P for Poor
Um..I think if you guys are going to give people bad service..then don’t advertise those services the way you do…someone can’t wait an hour and 30minutes for food…and when I ask you to cancel the order you’re just stay giving me false hope..do better. You don’t even deserve that one star..smh

Good food
The food is good. Portions are great. And the charges are fair. I like that I can use the restaurant’s app because it saves me from extra charges from other third party delivery apps.
Trash app
Online app is the pits I ordered over an hour ago but nothing has been delivered!! Hope they don’t take money and not deliver and also no one responds to the support chat!! So you are on your own

To Sta express management
Am quite a regular at sta express cafe to be specific sta express cafe bunga soya And the services are really good, the customer care is really great but I must say the taste especially in chicken is always changing, it’s like they are changing recipe often yet me as a customer am attracted to a specific taste that seems to be changing all the time and that’s quite disappointing . I request that you really look into that. Thank you .
