5stars!
Impressive!
Greedy inflated prices
The meal I wanted I always go into the shop and it’s $15 here it’s $26 and then ontop it’s charging delivery fee too greedy
Complaint
EVERY-TIME I order from Munch , there is an error in my order , keep in mind this happens every time . If this continues, not only will bad reports of your service be made clear to your customer base , it will be made public and this I can guarantee.
Not worth it
The app does not have full options of food. You have to fo back and fourth with specifics of your order. They also inflate the pricing vs the restaurant and add delivery and convenient fee on top. Not worth it… deal with restaurant
Love the app
Can’t see why people rate so low, Chang shouldn’t be a must it should be tip, food id never cold more like warm and is always within the hour very please with munch, however have come across a few incidents where a munch driver has nearly caused an accident but I enjoy the effort to make sure food id delivered on time. Tip them people they’re making a living here
Not Worth It
They cancelled my order and did not even let me know. Tried to call support, no response only to realise there was still no response to my last query last year August ! 🙂. Rather just don’t.
Tracking
Please allow us to be able to track the driver
This app is easy to use
If we are comparing with dial and delivery this is so far the best app I have used for food delivery keep it up I would love to help with advertisement
Worst piece of software I’ve ever used
Read the title
Improvements
The app works well enough although I wish it would show the driver tracking or at least an estimated time of arrival
Amazing!
Fast and responsive!!
The Worst App & Customer Service
I have waited 1 hour 30 minutes and my order was cancelled on the application. 5 missed calls and Munch will not answer my calls.
Cold food and change
Food was good but it arrived cold Change is also a must Driver didn’t have any change He had to go find change
Disappointed
Waited an hour for my order and when I called to follow up I was told sorry that restaurant doesn’t open on Tuesdays…seriously??? And also why you charging more for a meal than what the actual restaurant is charging ? You already charging a convenience and delivery fee???
Annoyed 😡😡😡😡😡💯💯💯💯
The worst app ever i am highly disappointed
Are we delivering, collecting or what?
30 minutes later and we have NO CLUE what has happened. Is a driver going to show up at 20:00. We have no idea… and no helpline
App not supported
Impossible to get an update on your order status or reach Munch. Much better to deal directly with the restaurant.
Somthing missing on the app
Please add a cancel option because I messed up my order and I can’t make a new one immediately
App crashes
I could not even place 1 order it crashed when I clicked add item
