Rubbish
I put this on my phone for a 3 day free trial and tried it once. Didn’t like it so tried to cancel it but can’t find it anywhere to cancel. I have emailed them 4 times to cancel but no reply. I have actually contacted my bank to block the payment which they just tried to take. So hopefully they might actually reply to the emails

This program acts very well and easy to use, makes it more motivating to actually keep track for my health.
App measurements different to real BP machine
Doctor told me that I have high blood pressure so I paid for the app to check when not at home… but the app measurements were not accurate - always good figures (?), which is different to the real BP machine (i.e: OMRON). This is quite dangerous to the app users.

This app does not work with apple watch’s, i connected my health app (which is connected to my watch) and it wouldn’t give me any option to use my watch.
Very expensive
The health insights are nice if accurate - not sure how well the phone can measure though. Please check the price carefully before subscribing - I thought this was a monthly fee, but it’s weekly - my fault for not reading correctly but I guess I didn’t expect this amount as a weekly cost for such a basic service. Very expensive mistake because Apple won’t refund, but adding my review as I’m sure other people might make the same mistake as me.
An all in one heart; blood pressure, etc App
I no longer have to use an OMRON blood pressure device that only measures BP, unlike the Apple app that measures oxygen levels; stress and relaxation phases; blood oxygen levels; energy & activity, physical activity, etc…👏👍

After downloading I seen it was a paid subscription and promptly deleted thru my phone in the subscription tab in settings. Even doing that they still charged me $7.99!!! I am in a fight with customer support on getting it cancelled and maybe a refund. Save yourself alot of frustration and DON’t DOWNLOAD.

Not a good experience
Opted for the free version but kept being billed for the weekly subscription, the anti fraud team at my bank declined to pay, cancelled my card and no sooner the new card was in my wallet you were attempting to bill me again. No response from your customer support team. Shame, terrible experience over shadows any good the app brings to the table.

Ich benötige eine zuverlässige Messung für meinen zu hohen Blutdruck. Ich habe in der letzten Zeit immer wieder mit der App und daneben mit einem manuellen Blutdruckmessgerät gemessen. Die Übereinstimmung vom Blutmessgerät zur App weichen so weit ab, dass es schon bedenklich ist. Traurig um das Geld welches jetzt weg ist.

Inaccurate BP
Awful! I always used the WellMy app. Paid the prescription. Yesterday it gave me a BP reading of high 161/89. I panicked. Done it again 140/81. Consistently high readings. I ending up taking a full blown panic attack. Went to my mums. Used her BP cuff. First reading was a bit higher cuz I was mid panic attack but since then my BP has been normal/perfect! The BP cuff has not given me a single high reading. My friend and her partner both downloaded the app. They came back as high blood pressure which was inaccurate.
Great app
I love this. I would give it a 5* if it didn’t cost £7 a week to check your health. Mostly accurate, though you can never be too sure but it tells you that it’s only 76% accurate. Helps you just monitor your health and know what you need to improve.
Inaccurate readings
I have found the readings inaccurate compared to other devices e.g it had my heart rate at 40 and when checked using another device it was 70. The same with my blood pressure.

Blood Pressure
This app is actually not that bad, been using this app for a while, but recently it sent me in a spiral especially because I have health anxiety, it keeps saying I have high blood pressure it said it for 5 days straight, I bought a blood pressure monitor and it says my blood pressure is normal I done it at the same time with the app and the blood pressure monitor says normal and the app says high.

Misleading
Why is this app advertised as free. As soon as you install it you are prompted to enter into a 3 day trial and then have to pay. When something is advertised as free surely it should be!
Stopped working after less than a week
I ACCIDENTALLY bought this app and couldn’t get a refund due to “no invoice” so I started using it as I paid £40 for it. I’ve not even had it a week and my finger print won’t work. Keeps telling me that my fingers “slipped off” when I haven’t moved a bloody muscle. Don’t know what to do about it after I paid £40 for it. Absolute joke.

My results eg heart rate, oxygen, BP are all Normal Or excellent but the overall report states “Bad Heart”

Awful - in fact dangerous
I have used this for 3 days. I have essential hypertension. High blood pressure for years. This app measures my blood pressure as normal-low. I’ve literally sat with my finger on the phone and a blood pressure monitor on the other arm and the reading from this app 109/77 compared to 130/93 on my BP monitor. I truly don’t think you can get reliable BP measurements from your phone. Pulse is accurate. HRV is interesting but I don’t know how reliable the readings are.
