The app can never establish connection, pages appear to load but have no information on them. Seems like the app has been forgotten by its admin.

Add Card to Apple Wallet
Hi Good day, App is nice but why don't You update the app to add traveling card to wallet, Same as bank cards and some shopping cards , This feature will allow as to have the metro card always any where we go , Thank you
Invalid after registration
Registered but not possible to login even after mail verification. Worried if this app only to collect data. Expecting this app to be more sophisticated, and can also provide cardless entry using metro app itself . However Qatar always surprises with hi technology 👍 All the best

I Think metro cards should be liked with apple wallet so we can use it whenever we want like if i don’t carry the wallet then i have to pay like 6qr just like that and i am sure it happens with others too…………

Login issues
My app logged me out automatically and now I am unable to login back. I tried to reset my password by using the Forgot Password option but it asks for my old password which is ridiculous.
UI issue on 14 pro model
Navigate and burger menu access is not smooth on 14 pro model’s around dynamic island area.

Looks great, nice design and ease to navigate. The journey planner is well designed which makes it ease to plan my trip ahead. Can’t wait to unlock all features. 👍

QATAR RAIL METRO aap is wonderful handling easy way to use and each kindly details are can we easy to see on the app our travel card balance and other’s think we see any time if we have two Qatar rail metro card so easy to see details about each cards but we cannot process to remove cards from the app should who’s using the Qatar rail app should they want easy remove Qatar rail metro card details on the app
Not friendly to use
Not friendly to use, misses basic features which should be in metro app like city map with actual stations location. Every single time asks for sign in even if choosing remember me. And the problem there's no app except this one!
Needs improvement
I wish you can add the metro card to Apple Wallet for easy access. This will help a lot. I also hope that users can stay logged in even if they close the app.

Those who given less stars,please dont do that its a starting stage...so there will be lots of technical issue to be solved....

It says it doesn’t meet the minimum security requirements! Does not work with ios 14.
Good but can be great
App is very good, functional and well designed but missing a few navigation, with a better easy to use UI, more user can use the app to its full potential. Also should bring Apple Wallet compatibility, where users can use their phone or watch to pass through the gates.
Performance issue
App is user friendly with good appearance, however the performance a lot need to improve on IOS version as it struggle to select & do any check or online top-up
It would be more useful if apple wallet support is added
Adding cards to apple wallet for use in gates will make the experience much better

Why do you need my birth date, gender, nationality, and profession to register? I’m surprised Apple even allowed these to be required information when approving this app.
It may work - if you can log in
Oh my, the time I’ve wasted trying to set up an account, only to have this dumb app tell me I’ve typed an invalid email address. I’ve deleted it. Hopefully it may improve as the system gets more users and bugs are ironed out. But I won’t invest more time in it until it’s fixed.
Very poor application
I need to open and close the app for 5-10 times to get my things done. The IT and support team have cheated Qatar Rail by providing such a rubbish application.
Needs Improvement
The app is decent but still needs some work on the user interface, bugs and crashes. I have some suggestions though: 1- Card management: allows the user to add a digital card to Apple Wallet, and scan the phone on the subway entrance instead of the physical card. 2- Widget: add a Qatar Rail widget on the iPhone to allow quick access to important information without opening the app (e.g., Card Balance) 3- Apple Watch App: allows the user to access information using the Apple Watch, and also scan the watch as a ticket on entrance.

Incomplete at best
Probably shouldn’t have been launched until it was actually ready and complete. I’ll update the rating once this is done and the app is actually functional. For now it just errors out if it doesn’t like an input. Can’t register my card, can’t get live updates, etc. but the app *looks* nice.

I can't even use the app if I'm jailbroken. It doesn't have any security flaws that will affect other users.

Top up never works
I Tried to top up for 100 QR from the app and the money got deducted from my card and also got successful transaction email from qatar Rail . It has been 2 days and still no updates from them Very Bad service . If the App has such Critical and Major Issues and Bug why Do you even roll out ????? Have they even tested the functionality ??

“Warning” Popup
I just filled in the blanks to register and tapped “submit” button but the sign “Warning!” popped up so I had to tap “Ok”🤷♀️. This feature needs update too.
Online tickets
You need to add an option where we can buy tickets from the application. Also, if we could use it from the app directly without needing to have a physical tickets.
