I am a regular costumer of karwa bus.Daily i am using karwa bus from alkhor to kaaban and kaaban to alkhor. The bus seats are uncomfortable and old. Leaking of water from AC under a seat. Many costumer complaining about this issue with driver.Kindly request to change the bus with comfortable seat . Best wishes π

I recharged my account on 29 Mar at 10:50 pm, five days ago, with 10 QR, but the amount has not been credited yet, please assist in resolving this issue. I have sent multiple messages regarding this, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response from your side.

Be careful while recharging
Done recharge online for rechargeable ticket. Cash gone, transaction showing in the app but the money is not in the card. When trying to recharge again it shows the activity is in progress.

The app is helpful but need to improve this app as imagine if I miss my card how would I access app should have option to use card and money from my card were I can transfer my cash from my card if I miss it

Hi team , In iOS version 17.4 application is crashing I unable to open. Itβs crashing on launching itself . I deleted and installed no luck still same.

Canβt access Metro link QR code, it just say please update your application (TR***)
I cant purchase a rechargeable E Ticket
Since we cant purchase a card . They told me to buy it through this app β¦ but an error shows (TR48) please resolve it . I am in urgent need of transportation
User friendly App
This app very useful according to its simplified features. But since 2 months location/ gps function not working in my phone. Not showing bus location and reaching while waiting for the bus. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, verified location access everything. Still the same, please advise remedy for this
User Friendly app
Small request to update the follow issue. Smart card didnβt function while the first tap usage at BUS due to when we received βbonusβ over the last recharge. Technically we can deduct main balance first to continue the trip then credit bonus to the respective smart card.

I usually take the 124 bus. Barring the initial hiccups it is performing for what I require, scanning. Today I saw that it gives you the desired destination with times which I felt was good addition. Hope to see some new great features which will give the customers the wow opportunity

i canβt find proper bus timing and almost not user friendly different to used places make more better to use.

Does not allow me to LOGIN!
It worked for one day only (yesterday). Today I tried to login (with correct ID and password same as yesterday) but it just keeps buffering and nothing by happens.!!! Doesnβt log in.. no error messages.. nothing. I deleted it and reinstalled it. Still same problem. I check the internet speed, my WiFi is absolutely fine. It tried using mobile Data. Still same problem. Does not allow me to login! Can you resolve this please.

Metro Link QR Ticket
Frequently facing issues with the Metro Link QR Ticket. Every time it says transaction failed. Even Metro Link drivers have no idea about this. Just worried, if ever a driver will not allow due to this recurrent issue. Hoping for quick response to fix this !

Very poor app maintenance
This app is so deeply flawed. I logged out and logged in. Iβve tried logging in for thousand of times. The screen loads but never goes inside the app. I tried purchasing the metro QR. the app says I already purchased it but it doesnβt show in my card list. How will I use the metro link bus if I canβt open the QR. please maintain your app properly. Fix the issues.
