Turn off the “update now banner”
My iphone is old. I can’t update to ios16. Unblock the version that I currently have on my app by removing the stupid banner.
Efficiency
Impressed with the service. The food was delivered before expected delivery time and the driver had no trouble locating my place.
Faulty Tigmooeats wallet
Don’t put your money in the wallet and don’t allow them to put some money in your wallet, you never get a chance to get it back. You never even use the money. I’ve been trying to communicate with them but no proper response. Also they take hours and hours to deliver your food
Out of area and certain items restaurants dont list
i stay out of area where most restaurants cater to so its cumbersome to have to put a wrong address close by only to have to explain that to delivery drivers each time, also some restaurants dont add everything they sell so its frustrating to have to explain to someone in charge to order something not showing on their lists. Other than that its good, some drivers use the gps well and dont ask for directions whilst with others its touch and go
Best app
Always communicate and the riders are friendly
Mrs
I am extremely disappointed with your service, my money has been debited and from my Airtel money and the food has not been delivered. Order F02YAUNL987F this is beyond disappointing and horrible customer service. I demand my refund
App glitch
This app does not work properly on iPhone 6 Please rectify.
Great service and quick delivery
Tigmoo is the only delivery app I use now due to their excellent customer service. McDavid always makes sure my meal gets to me asap. Thank you!
0 stars If I could
Merchant accepted my order and took Money from my Airtel , just for my order to be marked delivered and no food to be seen, no call from delivery driver. Can’t even get in contact with customer service, just brings up errors. If your customer service is non-functional, delete the app off the store or fix it.
Nice idea but poorly executed
Good things : Paying with mobile money Variety Bad things: Long waiting times, 90 minutes between food creation and arrival. food often gets cold Lack of card machines
Shivali
Awesome app. Easy to use and prompt response from Coustomer service was on point.
WARNING!!! Payments being deducted without orders being confirmed. You can’t get hold of TIGMOO.

BEST DELIVERY SERVICE
Tigmoo Eats never disappoints Lovely service and quick deliveries, got my food as if it just got off the stove..would also highly recommend Darling hair which saves you the hassle of having to go out and buy hair
Bad!
This app doesn’t work at all regardless the distance of the restaurant to your house. Better yet, it allows you through the entire ordering process and only notifies you of no delivery to your area upon payment prompt . I’ve tried with 4 restaurant and customer care doesn’t work either
Great service
Great and perfect service. Staffs are too humble and service oriented . Very professional and well trained…keep it up Tigmoo
Thieving app
To begin with your riders always come an an hour plus late even when the distance is short. On a number of occasions, they haven't given me my change. Now when it comes to refunding me after you fail to deliver your services, I have to beg and call a hundred times. Why must I be the one to remind you that you owe me money? At this point I wouldn't even ask you to do better but to agut this app down cause clearly you have failed to deliver.
