Rarely writing reviews - but as much as like products, both app and website just unbelievably bad, constant errors, can’t get transaction working from multiple devices. Try to invest in better IT group may be?
Printing/downloading the label for returning a package is very difficult
The website has a very clean user interface the only problem I noticed is when doing returns you can’t download or print the label on the app so you have to use the website version on a browser

Shipping address cannot be updated
I have ordered like 10 times after moving to the current address. The orders came as expected. The recent order I made went to my old address that I used 5 years ago. I ended up losing what I purchased. It was my mistake not double checking the address, but why the default address still has the old one and why it cannot be changed?

Quality gear. Buggy app
Arc makes some good stuff, albeit very expensive and slightly off kilter from its mountaineering and climbing roots. But this app has never worked flawlessly - frozen pages, loading wheels, not up to date, inoperable options like ‘notify me’…etc. My suggestion is to just use their website if you are interested in any of their equipment.

App problems
I love the brand and the items they offer but the app doesn’t even let me look at the items when I click on them. To shop I basically use the website because I can’t even see the items in the application.

App says needs an update, takes me to the App Store, App Store shows no update 😐 swipes up, taps the app… app opens only to say app needs an update 🤔 going in circles here!!!

This is a very functional hoody. I wear it in office, hiking, biking and travelling. It is packable, breathable and looks pretty.
Really Glitchy, almost unusable
This app is really not well built. Sometimes it doesn’t let me look at my cart at all. Other times it says I have three items in my cart but then says not found when I click to it. It doesn’t stay up to date on stock as well as web. It won’t let me long in or remember my cart that is tied to my log in. All these functions are very like standard to a shopping app. I’m not sure why they bothered to have an app when the shopping experience on it is made significantly worse.
Ok online store, poor notifications
The online store is ok but the filters are limited and need revision. One major let down relate to the notifications. When I click on new notifications I’m taken to the store but I just get a blank page in the app that just buffers and fails to load. Very disappointing indeed and discouraging, so resulting in missed sales for Arc’

Nice looking arcteryx app. Easy to pay and easy to use. The only negative stuff is you get logged out all the time.

POOR APP great company
The app does NOT do justice to the global brand Arc’teryx. It does NOT work at all outside the US or Canada EVEN IN CITIES WHERE STORES are. Sydney, Paris, London… I just don’t get it. The geo track option cannot be turned on in app though it claims to allow better regional support to find product. Useless. Replace your app designer or back end system team with one worthy of the brand.
Stock unreliable
Many times the stock is not reliable. I’d check out with 500$ + orders and I’d have to follow up with the company to see if my order has been shipped or not. Customer service is non existent. This company doesn’t bother with customer service after purchases have been made. They don’t care about fixing their websites either. Premium prices for bottom barrel service. They also don’t care about customers who have spent thousands and offer zero empathy about their packages not being shipped or delivered. Only a good luck and to try to checkout again next time! Will be spending my money elsewhere until then!

Needs improvement
The app feels like a website with little animation and long response time. Furthermore, it’s lacking real time order updates: I placed order on the app and order info did not show up till the next day. What’s worse, they didn’t inform me that there was a discrepancy in inventory before shipping, and I didn’t find out until I found a missing item upon delivery.

Die App ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet. Schnelle Menüführung, die Oberfläche ist sehr schlicht gehalten und es lässt sich angenehm durch die App stöbern. Aber. Ich benutze die App auf einen iPhone 13 Pro Max und die App stürzt sehr oft ab, es lassen sich Menüpunkte wie die Favoriten nicht öffnen, mal öffnet sich die Produktvorschau nicht und manchmal werden Produktbilder nicht geladen. Die App ist mir viel zu verbuggt und viel zu unverlässlich. Wenn diese Probleme behoben werden, ist diese App wirklich top! ✌🏽

Horrific performance and the checkout experience is broken. For a brand charging this much for its (admittedly great) clothing this is a joke. Get it together.

I love their clothing can’t beat it for quality although prices are something they could look at and deals for loyalty. Their stock levels are not great sizes often are showing out of stock. Their App works most of the time but they do have moments when it fails for a few days. For Black Friday most of what they are advertising is out of stock it’s shameful really and I would suggest just marketing. The one area they need to focus on is loyalty. I have been buying their products for years and very seldom am offered any kind of discount. There after sales service for warranty can be slow but they do get there and the outcome is excellent. I love their clothing and footwear just not the prices.

Personnellement j'ai beaucoup de problème avec l'application. Des bugs de commandes, d'affichages, de crash ou d'application qui ne veut pas fonctionner. Mais la marque, les technologies, l'esthétique et la robustesse des produits est vraiment travaillée
