I like north face clothes I really really do but when I tried to order off the app it would not work throwing error messages, so I contacted IT support and there best advice was restarting my phone, update the app and don’t use the app use the online website, wtf, north face has always been a good brand but that just made me lose faith in quality control
App acting weird
App kept glitching. I would go to purchase the hat and it would giving me the loading circle thing and just keep spinning. I would have to exit out and go back in. Did it like 3 times. Excited about the hat tho lol

Disaster
The app is garbage. Setting up a passcode is impossible. The same password that works on the website has never worked in the app. The only way to log in is by using a code sent via email. The app logs me out dozens of times at any moment. Very often, the XPLR section shows an inaccurate $0 balance until you log out and log back in. The app is slow, and every section opens in slow motion compared to the web version. There are also a lot of ghost items shown as being in stock. The app is a disaster and honestly embarrassing, especially considering that you have the budget to hire more talented people.

Received a bday discount offer. Tried to use it. Item wasn’t on sale. Just got offer 4 days ago. Emailed for help, none rec’d. Ordered anyway, enough wasted time. No discount but had to order, wife wanted. Not happy
Hard to NOT buy TNF
I own about 50 pieces of TNF gear. It’s not often I have a warranty claim, but when I do, TNF takes care of me. I’ll continue to reward that loyalty with loyalty. Thank you!!!
simply doesn’t work
lads i’m just tryna buy some pants, can’t even apple pay, credit card won’t be looked at, won’t save my address, empties my cart when YOUR software fails, need some proper debugging just hire me so i can fix it and buy the pants and quit after. made a new account to just buy the pants and same issues. u guys got some work to do. maybe throw proper error codes too idk just a thought. errors are not one offs they are supposed to be valuable reasons for things not working. lock in and get a better software team bro and send me my pants i’ve tried for like 30 min. L

App needs fixing
The app used to work seamlessly with only minor glitches, but recently it has become very frustrating to use. Whenever you click on a product, the screen grays out and the product details become inaccessible. This forces users to switch to the website, where favorites saved in the app aren’t even available. It’s disappointing, frustrating and honestly makes it easier to shop with a different brand instead.
