Does not work anymore
The app has not works for weeks. Everything says “something went wrong” this makes me shop elsewhere
Useless after update
After update unable to sign in . Same issue with the foot locker app.
The Truth
I like champs as a shoe store but this freaking app is overly annoying. It keeps making me resign in and change my password. I always save my email and passwords in my phone so that way it can just scan my face and auto put in the email and password. Well every time i try to login it says “we don’t recognize this email” then when i try to make an account with that email it says “we already sense that this email has an account or as been registered” I’m having to click forgot password and make up a whole new password every time i try to log back into this app. It’s so annoying they need to fix this.
crash
it isn’t bad it’s just the app crashes continuously when i’m on shoes. no warning or nothing it’ll just go black and go back to when you first load in
Shoes
I love shopping with Champs
Bug NOT FIXED
Everytime I go to New Releases, the app shuts down. This has been going on for some time now.
CS for the win!

Shoes
Love that they always get the good Jordan releases. Keep the releases coming
Useless
Called support like 5 times to fix an issue with my order & they kept telling me they couldn’t cancel my order and let reorder or just change something within the order even before it shipped. Even though they kept having me call them at different times because they said they would be able to fix it. App is overly annoying.
