You can’t even log in once you try to register again you can’t use same number you expect ppl to have how many numbers
OPERA SLICED CAKE ( the worst)
CafeJava Namirembe Road, everything is good from food to their services. They all serve with smiles esp. Tahiya but I wish thy cud change that Opera sliced cake. OMG 🤦♀️🙆♀️it’s a disaster and smells alcohol, tastes like fermented or decay. I bake cakes so this is a genuine review trust me. Pliz change it or do away with it.

Everything seems to be good, without a doubt, but its like you only allow 50 characters when providing description for the order ..... It useless

It’s useless to limit character on space for description, it’s the only bad thing on this app

I have been using Africell until it exited out of Uganda. I would like to change my contact number but it’s impossible. From africell to my new mtn number. Thanks.
Failure to register
Just downloaded the app but I’ve failed to register can’t go beyond verification of number so I can’t even order
GPS
in the next update, include GPS so that one can track the order. The delay in deliveries is just getting annoying.
GOOD APP & SUGGESTIONS
Hello I like your app experience very good no complaints just a few suggestions to make it better. 1. Add scheduling of orders where someone can schedule a food order in advance and pay too so they aren’t worried on missing out on special days like birthdays or anniversaries etc 2. Please make your online payment of master card or visa faster and add other pay options like safe boda pay 3. Lastly add Airtel Money pay please not everyone in Uganda uses MTN mobile money for payments its really discriminatory especially for your customer base who uses Airtel. Keep doing the good work we shall keep supporting

Food is excellent and portions are big. The service is great and everybody is professional
Food is wrong each time
I was excited about this app, but not anymore. There is not enough space to even add notes - only a few words! Thus, the food comes incorrect each time and the competencies of the staff confirming the order is very low. It also does not tell you which location your order was sent to, so food items are not consistent in packaging nor taste. Bad app and bad service. It's a gamble.
