LACK STRUCTURE
Their drivers may be using multiple apps I have ordered from them and Driver is going opposite direction when you message them and ask them. Why are you going in opposite direction, the driver says if you’re in a hurry cancel this happened to me multiple times the drivers know that they will get paid almost the full fair. Better use some other app.

Drivers always ask for more than listed in app and don’t use map
The app is very poorly designed None of the drivers use the map. What is the point of me imputing pick up and drop off if they’re not going to listen to it. Plus, the prices in the app are also wrong. The drivers always ask for more, typically double.

Contacted the customer service to ask about few things in the app , they replied after 2 hours with wrong answers. A very bad start. Will never try it

بطلب تاكسي بعطيني 2.74 و لما اوصل بخذ 3.35 و اكثر من مره بتصير معي . ليه فش اشعار ثابته او يحطوا تقريب ان رحلتي بتحون 2.75 - 3.25 عشان اعرف كم معي و اجهز نفسي

لا انصح بالتحميل انا زبونه من ثلاث سنين تقريبا وثلاث مرات اقدم شكوى على سواقين بدون اي اهتمام بس اخر مرة اللي كانت النهايه وبعدها حذفت التطبيق الكابتن اسمه ابراهيم وعندي رقموا وتفاصيل السياره حرفيا غلط بامي الست الكبيره عنرها فوق الستين وزت المصاري بوجهيي وقدمت شكوى وبعثولي مسج الكتروني بدون اي اهتمام وبعدها حذفت تطبيقكم لان ماتحموا الزبون ولا ترجعوا حقو وكرامته واحترامه لا انصح اي حدى يحملوا للتطبيق

الاسعار مش منطقيه ابداً. بطلب سياره و بحدد الموقع بكون السعر واضح و لكن بس اوصل عالمكان السعر بيزداد ٦٠ الى ٧٠ قرش زياده. تم الغاء التطبيق

This first experience for with F Taxi Driver arrived on time Car clean Driver behavior was excellent All on all was excellent trip Rgds
Lots of crashes
The app crashes regularly and even with the driver it stopped responding, and the driver couldn’t finish the trip, until 3hrs later
Charge more than expected
This is quite good but it always change more than what they show amount while booking. So if it is showing 7 QAR then it will 10-11 QAR . So like same what you pay to Uber

The price shown on the order is so affordable but when u get there the price is completely different. Its like they let anyone work, the drivers dont take care of their cars, the cars honestly smell like cigarettes, sweat and the most unpleasant one is feet. They’re always taking too long to reach you and cancel randomly. Overall the app is horrible, it needs alot of fixing, and many protocols before a driver starts working under them. I wish i could rate it -10 but 1 should suffice.

Prices raised and car is degraded after hiring
I hired taxif two times in the same day. Both times, the prices shown while confirming booking was 20QAR which is lesser than Uber. I chose Eco+ so the car shown to me in the app was MG5. But I got Nissan Sunny (Eco car)and also after the ride, the app showed 30 Riyal which is more than Uber special car ! This is not the first time happening. Highly disappointed.

When book the cab it’s showed 5.22QAR, but went the rides end it’s shows 9 QAR, they always charge high
Price has to be changed
When I ordered location it’s showing 9 qr , but reached location price has to be changed to 17.
