There’s better.
Used to be decent. Now it’s just nonsense. Late deliveries, poor feedback, no remorse. How does one order food at 18hrs only for it to come at 21, cold and all over the place. Big No for me

This app used to be really good but now I have been experiencing delays in them confirming orders, one experience leading to a cancellation of an order. Please improve

Waste of space
Not only is the app absolutely useless but their drivers are absolutely poor on timing. The call Centre and/or Customer service line is appalling. I would not recommend.
Gone to hell in a hand basket
Started off well but service has gone downhill. Orders always way longer than they say. Customer service no longer respond in chat and are generally insincere…will pretend to acknowledge your issue and proceed to do exactly nothing about it. After many years using them I’m uninstalling the app

Bad service
HORRIBLE SERVICE
Took 2 hours to bring the food. Food arrived cold. No customer service help just saying “sincere apologies”. DO NOY USE THIS APP OR SERVICE !
Please change UI
Second time using app and interface is terrible, no rule of thumbs applied, am getting lost in too much info. It’s hard to order and when internet connection is lost, app restarts… why! I want to use a Zambian please make it better it’s been years no change…

The delivery is slow. Food is often cold. Staff is impolite.

Avoid at all costs
Ordered a pizza through them and it arrived 2 hours later, cold as ice and rock hard. Customer service was talkative but wholly ineffective. Your best bet is calling debonairs or Pizza Hut. Don’t waste your money or your time on this clown of a company.
