I was let down
I thought I said it could measure by my blood auger I was sceptical cause unless you use real blood I cannot be measured. So I used it for my bpm and that worked ok until they will not let u see your info cause the want you to pay for it. U shouldn’t be able to withhold someone’s health info and that’s why I deleted the app

Can’t find cancellation option
I have tried emailing these people about a cancellation . No response whats so ever . I am sure there was a bill passed that apps need to ensure cancellations are just as easy as the original sign up . What a waste. Don’t recommend at all . Just get a regular BP cuff saves you the trouble of trying to ahold of someone .

Misleading “free trial”
I accepted their free trial, once it ended, apple still charged me $10. It’s an interesting app, but their free trial isn’t really free. Don’t try it out unless you’re really willing to pay for it.

All these apps are fake they can only monitor your heart rate and cannot monitor blood pressure or blood sugar and these apps are not free and should be removed because of false advertising

This app does not work at all
I downloaded Heartbeep because the app claims that it can measure your heart rate simply by placing your finger over the phone’s camera. However, I followed the instructions carefully and tried all three camera lenses, but the app was unable to detect my heart rate at all. What makes this even more frustrating is that the instructions in the tutorial do not seem to match the actual app interface, making it unclear how the feature is supposed to work. After multiple attempts, I still could not get the app’s basic heart rate measurement feature to work. This makes me question whether the app functions as advertised and honestly leaves me feeling somewhat misled. I hope the developers improve both the functionality and the instructions. If there are specific requirements regarding iPhone models, camera lenses, or finger placement, these should be clearly explained before users download or pay for the app.
