Amazing app and great organisation. I love that they’re taking a principled stand against the genocide in Palestine and not stocking items that fund Zionist terrorism
Regional use only
I paid my pound to be told the app I had downloaded was for the Northern Co-op!!This isn’t clear when downloading the app, the logo is identical to our shops in the South!!

Can’t add card to Apple Pay
Used to be able to add the membership card to Apple Pay. Doesn’t seem to be an option now. I’ve had several occasions where I can’t get an Internet signal and so can’t access my card. Having it in Apple Wallet solves that!
Helping and kind staff
I love Naveen he is very sweet and helpful guy when ever i visit the store he always available for help
Why I don’t like co op
You have to pay to sign up 1 pizza is £10 and the prices keep going up

I can’t add new weekly offers on my card this week. Every attempt has failed with “Something went wrong. Try again” message popping up.

App security prevents sign in after years of membership
Please review security settings! Despite cooky cleaning and restarting app, unable to sign in(August 26)
Offers don’t work
And report a problem with offers doesn’t work either. The input date field doesn’t allow a valid date to be added, and it asks for data we don’t have as receipts aren’t a thing any more. Just give me 50p off my flipz!!
Inconsistent
When this app works it’s great but once again it’s broken. Can’t access the deals and redeemed coupons won’t leave the screen.

Rubbish Cannot Use It
Try to sign in and no keyboard displays. Shouldn’t have to sign in anyway as I had set up biometrics, which worked fine until the last day or so.

Deleted, rebooted and reinstalled and still doesn’t get past blue loading screen. Original message: Hi, since today’s update the app can’t get passed the blue loading page. I tried to contact the developers but the link doesn’t lead anywhere helpful. I’m using iPhone SE 15.8.5 MP862B/A and have rebooted my phone. Good luck :)
New upgrade on app
Brilliant upgrade. Once you navigate your email mail box it’s as easy as falling off a log. Good luck to everyone using ghe new upgrade.

Ridiculously slow and glitchy even on WiFi
Membership Card
The app is great, however please can the membership card on the app be bigger like the other stores (e.g Sainsbury’s / Tesco etc). It’s really hard to scan the card at checkout because it is so small in the app. Should be a simple quick fix for the development team that would make it easier for people to use 👍🏼

The shop great however you can’t see your can’t see your shopping list. It’s a nice shop

I already have a co op card entered the number to sign is and does not work.
Good app
I like the app, mostly use it for the offers that one can add to the membership card. The downside is when the offers are added, if the store is out of stock of a selected item, we miss out on the offer. It would be nice to be able to delete a selected offer and select a different one to make the most of the offers available.
Excellent app support team
After leaving a review here stating offers were not loading, a member of app team contacted me to solve the problem. After some investigation they resolved issue for me, it was not the app but my membership number that was causing the problem. A change of membership number and problem solved. They even sent a follow up email to check everything was working as should in app now. Thank you so much for all your help.
No longer works on iOS 15
So thanks for that, not. Not evevryone can afford to buy new devices. So can no longer log in on my iPad….
Offers not loading (RESOLVED)
UPDATE IT IS WORKING AS IT SHOULD NOW. For some reason the offers are there but can’t be selected. A message saying “something went wrong try again” repeatedly displays
Offers cut back
Used to get 50p off milk every week, now it has dropped to 20p, I’ll go back to Aldi now I think
Non offers
Pick your two offers , go to shop , look for items you picked , find out shop is out of stock , go and spend money in Tesco’s instead .
Annoying notifications about music events
If I want to book a music event I will do it through a Music provider. This app keeps sending you annoying notifications about music releases and events that I have no interest whatsoever. I couldn't delete my account on the app so I've just deleted the app. If I receive any email from them I will just block their email! The developers of this app should respect a customers choice not to be notified of certain things that are not of any interest to them. In future I will be shopping at Tesco. At least they don't hassle you every single week...
