The app is not clear that it’s just a tracker and the heart rate reading was wildly off compared to manually measuring
Very Disapointing
I thought this would give me my oxygen level. It does not. You can get your pulse (which I already can get through my watch) and monitor your respiration. I signed up for a year because of the good reviews. I tried to cancel the subscription about 10 minutes later when I realized I could not get my oxygen. Still on the hook for a year. I guess there is no 10 minute trail period. Recommend you sign up for monthly until you determine if you like the app.
Just what the Doctor Ordered
I have several extremely rare autoimmune diseases and Dysautonomia is a constant this app provides me a journal of sorts to keep my data all in one place.
False Info in AppTitle
You MUST read through the entire written description very carefully! THIS APP DOES NOT MEASURE YOUR BLOOD OXYGEN. You need an oximeter or Apple Watch that measures blood O2 levels. All this does is count pulse and you count respirations with a timer. Then it ESTIMATES BLOOD OXYGEN. Don’t spend the money if you are a patient on supplemental oxygen or you have a chronic respiratory problem like asthma!!! You still need your finger monitor for O2 levels!
My readings
I am pleased to use the app. I can see when I have experienced highs and lows. My only concern is that the BPM is always way behind the blood oxygen monitor, often by a couple of days.

5-stars before April 14th, 0-Stars after April 14th This worked so great I purchased the Pro version. 4 days ago the app stopped recording my blood oxygen. I did a manual blood ox and it showed up in my ios health app but nothing in the blood ox app. Tried reseting my watch and phone and made sure both had the latest version of ios. Still not working. I rely on this app for my asthma. Tried contacting the developers but no response

It doesn’t actually check your blood oxygen. I just guesses or you check it yourself with a device and manually enter it. It does NOTHING.

Not what it used to be to be
The app used to work really well and give you accurate readings consecutively through the day now there’s delays for days even weeks where there’s gaps that it does not review your oxygen level

I wish these apps would say very expensive befor download and entering a bunch of info. $9.99 a month.

Why it’s not clearly mentioned
I have an US purchase Apple Watch and want to monitor my blood oxygen ONLY on my watch while I am trekking!! Got it so if I do not carry my iPhone I cannot get reading of 02 secondly my USA purchased Apple Watch will display in its apple health section as I do not live in USA I am from INDIA please help me buy your app with questions resolved CLEARLY using STANDALONE only Apple Watch. I would like to give more but…
Everything downloaded, iPhone and watch synced, and I can’t get it to measure with my watch. It’s a new version just purchased in Dec 2021. It keeps coming up on the face of the watch saying “0pen Apples “Blood oxygen app and tap start”, but I’m in the actual app and it won’t progress from the screen. So the loss of stars and I wanted to give less is the frustration of getting it going and app on iPhone is so simple with no help mode. Grrrrr.

I wish I hadn’t bought the year subscription which I have now cancelled. This app does not keep the daily 02 updated sometimes not until late in the day. I’ve found other .99 apps that are much better!!!!
Cant measure SPO2
Hi am using the paid version. Initially i could measure both pulse rate as well as SpO2 levels using camera lens of my phone. After the last update I am not able to measure SPO2 with my camera lens. I have tried restoring my purchases and also reinstalling the app. It just doesnt work. Please help .

Apple Watch feature is for premium subscriptions only
The same with the Health app sync. Should be informed in the description on the app in Apple Store. Promising app tho. — Não tem a função pra Apple Watch, nem pra conectar com o app Health, apenas se você pagar - o que eu acho que devia ser informado já na página da Apple Store. Inaccurate
Heart rate monitoring is pretty inaccurate. SPO2 monitoring is also inaccurate as it is just and approximate. Wouldn't recommend this app. What happened is that I checked the heart rate on this app and also on finger oximeter simultaneously. And what i found out was that the heart rate on the app was 118 and on oximeter it was 78. Such a huge difference. So pretty inaccurate app. And also for the SPO2 it just tells an guess because it actually just tell it without even touching ur finger on the screen. So its an inaccurate app. Please don't download it.
Good tech with little false information
I appreciate your idea but you don’t have to scam people by asking them to touch camera for no reason whatsoever cause this app identifies the oxygen level based on how long are we holding the breath si why the hell I should touch my camera?

The censor in your phone camera is just to measure heart rate. For the oxygen level, the app will just ask you to hold your breath while the app count the time. And then it will calculate the oxygen level in your blood.
The title that it measures Spo2 is misleading.
It doesn’t scientifically measure your blood oxygen level. It simply asks you to hold your breath for a few seconds and provides a rough measurement based on that.

Not a free app or free service
I want to use the apple provided blood oxygen app but it's missing from my apple watch, I downloaded this cause it had a lot of reviews and was "free" I cannot even use it on my watch without paying a subscription. No thanks. I can buy a machine to do that from REI for cheaper than a year's sub.
