come off the app it reverts back to not reading it and asking again. I have gone into apple settings as well and it hasn’t helped. I hope this is fixed soon. Very frustrating as blood oxygen is the reading I need to monitor.
