Every time i open the app it takes me back to the Login page and when l click on login it says user not found. Please fix this.

Location suddenly fails
The application doesn’t allow me to order from my location because apparently it’s not within range but I am able to order through WhatsApp and calls.

There has been much improvement on the app, I’m hoping to see much more progress in it being user friendly but otherwise for what’s available out here, I’m pretty impressed!

Ummm you delivered chicken with peri peri and the food was for kids. Imagine children eating through the peri peri. That wasn’t nice

I have been trying to login for several hours now and its just saying no internet connection yet the app is sending verification codes to my mobile number what is wrong this your app. Last time your swipe machines had a problem again when the delivery guy came with my order and he had to go back with it because you guys would not take his calls when he wanted to explain himself.

I managed to order a meal for my Aunt in Zim while im in America. Love this app
What an app
It’s amazing how I’ve used many terrible delivery services but this one manages to be the worst of them all. And I mean the absolute worst of them all. I started ordering food the food at almost 6 pm and decided to use the WhatsApp option. After the sending my greetings I got a response and the person confirmed yes that is Pizza Inn. Then I move forward to place my order and I was left on read till this day, 4 days after the order. Later on I use the call channel, and my order is taken that was 30 minutes later when I realized I wasn’t getting any response. Now the person on the other end informed me I’ll recieve a call in approximately 15 minutes time. And my goodness I received the food at 9:26pm. 9:26 pm !!!! Something I ordered as at 6:30 . Now what am I supposed to do with the food as at that time. To add it all up, the pizza was so cold it felt like it’s been out there for ages. Personally I really like Pizza Inn, it’s one of the best Pizza’s I’ve taken in Ghana. But that day it was the worst. Honestly wouldn’t recommend using this service. Giving it one star was the only way I could write a review, but really I don’t even think they deserve half a star.

SIMPLY AMAZING!!!
I’ve used this app several times at 3 different locations and the service is on point. Food arrives in less than an hour. The food is hot and the drinks cold. If you order something they don’t have, they call you so you can order something else. The delivery men are always friendly and professional. Everything is just a 10 out of 10- food and delivery service. The only grudge I’m holding is my $0,25 egg that I didn’t get on my other order😂😂😂😂.
Full of hidden charges
I don’t know why they wouldn’t just display the total amount you have to pay at checkout. Then someone would call and say you have to pay extra, and can’t even give an explanation. And because they won’t refund, you’d have no choice than to pay the extra. My first and last time with this app.
