Substitutions
I wish that you could say if you wanted a product substituted or not and better still if you could put what you’d like as the replacement. I also wish you could use Purpl on the app, it’s so complicated to place the order. I always have to have several attempts and I’m on for ages before I have success.
Often out of products
Whilst the delivery service is reliable in the main, the range and quality of the fresh produce is decreasing over time.

Really enjoying the easy to use app, making ordering an online food shop so easy and delivered within an hour it’s the best!
Always missing items
As title says im always missing item, it says they have them in stock and by the morning they’re not available somehow and it’s always the main item ive done the shop for and just bumped up the rest, won’t be using again
Wrong items every time
We have ordered 4 times & everytime shopping is missing but I’ve been charged & had to ring to sort it out also the last time the delivery guy left it on doorstep didn’t ring bell to let us know I think the man who delivers is the same guy doesn’t know how to read the list cos it’s continuously wrong sorry to write this but it’s the truth I’ve put in an order just now on the 1hr delivery slot I will have to count the items which is a nuisance cos I’m very sick battling a life long condition so i really need help not more to stress about

Very well designed app and experience from start to finish! The process is incredibly straightforward. Why on earth didn’t I do this sooner, am I bonkers?! Top tier.
Terrible App
This is the most irritating App I have come across. You can never find what you want. I have spent the whole afternoon trying to cancel an order without success. Is it because they try to make it difficult? You follow their instructions but never seem to get to where you want.
Disorganised
Please add a sort by Category for our favourites so it’s easier and a bit more logical when doing the weekly shopping.

My first online shopping
I’m used to shopping online for everything but my food shop, I finally set my online account up and I love it, it’s so easy and so quick, I haven’t had to go out shopping since, delivery is always easy, I have the monthly pass, which is great, I will never not use this now
Probably the worst of the big stores for delivery
Constantly getting the wrong items. The app shows items in stock and then they don’t arrive, with no substitution attempted at all.

So many products out of stock and not even a substitute this is not just back to school I’m finding this every week now ..such a shame

Poor response to fraud
Disgusting that Morrisons are not proactive following attempts at fraud. Even though I have the address of the person trying to steal my money they will not take action.

Ordered multiple times now and I find the app easy to use and very friendly and helpful delivery drivers
Morrisons Now or Never?
Placed a Morrisons Now order, needed some stuff in a hurry, still shows as preparing well past the delivery slot. No other info and shows no way to contact support, shambles of a service

Broken for blind users
I’m blind and Apple’s built-in VoiceOver screen reader speaks what’s under my finger on the phone screen. The Morrisons app works beautifully for me until I get to the shopping basket, at which point I can no longer use it. Which means I can’t check out my order. So disappointing for an app that was arguably the most accessible supermarket app in the UK. Come on Morrisons, I have faith in you to get this fixed. I use Morrisons because of the app’s accessibility. But for the time being I can’t use it so I’m off back to Asda, whose app’s accessibility I’m told has much improved. Around 800,000 people in the UK have significant sight loss, so Morrisons could well forfeit a lot of existing and prospective customers over this blunder. UPDATE: Morrisons replied and suggested I call their customer service line who would apparently help me while this situation is being resolved. I called them and they tried to register me for the doorstep telephone ordering service, which would have cost me another £5 per shop on top of the delivery pass I already pay for. I pointed out that this is a contravention of the equality act 2010. The operative said there was nothing much she could do about this. I asked to speak to the manager, who was apparently in a meeting and would call me back, which of course he didn’t. This is really terrible customer service and clearly discriminatory towards Morrisons’ blind app users.
