Crashes and good luck logging in
This app sucks. Crashes constantly, Freezes constantly, I had to contact support just to log in. I don’t know why they don’t just make an app that works.
iPad version please
The app seems to be really well done and it’s pretty easy to shop for items I’m looking for. Would love to see a tablet version.
Constantly crashing
Very few items the app will crash on my M4 iPad Pro, crash on basket, crash on checking new arrival, and just general browsing.
Updates
Why does this app need updated so much. Every single time I go to use the app it needs updated. Completely takes all of the convince out of using the app vs on the website.

“Premium Jeans”
For $100+ every size needs to fit like the size that it shows, I shouldn’t have to struggle finding the right size cause the size that fits me is too small…a 34x34 NEEDS to fit like a 34x34. I sent a size up & it was too big…a 35x34 doesn’t exist, do better Levis.
Need iPad App
The app works fine on an iPad but one built for an iPad instead of a scaled up iPhone version would be better.

Jeans are amazing but App just doesn’t work
This app logs you out all the time. Asks for new passwords all the time. Empties my shopping basket after I have spent 20 minutes selecting items. Finally when it send the reset password mail, the link in the mail often doesn’t sync with reset password in the app. I have worn Levi’s for 30 years it deserves a much better app

I can’t shop on this app while listening to music or podcasts because it constantly stops playing what I’m listening to. With the frequent updates, I would think this would have been addressed… please fix this..

I open app 6 times per year. Every time I’m requires to update. App does not change. This is an interactive software loading process that taxes the pants buyer unduly.

Email lockouts happening all the time now
The app used to work well enough, but lately I have had an impossible time logging in, it doesn’t recognize the email I’ve had for years, and when I try to make a new acct it says the email is already in use. I’ve switched to another email account, and it glitched on the new account discount, I had to call them for a working code. And now that I have to return one of the sizes, it is back to not recognizing the new email (even tho I’m logged in with it), or the order number (which is in the order history!). The stupid AI chat doesn’t understand the problem, and it’s taking way too much of my time to get thru the problems caused by not wanting to have enough humans in customer service to solve the problem quickly. Many smaller denim companies have much better functioning apps. And nothing can replace a well-trained and intelligent human on the other end of the line.
Dorénavant inutilisable
J’utilise régulièrement cette app depuis environ deux ans, elle fonctionnait plutôt bien. Mais maintenant, impossible même de l’ouvrir, elle plante en 2-3 secondes. C’est particulièrement frustrant car Levi’s y offre certains styles en primeur, parfois même en exclusivité. À quand une résolution de ce bug?

Horrible app
This app never works, and I quite literally mean never. The app is updated. My phone software is updated. I have deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times and continuously have issues every single time I use it. Assuming I can get the page to load for the item I trying to view, the current version and error message I receive this time is “Unexpected error. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact support.” I would be more than happy to provide a screen record of this issue as it happens regularly and would not be a problem to show how useless this app is. Love the jeans absolutely hate the app.

Worst delivery service ever!! They use cheapass OnTrac and they lose your package, steal your package, or don't deliver it because they're too lazy, or send you fake BS texts that say "access code required" because they're too lazy to deliver the package. My jeans have literally been sitting at the airport since March. They just give you one excuse after another on both sides, Levi’s and OnTrac saying they're going to get your package delivered, but they don't!! WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!!!! NEVER buying Levi’s online ever again!!!! I'll just stick with buying Levi’s from Amazon or I'll have to drive downtown to the store and pay $25 for parking. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!
