Took nearly 2hrs for food to arrive!! After several phone calls I was assured it was on its way and would be hot. When it arrived it was soggy on the bottom and NOT hot!!!!

The food from Saffron was great. Was a little cool when arrived. The communication up to the cooking section is great. Once the food left the restaurant visibility to the order progress was very poor.

My chosen restaurant didn’t turn up with my order and my complaint to food hub was ignored. Money and time wasted. Do not trust this app

The app and service were good, and I expect to use again. Delivery was reliable, but the map showing the delivery was not too accurate. Received our meal tho and enjoyed it.

You can’t check the status of any orders so you have no idea where it is in the queue for pick up unlike Uber eats which does.

Can’t even add my phone number. The verification number is always 1234. So guessing that isn’t working. I have no food and no support to contact. Pathetic.

Tracking claimed food was “still cooking” but when I walked into the restaurant 5 minutes early it was already in a bag waiting to be collected.

We had a very bad delivery experience and when I tried to give feedback only an AI bot responded and it kept asking the same questions. The drivers have no way of being held to account

I like that this app has the same prices as the store unlike other apps that charge more. For some reason drivers aren’t seeing my apartment number so that can be fixed. Overall good app.
Very slow delivery
The app said 30 mins but it took just under 2 hours for my food to be delivered. I think I’ll stick to uber eats

Poor service
Placed an order with a local store, had the app inform me the meal was delivered. After checking the door there was nothing there, called the store who informed me that my order was still there and they were unable to contact anyone from food hub in regards to my order. Will not use them again.
Easy to order
Ordered food. Indicated 45 minute delivery time. An hour later I rang restaurant to check on my order. Delivery driver was on the way. Is there a way to track driver to see when they are close? Other apps can.

Half the time the app glitches and skips the delivery step. Good luck everyone getting a refund either. Feels like they don’t even know their own app

Easy to order and a great range of fish n chip shop food to choose from. Unfortunately the price of the food on the FOOD HUB APP is double the price of the food in the shop!!! Ripoff!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Limited pay options
The app wouldn’t load my main card, so I had to use my Apple Pay on another card with less money, which was really annoying.
Good but need to tweak phone number options
Glad to have the app, but I am visiting UK and do not have a +44 number. Currently I can’t add my real number so I can’t get texts or calls. This makes it hard for both me and drivers.

Apple Pay addition welcomed
Add more payment mechanisms, US based credit cards don’t work in the current app, and when your hankering for a home style curry… nothing chaffs worse than not being able to spend your dough.
Stop with the notifications
This app treats your notifications like free ad space. With no obvious way to turn them off.
