Worst app! I lost my money jn the wallet i am not able to use it!!! Bcz it keeps buffering pr cancelling the ride

Prices are much better than others but the amount of time taken just to get a ride is a little long please work on this
Driver with other customers
Very disappointing experience. My receipt clearly showed 2 locations, but the driver said he could only see 1. While I was still in the car, I heard hom handling an Uber customer and asking them to wait. Badrgo should investigate this and enure drivers gove their full attention to Badrgo customer during active trips .
Getting more expensive than Uber
I believe that you should review the other app prices as now your application prices is too much expensive

Worst app ever
The locations are never right, most of the time driver goes to a different location and calls. And if you cancel and rebook you end up with the same vehicle and same driver again and again. Why the hell does that happen when I clearly mentioned that the driver is going further away from me???!! It’s soo f’ed up!!!
Need improvement to compared to other app
amazing app badergoo 🥳rocks but some time driver will accept and cancel after wait long time also some time take long route !! Affordable price compare to other app !!
App is not opening at right time
Everyday morning i am tried to opening the app using my wifi and personal net,But app shows no network message.So that i am not yet be used this app.

App full of glitches
The app is always glitching. The bad service (treatment and hygiene) was proportionate to the low prices we were paying. However, now that Badrgo has significantly increased its prices, the prices are too exaggerated for what they’re actually offering.

The first and the only experience with Badrgo was worst
I booked a full trip to pick my child from school and then come back home. On the way to school the driver ended the trip himself and asked me to get down in the road because he didn't like the traffic near the school. We didn't even wait in the traffic for 5 minutes. Before that he took a uturn and said he didnt want to wait for long for a 7 riyal ride. To be honest there wasnt much traffic.Only 3 cars waiting before us to get inside the school gate.I was asked to get down in the road paying the cash. He didn't listen to anything I said. If the driver cannot handle traffic he shouldn't have accepted my ride in the first place. Dropping the passenger midway and asking to hire another cab is totally unacceptable. I'm completely disappointed. I dont think I can trust Badrgo anymore.

جيد لكن بحاجة لتعديلات كثيرة: - يأخذ عمولة على تعبئة المحفظة ! يجب أن تكون مجانية لأني أعبئ المحفظة لأدفعها لك أساساً وتضمن حقك فلماذا تأخذ عمولة عليها !! - لا يوجد خيار للرجوع للخلف، إذا كنت في أي صفحة في التطبيق يجب أن تغلق التطبيق كامل وتفتحه من جديد ! - لا يمكنك إنشاء طلب جديد إلا بعد تقييم السائق السابق إجباري ! - الخريطة المباشرة تعلق في بعض منتصف الطريق يجب إغلاق التطبيق وفتحه من جديد للتحديث

They make sure extra amount of .01 rage and make it round of ine riyal in each booking . New way of scam the people . Different in and out amount booking even though no traffic. Use karwa You u have take ur own some driver’s are cheating and scamming before with this app There is no proper response from help desk. Looting money too. Make round figure to loot money. Be careful

Delayed Cancellation Booking
I cancelled the booking because nobody wants to accept it and used Uber instead. Few minutes after I left home, one Badrgo driver called me that he was waiting outside. I reviewed the app and found out that there was an existing trip despite the cancellation trip I requested earlier. It seems there is a cancellation delay before it is totally cleared. Maybe some drivers are eagerly want to accept the booking, yet the app is late to respond on the cancellation request from the cliet. Hopefully, they will remove the collection fee as well when topping-up wallet. Overall, I’m still satisfied with Badrgo and there is more room for them to improve the app and their services.

Please don’t install it. We can’t even do card payments. No matter how many times the app gets updated the bugs never get fixed.
Incorrect Location
Compare to price its good.. the booking we make from a current location .. the ride never come in same location.. there is bug when cancelling a ride.. and also if you are not cancelling the booking will cancelled by itself.. if you are going for meeting or interview don't book Badrgo....
Payment system to be improved
Please start credit or debit card direct payment system rather than wallet with extra fees.

I added money to my wallet transaction successfully but money not added to my wallet account. To complain there’s no customer care also in app only chat support that not respond
bad service, good prices but why are they in decimals
you have to wait for them to accept then a lot of the drivers decline. the prices are good but you sometimes have to pay more since it is in decimals e.g 7.43QAR

I just used this app for the first time. Was perfect.
Driver issue
I booked cab around 7:40am driver showing nearby I want outside on road driver pick another ride in between I waited around 15 minutes . I try to connect via call not picking my call message in chat saying coming coming but not came. He lying. This is not a good behaviour with a lady in this safest country this type of thing happened. I am really very frustrated. Too much late for office because of this lying driver also Badrgo reputation also impacted beacuse of this type of driver I am requesting you please take necessary action on this . Thanks
