Used it twice only - not sure
First time i used the app to order, food arrived on time (one hour). Second time, it took one hour to accept the order, but no info about delivery time yet. There are no numbers to call or any contact info at all. The second experience was a big disappointment given that i have no idea if my food was prepared or on its way or cancelled😓
Optional notes option for order is missing.
Hi. While I appreciate the promo price for installing your app, I could not find the option where I could leave special requests like ‘cutting the film chicken into 8’ or ‘no peppers in the mixed veggies’. Also, it did not allow me to key in my full address including Villa number and compound name, which I foresee to be a problem when delivering.

It’s easy enough to order, but it has no contact for customer service, so when the order took over and hour to deliver there was no one I could contact.
Region issue
The app is great, however, I spent 20 mins on selecting the right location.

Orders not being set to stores!
Nando’s have just migrated to the new app and POS in shops by the looks of it. 20mins after ordering I arrived to collect and they staff hadn’t even received the order, they had to search their system to find the order and START preparing it (store was quiet no other orders being prep’d so now queue)! Don’t migrate to a new app and order system unless you have bug tested it! (July 2024)

They don’t respect the time They take your money and deliver your order after two hours, cold and tasteless This is what happened with me twice

Cannot pay
All credit cards show invalid details, including Apple Pay and cannot select to pay driver on arrival as the option is not clickable.
I love the order scheduling option
We use this app often as it has option to schedule takeaway and delivery. Love this feature. Easy to use and so colorful. Great job Nando’s qatar.
Delete the app
I used the app twice: first time the payment was made but the order was canceled after an hour without notice Second time: Two minutes after putting the order, the order status was changed to delivered!! I called the restaurant to complain, and they confirmed they received the order but they had to confirm all the ‘order status steps’ on the app to scan the order Also, the driver will call to get the location which means there is no point from adding your address or location to the app.

Being a huge Nando’s fan, this app was in my wishlist. Great looking app. Thumbs up!
The app is garbage
It sends the order to wrong branch. The tracking is not working. No way to cancel an order or request a refund. Avoid paying by credit card you will never get the food or get a refund.

No half star?!
Honestly, I was looking for a half star for this app, same issue as others encountered, I make the order and it stays “pending” for 1 hour, 1 full hour until you start calling them and asking if they have received it, only then it somehow pops up in their system. I suggest having faster and more reliable systems available for your company before starting an app that denounces the awesome restaurant.
