What people like
- Rides are much cheaper than other apps.
- Drivers are usually quick and polite.
- Easy to use and navigate.
What they complain about
- Customer service ignores your complaints.
- Charges fees even when you didn't cancel.
- Driver or car often doesn't match the app.
- Some cars are dirty and smell bad.
Excellent value for money
Much faster and chepaer compare to the likes of ubyr and others. But needs ‘tip’ option and maybe 1-2 car categories like most other apps.
Scam and unhelpful services
This has happened quite often, the rider will often start and complete the ride without picking you up. It will then withdraw another portion of money from your account. When you write a report or contact the help services, they refuse to do anything and close the service saying that you are incorrect and no money has been taken, Even after sending evidence. The options are cheaper it there is risk. If you do need to use this app, perhaps try using cash to pay and don’t input your bank details. Be careful.

Prices are not the same as it first shows in the app
Yesterday I had 2 rides; one was 21 then there was some traffic so they took 10 extra,,,I didn’t mind that…but at night I came back home with 48 Rials and then they deducted 18 more though the road was clear and didn’t deserve that big amount. I felt being fooled by Jeeny. They don’t have anything in the app to report that, it doesn’t even work. I strongly don’t recommend using their app.
Beware of some drivers
My experience was mostly good but there are drivers who don’t come at the location but the app will say “driver has arrived.” And when the 5mins waiting time is over, they will charge you the cancellation fee.

There is a problem with fines after canceling the order. It is not permissible. You are supposed to win the customer, not fine him and increase the amount of money. If this situation continues, you will lose your customers.
Hmm
Good, but it’s not that good.

Amazing experience
Drivers issue/apple pay not working/smokers
As a passanger, the driver always lecture me about paying cash instead of visa cards, this issue needs to be fixed, some of them cancel or ask me to cancel because its visa, find a solution or you lose a lot of customers
Jeeny
Jeeny is great but the problem is usually when the driver arrived its different from the one showing in the application. Different driver and sometimes different cars.

The worst
One of the worst car rides application in the world. A captain messaged me on whats app asking me to cancel the ride cuz he was 30 minutes away. So I cancelled and they charged me with 1 JD cancellation fee. When I complained and said that the driver asked me to cancel, they did nothing and told me that its a company policy and that the driver didn’t do anything. Their customer service is HORRIBLE and i will NEVER recommend Jeeny to anyone

Rotten Eggs and Cigarettes: My Rideshare Nightmare
My initial experiences with this app were acceptable. There were times when the driver or the car's license plate didn't match the details in the app. While this wasn't ideal, I didn't mind as long as I could reach my destination, even if the ride wasn't always comfortable. However, my most recent experience was utterly horrendous. The smell inside the car was the worst imaginable—a foul combination of rotten eggs and stale cigarette smoke. It was so overpowering that I had to block my nose and breathe through my mouth the entire trip. When I tried to complain to the driver, he simply said, "We will take your feedback and try to improve next time." This was a completely inadequate response to such an unacceptable situation.
Affordable prices
Jeeny is providing a a good service of transportation and they are improving their services day by day
Bad experience
The map is lagging i can tell if the driver is moving or not. Most of the time the car is different, drivers are always different( most of them can't speak English or Arabic and there is no translation to Urdu)
Unhappy User
Poor support service. Many times drivers have taken my money and there is no way to contact Jeeny. They don’t respond to any queries. I only use the service because I have limited options.
Great service

Review
Very nice quick and affordable
Too many glitches
The app sometimes it works perfectly fine and others it has so many glitches. Now it is now showing the price of the ride so I had to accept the ride and later get to know how much I was charged.

Super affordable
Very Bad Experience
The app is not accurate to determine the location location and so driver went to a different street, waited, in the wrong street even though I tried to direct him but he could not find his way so he cancelled the trip and I was charged because of the bad app location. I ordered yellow car but after communicating with him it was not yellow!!
Application has to be improved
To be improved
Not a good app compared to others
Doesn’t allow me to alter the drop-off location pin after entering the drop-off location address. When I press on the set on map button it takes me all the way to my current location to set the destination pin. All I want to do is adjust the destination slightly from where the pin currently is. Very frustrating. Also the only taxi app where I seem to be getting charged extra after the Taxi has dropped me off. sometimes the app gives me better rate than other Taxi apps, but I am not falling for that again because I always end up paying more after I’ve been dropped off.
