Just started using this app and it really keep track of things you think about until you’re at the doctor. Definitely keeps me on track with my blood pressure. Worth every penny.

I love this app. It’s easy to use and I can share my information with my doctor.
Irritating Start Up
I really just want to monitor my and my spouse’s bp and automatically enter data into a spreadsheet. Instead I am offered to start a personalized health journey. I’m not even through all the questions and I’m asked to rate the app. 12 screens, one rating, 5 advertisements, and I am not yet operational.

Good functionality - but price now too high for me
Well written for entering and charting blood pressure, also synch with Apple Health app works well. I was okay paying for the annual subscription, but it’s now shot up. The functionality offered isn’t worth it for me now. A shame as I was used to using the app, but I’m not renewing and likely will not use apps from this company again.

Good but annoying
I’ve used this app for years, but they are becoming increasingly annoying. They need their egos stroked, so the bug the ever-loving fork out of you to rate them. And the “free” app, with ads, continually bugs the fork out of you to subscribe. But I’m doubling down to never pay for an app that annoys the fork out of me. Of course, their constant agitation leads, ironically, to higher blood pressure. Good app, but not, in any way, perfect. Far from.
What just happened?
With voiceover on my iPhone, my blood pressure readings weren’t being read to me I’m blind so it’s crucial that I get the information this way I had to use ChatGPT to help me fix the problem it definitely wasn’t a straightforward fix it would be nice to have a Settings menu to select your device, make sure it is connected, and to even select the blood pressure measurement unit
Great app but escalation in cost in one year is OUTRAGEOUS
I have been using this app to monitor my cardiac health for several years. Great integration to my other apps and monitors. But the price increase this renewal (>35% increase for our family plan) makes it unaffordable and I will not be renewing after this subscription expires.

This seems like a super app and has some great features I really like. But I’m having teething problems settling into how to use it. It is not at all intuitive, and taking some working out how to enter and store all the info. And the pop ups every 5 seconds when you’re trying to enter new data or access history are beyond annoying and a real barrier to me enjoying what should be a great app. Also having tech trouble with the app keeping crashing and also loading blank screens. And yes, I’ve reinstalled

App has worked great for years up until recently. Now, every day , despite providing a 5 star review early on, I get a request for a review. Leave it be! Quit acting some some clingy insecure pest!

Been using this app for year and never had an issue with tracking and recording my bp. Now if I want to see my history, it’s behind a paywall (aka “subscription feed”). No warning, no chance to get my records before it all got blocked.

Everything is good except it wanting me to write a review or rate it every time I use it.
Broken App
Unfortunately it rarely syncs with Health. All other apps are built properly and sync perfectly, yet this one seems very buggy and does not sync unfortunately. Hopefully they can fix the sync issue soon or I will need to cancel my subscription and use a different BP monitoring app.

I mistakenly thought App would measure blood pressure. Unfortunately it doesn’t so I am disappointed. Maybe it could be stated more clearly.
BP forecast not helpful
At regular intervals I discover months of blood pressure forecasts, this time up to April 2025! These must be manually deleted to get to the right date. Have you any explanation for this? It really is infuriating. Otherwise I am fairly happy….

i really love the ux and design — it’s nice and clean. logging your measurements is really easy too. i was having a hard time finding an app that had nice insights and classified each reading appropriately (2017 acc/aha vs 2018 esc/esh). i wish you could export the logs or graphs to save as a photo rather than a pdf though. i also wish that if you toggled off weight that it wouldn’t ask you for it. i used the free version for a day and bought the full version the next day. it’s so pretty!

I’m very pleased with the SmartBP app and what it offers by way of other services. However, I’ve been using Apple products for a long time, and have become very comfortable with their privacy policies. SmartBP is gaining my trust.
