Needs more work
I noticed i couldn’t navigate back to my cart after a failed order. Secondly, my cart items disappeared when I closed the app. Also, an options to select extras for different pizzas would be helpful. Great job on the user interface. It was easy to navigate through each items.
Great
Efficient and smooth
Wrong order delivered
Delivery guys are rude after delivering wrong orders and there is no one willing to rectify their mistake.poor absolutely poor.DAD DELIVERY PLUS PIZZA INN
Terrible Delivery! No meat in chicken tikka!
I ordered online for a chicken tikka only to find out upon delivery that there’s no chicken in the pizza! Just hurriedly cut and placed toppings of bell peppers, sweet corn and a ton of chilli! No chicken in sight or smell! This was my worst experience you need to shape up!
Fair
It’s not that bad of a app.its just that they mostly don’t get your delivery right.i once ordered a pizza with mozzarella flavour and with extra pepperoni and chili, they gave me a complete wrong order?!?!!

Amazing

extremely slow
Not well rounded
The app can’t load menus when selecting the prompt of other restaurants and one cannot add items to cart as a guest user

APP Hanging
I just updated the app and proceeded to order. I opted for prepayment via MPesa and the app hung after payment was made. Not sure if my order is even being processed. Please advise urgently
Efficient
First time order and it took about 30 minutes, very quick and pleased. Payment on delivery was smooth
WORST KENYAN APP
You’ll make an order at 11pm and it will be delivered at 3pm or the next day. Worst delivery service app.
Great app
Great and efficient app
Incompetence
Always having technical issues but still deduct money from mpesa without processing orders. Customer care hangs up before resolving issue. If you have issues then don’t accept payment. If the app is too much for you guys just shut it. Shame on you fr
Smooth
First time ordering and I have no complaints everything was perfect. I am happy
OTP failure
I can’t receive the OTP after downloading the app.
Pretty straightforward
Nice and compact app specifically for pizza and kuku delivery. The live tracking is a bit glitchy unfortunately
Your delivery man is very rude
Your workers are very rude I’m deleting this app from my phone immediately
What’s wrong with the app?
Not all the options are available on the app. Some promos are not valid - the show up in the app but are invalid. Not every option has a photo. Every time I use this app I get mad, and there’s no other way to order online other than D.A.D…. FIX IT!!!!!!!! Or go back to being on Uber eats.
